I had a flat tire and couldn’t get my lug nuts off so I called for a tow truck to take me to belle tore. Tyler arrived he was kind and saved me $40! He tooo the lug nuts off, put the spare on and let me get to belle tire, no official tow needed. It was fast, friendly and I learned something new!
Múltiple calls were made, spoke with different people and each gave different information. If you follow strict laws, make sure everyone has the proper information to give out!
A joke. The fact that my mom is grieving and you have múltiple sales people on the floor who are giving her wrong information regarding my brothers truck is unprofessional and you need to train your employees better. The correct information should of been giving out from the get go. From day 1 y’all have been giving her some bs. Lets get it together!
Hello even giving them 0 stars is giving them too much the lady on the phone is a LIAR she quoted me $250 to pull my truck and empty trailer out of snow, that’s not towing me anywhere just pulling me out and it took him 10min and I was 2 miles away from their location and after pulling my truck and the trailer that was hooked up to my truck they said it’s $350 and said they told me $250 is where the price starts. Thief’s in an understatement they see you in a bad spot and on top of overpricing they take advantage of you aswell and also threatened to impound my truck for offering to pay what they quoted me originally $250. I paid the $350 but I hope every penny you took from me goes towards a new engine that’s going to break on one of your trucks I’m going to pray that happens. If she comments anything otherwise please don’t believe her as like I said she is a LIAR. Thank you so much for showing me that there are still SNEAKY CONNIVING BUSINESSES OUT THERE.THANKS BUT NO THANKS!!!
We had a flat tire on 127 a dangerous place to be out of your car. We had no spare tire,mdot helped us by putting air back in the tire to get us to tire place less than a mile away. It was 7pm and the tire place could not help us until the next day. We were still 1 hour from home. So we had to call for a tow truck pjs was recommended by one of the employees. So we called. Shaun was very respectful, professional and apologizing for making us wait due to another call. Our tire was flat again but he got it on the truck safely. We were just grateful to get home. We can’t say enough good things about him.

I was locked out of my running work van. I had cut a hole in the floor of my van to try to reach the unlock button. I ended up calling five different companies to try to get someone to open the door for me. PJ's towing responded immediately and the wait was only 20 minutes.
I called the top five towing places near me and P.J.'s beat the competition price wise, there was only one other place that got close and it was still $20 more (highest priced place was a whopping $87 more!). Customer service on the phone was great - they were friendly, prompt and professional. The man (Hunter) who towed my car was just as friendly and professional! I only had to wait 45 mins for a tow and I know they were busy when I first called. Super appreciate them taking care of me!

I’m a truck driver that got stuck in an old ladies barn yard, Pjs towing came to the rescue and not only did they pull me out of the soil i was in, but he also helped me maneuver safe and sound out as well when he didn’t have to!! Thank you so much shout out to yall!
I had a very poor experience with them . My car was towed at night and I was told I couldn’t pick it up until the next morning yet I was still charged for that night’s storage fee. I ended up paying $410 ($250 for the parking violation + $40 state tax + $60 per day for two days), even though I had no opportunity to retrieve my vehicle the first night. When I asked simple questions about the charges, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive, offering no clear explanation. I was simply trying to understand the fees, and she treated me with attitude instead of professionalism. This feels unfair and possibly illegal since I was charged for a day when pickup wasn’t even allowed. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the Michigan Attorney General’s Office and advising others to be cautious when dealing with this company. Make sure you review your charges carefully I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone.
My vehicle got a flat at the worst time. I had been violently I'll, at the store to pick up some soup. My children and large dog were in the car with me. I called and asked for tire service.
Two people showed up in a truck. One didn't even get out or acknowledge me in any way, just rolled down the window and talked to the other guy. They could not figure out how to air up the low profile spare. They suggested that they could tow the car - but couldn't help with my children or dog. OR I could walk down the road in my shorts and crocks to air the tire up myself.
Why the hell did I call them for? I told them no, I'd just find a way to deal with it myself. They accepted that and left. THEN THE DISPATCHER CALLED ME BACK AND DEMANDED THAT I PAY $60... They didn't do anything. I'm not paying for that.
Thank you to P.J.'s Towing and especially to Steven S! On a Sunday, I received an email that my vehicle had a flat tire. I looked up towing companies for help, and found that P.J.'s provided 24 hour service. The office staff helped me understand my options - a tow or use the spare tire. In less than 10 minutes, Steven arrived. In less than 2 minutes, he had replaced the flat tire with the spare tire. Steven was beyond courteous and professional. Thanks to the help and expertise Steven provided, P.J.'s will be the towing company I will continue to use. Thanks, again!
Billy helped us out and was super quick and kind. We weren’t able to leave our car at the drop off so he quickly found a solution and made it work for us! Such a great guy and very knowledgeable.
Called a company in Haslett for a battery jump in East Lansing, they said 1 1/2 hour wait. Called PJs and the receptionist was professional and thorough. 20 minutes later Tyler was there. Professional and courteous. Highly recommend
Phenomenal Service. I melted a trailer bearing on my boat. The driver was professional and courteous. He was at my location in 30 min. Carefully loaded my boat on and brought it 65ish miles away. A+++
My F250 broke down while leaving work in Ann Arbor. Called PJs towing to bring me & truck back to Lansing as they had best quote & eta.They sent driver Geno , who arrived promptly and got my truck all hooked up and loaded while traffic was zooming by like a true professional! Geno was a fun conversationalist on the ride back and really did an outstanding job. Will use PJs again and highly recommend!
Just had my car towed home. I called and spoke to Virginia and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Let me know that someone would be on their way and just great customer service all the way around!!! Best towing company Iv delt with. I called to schedule a tow and they showed up right on time. I have a truck with wider wheels/tires and he was very careful. Employee explained everything in detail for me. I will definitely be going through Pj towing again. Great pricing compared to local companies. Overall amazing experience.
We had a tire blow out on our camper as we were passing through. Didn’t know anyone but the tire company recommended PJs. They were quick, friendly, and very helpful. Would highly recommend.
I don't know if it's illegal to write a review as a Canadian, but I'm doing it anyway! My poor Abbey broke down on our way back to the land of Maple Syrup and $1 coins. We called PJ Towing and the dope brother Joey answered our prayers. We got picked up by the legend himself, Mr. Shawn Wizard the III. Shawn was charismatic, professional and above all an absolute unit! Although, we didn't have any Canadian beer to offer you gentleman. A round is indeed owed to you boys and the team. Nothing but the upmost pure customer service and professionalism. If I ever have the unfortunate circumstance of my car breaking down again, we know who to call
Jason Lyons (joker truck Jason!) was quick, friendly, and did an exceptional job getting my car out of a sticky situation! He was thorough and made sure no additional damage was done to my vehicle during the towing process. I feel relieved that I called PJ’s and grateful for their excellent service.
Had a great experiencr with P.Js in disposing of an old vehicle through a seller service that worked with them. Tyler was awesome, they did a great job getting into and out of my annoying and cramped public parking space. Hope I don't have to call them often going forward but made for a plesant experience.
So the original tow put the car in wrong spot (mailboxes n wrong way), we managed to push it into our driveway. But I am happy to say that they do good business as they sent someone out to try to make it right really quickly too but we already had moved it. I say if something wasn’t right just give them a call because they will do their best to fix it. If I had known that I would have called rather than going to here. I hope this review helps anyone in the future to know that if something isn’t right they will do what they can to fix it.
We Called PJs this morning, and Ashley dispatched Trae to tow my precious, vintage Camaro to our favorite service garage. The price was reasonable, they arrived promptly and most of all took very, very good care at every step. Truly professional and a delight to work with.
They've done great work for me on multiple occasions for a good price, any other company I called charge nearly double. They treated my cars with great care as if they were their own. From my 2012 Volkswagen to my antique 68 Oldsmobile, the driver went out of his way to even help place them nicely onto my garage. Amazing service all round!
I recently hired PJ's to move a very, very badly rusted '86 CRX. It had been sitting on dirt for 20 years, and was going to be a challenge, to say the least (PJ described it as "a fun one"). When I sent photos of the car to P.J., he told me he'd send his most experienced driver. Boy, did he deliver on that promise. Tom has 35 years of experience moving cars, and he is a genius at it. He was careful, considerate, efficient, and got the car on the truck without ripping it in half, which was really impressive. I would recommend PJ's in a heartbeat. Ask for Tom.
