I was having issues with my drive train ABS. The mechanics diagnosed a bad wheel bearing, they got me changed out and back on the road. I realized my light had not turned off, they gave me some advice as to why.? A few days later I got a call from the owner asking if the car was still doing good. No, so I brought the car back in and they found a broken wire that was causing the issue. Fast Guys took care of that bill and apologized they had missed the wire. These guys are not only fast but take responsibility and hold themselves to a higher standard than a lot of shops out there. Thank You Fast Guys!

Fast Guys has been a God send! I have had problems with my car for years and have gotten crazy quotes to fix it. Idk how many hundreds to thousands of dollars I've spent to "fix" it. Chris at Fast Guys actually got it done. With transparent and affordable pricing, I highly recommend Fast Guys.
Very honest and transparent people! Chris And Larkyn go over and above. They truly have a desire to operate a business that has the customers interest first! Even if it’s a little bit of a drive, it is definitely worth it! I would not take my vehicles anywhere else.
Chris and the team at Fast Guys are great. Took the car in for an oil change and they buffed and polished the headlights for no extra charge. Will be coming back in the future
As a broke Hillsdale College STUDENT, if I could give 10 stars, I would. Chris and his team are the best mechanics I’ve ever met. I brought my car in, expecting a basic fix, and what Chris and Larkyn delivered was nothing short of a transformation. The level of integrity, the honesty, the way they went OUT OF THEIR WAY to save me money… I’ve never experienced anything like it in the service industry.
Not only did they fix every issue perfectly (engine, transmission, suspension, headlights, alignment, brake fluid, gas tank R&R) but they helped make her look gorgeous too. They researched parts, hunted down the best prices, and treated my car like it was their own. I was working with a TIGHT budget, but when I picked it up, it felt like I was stepping into a brand-new vehicle. It smells amazing, looks incredible, and drives better than the day I bought it. I’m not exaggerating when I say I could probably sell it for double what I paid.
These guys are the REAL DEAL: skill, integrity, and unbelievable work ethic. If you want your car taken care of by people you can actually trust, GO TO FASTGUYS! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Absolute legends.

Couldn’t find a mechanic willing to work on my 1982 Fiat Spider in the Jackson Michigan area until I heard about Fast Guys Automotive. Chris and his team not only fixed my problem they detailed my car inside and out making her look showroom new. Excellent quality work and customer service. They took all the time necessary to talk to me about my cars problems and explain everything they were going to do/did. They were priced exceptionally well and the work was fast and of the highest quality. Already talked to them about the next vehicle I’m bringing in.
Chris and crew were great! Worked me in the schedule when I needed a lug stud on my camping trip. He knew I was stuck from out of town and put an extra mechanic on my truck to get me on my way. Fair price despite my desperate circumstances. Great job! A bit off the beaten path, but worth looking for! Recommended!!

Had to have upper and lower ball joints pressed out and the new ones pressed back in. Very happy with the work and reasonably priced. Will go there from now on for work I need done
Chris is phenomenal to work with. He came straight to my house and diagnosed a dead battery and alternator, but with his expansive knowledge base he was able to revive the alternator saving me hundreds of dollars in repairs. He installed a new battery promptly and even did a once over under the hood to ensure my vehicle is road ready, finding and correcting a minor issue with the coolant system before it became major. Highly recommend Fast Guys for prompt, reliable service!
Honestly, without a doubt, I can say this is the best mechanic I have ever dealt with! Drove from out of state just to come see them because my family recommended them to me. They not only fixed my one issue I originally brought my car in for but found and fixed issues that other mechanics told me weren’t a problem. Their prices are great but I really liked how they go above and beyond when it comes to their customer service and they get the job done quick! My car drives wonderfully now and I will definitely make the drive to have them fix any issues in the future!
I cannot recommend Fast Guys Automotive enough! They were wonderful at communicating what was needed to be done to fix the issues my car was having and making it safe to drive again! Quick and reliable service! I’ll be back for sure!

Great communication which is a rarity in any business today. Fast accurate diagnosis and repair after visits to several other shops. These guys figured it out right away. My favorite grand Cherokee hemi back on the road.
Fast Guys Automotive is exactly what they say they are, fast. Not just in getting you taken care of, but being better than their competitors, they will give you great deals, and honest results. Great place to get your car worked on, with access to nearby convenience stores and even the school across the street to have kids play for a short while while they work on your vehicle.
A friend of mine told me about fastguys. I had a clutch that needed replaced. Told them my concerns and what i was hoping to get. They was straight forward on parts i would need and the work done. Been almost a week since i got my car back and its been great. I appreciate them being straight with me and doing an excellent job.
i will forever recommend this place to everyone! i finally have my car back after it being in and out of a couple different shops for many things. i showed up right before they closed last wednesday after my car quit on me twice after getting gas. i was a wreck as i’ve put so much money in this car for all different reasons. Chris, the owner, was so great at explaining everything down to the last detail. they stayed in touch about cost and made sure the rest of my car was good to go. my car was done and ready before the weekend! definitely some of the nicest people, also the most reasonable and efficient shop i’ve taken my car too! thank you to everyone at Fast Guys!
Let me start off by just saying these guys know what they are doing and the customer service is above and beyond I had Chris and the guys work on my mustang and they absolutely knocked it out of the park no question great service I will 100% be taking my car back to fast guys any time I need anything done at all these guys are awesome if you have any type of work needed done to your vehicle fast guys is the place to get it done like I said amazing place to go with great customer service I am beyond satisfied! Words cannot explain the work these guys do
These guys will really take care of you. My car was basically undrivable on my way back home after a business trip, and I limped it to Fast Guys because I didn't want to tow it back to my hometown an hour away. All that to say, I wasn't expecting great service because it was out in the middle of nowhere, but the reviews seemed good, so I was hopeful. That said, Fast Guys blew my expectations out of the water and honestly are way better than the guys I know back home. I'd be willing to drive an hour to have my stuff worked on by them. They're dependable (the quality of service is really good), very honest, and they know what they're doing. Definitely recommend!
Fast Guys Auto genuinely cares about taking care of their customers. I brought my vehicle in with some major issues. Chris and Larkyn didn't just tell me I needed to replace certain parts; they went WAY above and beyond. Chris found the cause of my vehicle's problems and went to bat for me with the vendor that sold me a faulty part. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process and made sure that I was being taken care of.
Not only will I be taking all my vehicle service jobs to Fast Guys, I'm telling EVERYONE how awesome they've been. Hands down the best service I've had from a repair shop!
A great honest family automotive business
I was told from a different place i needed a new engine and would cost $6.100, I came here to Fast Guys and found it was the torque converter and cost was just under $1,700. BIG difference. They did a great job and even gave a loaner vehicle to drive. I Highly recommend them

I couldn’t recommend Fast Guys Automotive more! They do their work fast and well. I was a diesel mechanic before college and their pricing and accuracy was so great I would trust them with my truck for any project. Because I have worked in multiple mechanic shops I can tell they have something special here. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. They even warmed my truck up so it would be ready when I picked it up! Overall this is a place I trust to send a friend or family member with their vehicle.
It's been a LONG time since I've come across mechanic's with INTEGRITY! These guys are great! They know what they're doing and they do it right! Being a woman, it's almost impossible to find honest auto service. I've taken 3 vehicles there in the last month or so and have not had one issue with them or the work they did. I'm a very happy customer and I would highly recommend them! Especially if you are a woman! You can trust they aren't overcharging or lying about repairs. Every single one of the staff is super nice and they care about their jobs, you won't go wrong here. :)
