Phenomenal Service. I melted a trailer bearing on my boat. The driver was professional and courteous. He was at my location in 30 min. Carefully loaded my boat on and brought it 65ish miles away. A+++
Best towing company Iv delt with. I called to schedule a tow and they showed up right on time. I have a truck with wider wheels/tires and he was very careful. Employee explained everything in detail for me. I will definitely be going through Pj towing again. Great pricing compared to local companies. Overall amazing experience.
My F250 broke down while leaving work in Ann Arbor. Called PJs towing to bring me & truck back to Lansing as they had best quote & eta.They sent driver Geno , who arrived promptly and got my truck all hooked up and loaded while traffic was zooming by like a true professional! Geno was a fun conversationalist on the ride back and really did an outstanding job. Will use PJs again and highly recommend!
We had a tire blow out on our camper as we were passing through. Didn’t know anyone but the tire company recommended PJs. They were quick, friendly, and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

The tow was quick and the driver was a Saint. My tow was only 1 mile or so for $105 but dispatch told them to drop the car off at the house with me, instead of having the car go to a repair shop. So now my car is dead in the driveway and I have to call ANOTHER tow truck just to get it to a shop. So as a precaution to anyone considering service here, just make sure you are very clear as to what it is you need from them so they don't operate to the wrong assumption.
Jason Lyons (joker truck Jason!) was quick, friendly, and did an exceptional job getting my car out of a sticky situation! He was thorough and made sure no additional damage was done to my vehicle during the towing process. I feel relieved that I called PJ’s and grateful for their excellent service.

Now, if you have time to read this and are not in immediate need of a tow, I’ll tell you why you should use PJs.
I have a landscape company in East Lansing and use very heavy equipment. From time to time, equipment breaks down and every once in a while, equipment can break down in the worst spots imaginable . I was using a 60” zero turn mower on an account where the house is on a hill and the back yard slopes down to a pond area. My mower broke down in the back yard and there was no pushing this mower up the hill to the street level so I could get it on my trailer and even using a chain and my other larger mower and towing it up the hill was out of the question. Of course this happened on a Friday at 4pm with 3 more accounts to get to and the last thing I wanted was a big mower broken down on a customers lawn all weekend. Given the location of the mower and the narrow stretch of land to reach the mower, I had no idea how this thing was getting out of the yard. Oddly enough, I passed by one of PJs trucks on my way to work that day and I googled them to get their number and thought I would give it a shot.
I explained the situation to their dispatch and she had me text a couple of pictures of the situation to a cell number and within minuets, they call me back and say they were on the way.
It was not long until Matt (the driver) showed up. He took a quick look at what was going on, told me his plan of attack and within minutes, he reached the mower. Matt did a great job! He had to maneuver his tow truck through a very tight space to reach my mower and there was no room for error or he was in a ditch or hitting the house. I thought this would be an impossible task but Matt had no doubt he could make it without incident And to top it all off, he got my mower out of there without causing any damage to the lawn.
I was very impressed with the company’s professionalism, how quickly they made it to my mower and their charge was extremely reasonable, especially given the unique situation. Not to mention, Matt was extremely nice and respectful.
I highly suggest using PJs. Usually having to call a tow company is because you’re in a stressful situation but using PJs will make the situation much less stressful.
Our rv lost an axel in charlotte, and after 5 calls for a tow finally found PJs towing. They had the capability to tow a
28 foot Jayco trailer to A&D rv repair. So professional and hard working. Would recommend them unconditionally. Great committed staff and very capable. P
Mike helped me out with a tow this morning. Amazingly fast service. Truck was to me within 15 minutes of my call. He made what was an extremely stressful morning a lot easier. Will 100% call them again if I am ever in need.
The service when I needed the tow truck was good. Afterwards, not great at all. The car was wrecked. I was told they could dispose of it for me. I would need to bring the title and cash. I did that.
I was sent an invoice that ONLY noted the title, not the cash. I had to request more than once to have the cash reflected or I could not get reimbursed from my insurance for the tow.
Here I am a month later and I just received an Abandoned Vehicle notice from the state of Michigan! I called PJ's and the person kept repeating that sometimes this happens and the paperwork gets issued before they've taken care of it. I asked how to resolve it and was told the same thing. Then told to call the court.
I called the court. That was actually not the right place to call. They advised me to call the Secretary of State. I tried calling there, and can't get a real person. So now I will be taking time out to go to the Secretary of State to make sure that this was handled properly. Because I do not trust the PJ's explanation that the paperwork just misaligned. Why would there be any kind of filing sent that would make the secretary of state think I abandoned my vehicle?
I got into an accident that totaled my vehicle today and PJ's was truly on top of their game! showed up to the scene quickly and got the job done efficiently; driver even gave me a ride when I mentioned I had nobody nearby who could drive me home. Shawn was super cool, kind, considerate, and honestly, made a very terrible day significantly more bearable just by being delightful to talk to. he gave me a realistic & informative idea of what my options are and what i'll be looking at price-wise when I go in tomorrow to collect my belongings and pay them for their services. ik people like me get nervous about where to go for car services considering not everyone in this particular industry is necessarily kind to us (esp these days..) but from my experience so far, I'd say PJ's is queer friendly and understands that, at the end of the day, we're all just people tryna survive :') thanks for helping me out today!!
Steven the tow truck driver was extremely professional and knew exactly what to do! The person on the phone was VERY prompt and courteous. Their GPS of the ETA was so helpful!!!
Great experience with Gino from PJ’s, was a helpful, professional tow driver. Arrived promptly, gave me free advice for my vehicle, and was kind. Will use them again if I ever need a tow in the Lansing area. Very grateful.
Pj's towing has a quick response time very reasonable price for a tow also. The driver that showed up made the bad situation a lot better. Definitely will be using PJs towing for any future towing needs.

I don't know if it's illegal to write a review as a Canadian, but I'm doing it anyway! My poor Abbey broke down on our way back to the land of Maple Syrup and $1 coins. We called PJ Towing and the dope brother Joey answered our prayers. We got picked up by the legend himself, Mr. Shawn Wizard the III. Shawn was charismatic, professional and above all an absolute unit! Although, we didn't have any Canadian beer to offer you gentleman. A round is indeed owed to you boys and the team. Nothing but the upmost pure customer service and professionalism. If I ever have the unfortunate circumstance of my car breaking down again, we know who to call

Car was towed by pjs was told the fee was going to be $95 to get out tow lot called pjs the next day was told $355 but the lot was closed next day arrive before 6pm and was told the lot was closed even though hours clearly state 6pm and people where there now told $415 don’t have your hours say 6pm if it’s not till 6pm I’ll be going tomorrow and hope I don’t have any more problems or I’ll update…
Update definitely called before hand and was told 6pm at that location went to the location and people in the office told that it was closed I understand tow fees and fees per day but was told an amount on the phone and time get there and all sudden office people told It’s closed and that fee has went up. No accountability for your office workers basically holding a car another day just to make a little more money or because they want to leave early and not want to do their job all the way to 6pm review will now be 1star.
Had a great experiencr with P.Js in disposing of an old vehicle through a seller service that worked with them. Tyler was awesome, they did a great job getting into and out of my annoying and cramped public parking space. Hope I don't have to call them often going forward but made for a plesant experience.
We Called PJs this morning, and Ashley dispatched Trae to tow my precious, vintage Camaro to our favorite service garage. The price was reasonable, they arrived promptly and most of all took very, very good care at every step. Truly professional and a delight to work with.
fair and helpful i was homless had nothing with my only vehicle broke down on the HWY! They were there in less than 5min. and offered to take care of it for me due to not having a penny to my name saved my day and took stress right away if thats a great company i dont know what is sorry this was a bit late thanks again P.J's
So the original tow put the car in wrong spot (mailboxes n wrong way), we managed to push it into our driveway. But I am happy to say that they do good business as they sent someone out to try to make it right really quickly too but we already had moved it. I say if something wasn’t right just give them a call because they will do their best to fix it. If I had known that I would have called rather than going to here. I hope this review helps anyone in the future to know that if something isn’t right they will do what they can to fix it.
A couple of minutes before 8am 10/30/24. I was travelling eastbound on Jolly approaching Cedar St. I had to turn right on a side street and a pedestrian was entering the crossing. I had to stop to allow the pedestrian to cross before I could complete my right turn (this is the law). The PJ's driver behind me apparently would have preferred that I run the pedestrian over and blasted their big rig style horn at me. Naturally, I gave them the middle finger through my back window. If the interaction ends here it’s no big deal, but it didn’t. I probably wouldn’t have even known it was a PJ's Towing driver except that they proceeded to follow me down a dead end street into the lot at my destination and circle around me. What kind of fool does this in a truck with a huge decal of their employer’s name on the side? Such a bad representation of your company, hopefully you don’t condone this kind of behavior from your employees. If the driver were in such a hurry that he couldn't tolerate the 5-10 second wait required for me to not flatten a pedestrian, it's very interesting that he found the time to follow me and try to intimidate me. I wonder how far he would have been willing to take it if I had parked somewhere there were not other people around. I assume you have transponders on all of your vehicles and can easily identify the involved driver.
I really could not ever consider recommending or doing business with this company based on the complete lack of professionalism that I saw and experienced today.
Thanks to Jason and “the Joker” for getting us off the highway quickly and safely after we were involved in an accident last weekend. After suggesting different options we decided we would try changing the tire to see if we would be able to drive our truck home. Jason changed the tire quickly and we were on our way. We live an 1hr 30 min from Lansing and hopefully we won’t need a wrecker again while going to/through Lansing, but if we ever do, we know who we will call.
They've done great work for me on multiple occasions for a good price, any other company I called charge nearly double. They treated my cars with great care as if they were their own. From my 2012 Volkswagen to my antique 68 Oldsmobile, the driver went out of his way to even help place them nicely onto my garage. Amazing service all round!
Car left me stranded in the middle of the road. Steven showed up quickly and got my car hooked up got me home safely. 100% would recommend the services.
