P.J's towing is staffed with very kind and professional people. I got stuck in a snow drift this morning and they were able to free my car within a good time frame.
I don’t typically leave reviews, but when I called they were so kind when asking me questions and trying to help me get my car towed off of the highway. They were able to answer my questions as well and get it towed within an hour of getting the information settled. I really appreciate the timely manner, customer service, and price they offer. If needed, will be going through them again.
From my first phone call for a quote to the completion of the tow, this was a top notch experience. First, their quote was almost 3 times less than the first company I called, so I feel the pricing was very fair and appropriate. Second, Lucas the driver was full of patience and understanding. The tow was a tad difficult due to location and because I didn’t have the keys, so he called a second driver (Stephen) to come over and assist. They successfully worked together to safely tow the car. Their willingness to find a solution for me and not give up was truly appreciated.
I will be referring these guys in the future and hope you take a chance on them too. Good customer service and a solid work ethic is hard to find, but this company clearly values it and practices it.
It's about what you would expect for a tow company. Phone call was a bit rushed and low on customer service, but the drive was great and handled it all very well. There's a tracker for the driver so you know when they're on the way, and paying with your phone is convenient, so you don't need to have cash. Competitive pricing.
These guys are great. One of the best towing experiences I have ever had. They got to me quick and took me to where I needed to be with a minimum of fuss and stress.
