This place is great and so is the owner! He went above and beyond what he needed to do for me and my uncle and dog! Highly recommended over any other towing company in the area!
Had a great experience! Don came quickly to my location, assessed the situation, and was done just like that. He advised me on things I needed to get done and how to get them done, and explained it to me thoroughly. He was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. Very pleased with his work!

They messed up my tire and than texted me that I need to wash my mouth out with soap cause I was over the moon mad at them for messing up a simple tire change.
Company towed vehicle into my shop yesterday driver was grumpy and asked to use bathroom after he left one of my guys went into the bathroom and found that he urinated all over my floor in puddle form. I understand little splash but definitely not a puddle of urine
These are the best guys to call for towing! My husband got stranded by the first towing company that was called saying they couldn't find his truck in the parking lot. iTow easily found my husband in the parking lot and stayed with him until a larger tow truck was sent to take him home. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
Don was great! I needed to tow my car from one shop repair to another and he was very efficient and delivered a very good service. It's hard to find people you can trust, and this guy is one of the few.
I needed a tire change on a rainy day. Owner had other things going but managed to stop by me with another vehicle on his truck within a half hour, and changed the tire before I could break a bill to pay him. Price was half that of another local place.
Excellent service! My roadside service had called a different tow truck company out of St Johns but when that driver arrived, he said he couldn’t get my car out of the ditch so iTow was called instead and I’m so glad they were. Sam was very knowledgeable about how to get my car out of the ditch and did it safely and efficiently. We were out in no time! I would highly recommend this company.
Good service, good prices, nice modern flatbed tow rig. Operator was personable, careful. Definitely worth calling when you need a disabled car transported, but NOTE- operator explained that this isn't a 24 hour business. You'll probably need to find someone else for an after-hours emergency. I had time, so I got bids from several local tow companies. iTow was the hands down best price. The tow was an excellent experience. Will use iTow again. Thanks Don!
Don was a great guy and had my truck unlocked within seconds of arriving. His prices are very reasonable and my insurance covered the cost of using his services. I hope I don't need him again but if I do he will be the first person I call.
Don from iTow is a great guy! He was responsive, and he charged very reasonably for his good, professional towing service. I highly recommend iTow. Great local small businesses like Don's need more support.
Great service and timely I thought I had to have my car towed but the driver Don I believe his name was had the tool needed to unlock my tire to change it. Highly recommend
My tow driver was silas dont know if I spelled it right but he was absolutely professional as can be got to me in a very timely manner called right before arrival and also beat the predicted time I highly recommend i tow for your vehicle when you're in need 5 stars all the way thank you very much for your help

This company doesn't even deserve this one star. Oh my gosh... my daughter called for roadside assistance for a flat and HE told her HE'D be there in 25 minutes... she was ALONE!!! 45 minutes later, she calls to tell me they hadn't shown up, so I tell her to call them for ETA. She gets put on hold for fifteen minutes, she hangs up and calls again, HE tells her HE isn't coming at all! LADIES young and mature DO NOT CALL this company... they dont care and aren't coming.
Don was great to work with. Had me towed within ~ 20 minutes and I was good to go - at a great price! Also used a square reader to process my credit card payment. Most companies I've used read the number out loud to their office personnel over the phone.
My grandaughter was stranded in Diamondale her car would not start. We live at Clark Lake and I could not go to help her. This company came from Okemos after they had already closed to help her get her car started. He did not charge enough. God bless the people in this company. Brian a real hero in my book. Thank you so very much for all you did to help a 17 year old girl get home to her mother.
Showed up in a timely fashion. Down to earth service and even suggested I handle my situation in a way that would save some time and money. Would definitely recommend!
