Took my outback in for a clunking noise in the front, also asked for a tuneup. This was a second opinion, it was cheaper than other local places and they got it done quickly.
This is the first time I used Strunk's. I had my nightmare of a truck towed to them, it was a no start and wires burnt under the dash. In my opinion they did a great job, my dodge with a v-10 now starts right up. Everyone was very kind and courtesy to me. They went over their estate by a couple of hundred, BUT the truck was fixed and fixed right, so needles to say I'm happy. Oh plus I had a slow leek in my front tire and they fixed it for free. Thanks again for the great job.

Son had his breaks done here and has been going there for 10+ years. They greet him by name and gave a great deal with quick turn around. Highly recommend.
My truck was shaking and I was unsure what was going on. I called Strunks they got me in that day for an inspection and two days later my truck is fixed. It drives better than I ever remember. Definitely going back if I ever have any concerns, highly recommend.
Called to speak to them about a possible scam on their website. I understand it’s frustrating to be involved with scam and I’m sure they have received tons of calls, however, the person I spoke with was extremely rude and chose to cut me off mid sentence. I’m glad everyone else has had a great experience.

I would never go back. People all over outside smoking and drinking. Dirty room. Elevator was discussing. Stains on sheets. I would never recommend that place to anyone. You don't even feel safe getting out of your vehicle. I slept in my regular clothes the bathroom was dirty also.
Fast service, never a silly upsell, has several times done 'flat rate' type fixes on my daily beaters and passed the savings on to me. I always go back to Chuck's ?
Very disappointed. Went to have AC looked at last week $100. Lasted for two days. Went back, asked me if I had hit something. Um no I did not. Well the AC condensor is bent and here's another leak. As you all know it's the hot weekend and its 330 in the afternoon. She says well I would wait until next week it will be $50 cheaper. Well now that I've done some research and made some calls they say they would've found it the first time. And to be quite honest after they showed me it's pretty obvious they should've caught it the first time. And since it took them 25 minutes to replace the valve the first time and still charged me a full hour labor which some places do. That they would've cut mea little break. Most disappointing that because they missed it making it like I just hit something. Will not be back.
This place is an absolute joke... HORRIBLE customer service. All they see when you walk in the front door is dollar signs. We took our car in for a front end alignment, only to be told they were unable to do it because the wheel bearings were bad. Then they had the audacity to try to charge us a $25.00 "diagnostic" fee. They literally had our vehicle in the garage & on the lift for less than 5 MINUTES. The "mechanic" didn't even remove a single lug nut; he just wobbled the tires back and forth. I never asked them to diagnose my vehicle or the supposedly 'bad' parts, yet they took it upon themselves to do what they felt they could get away with. WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND!
The place is clean. The employees are very knowledgeable of there jobs. And if you own a diesel powered truck or car one of the best mechanics work there. If your transport is broke they can get you back moving a again
I have taken my vehicles to many other places to get worked on, and this place is by fare the worst mechanical experience i have had. I doubt the technical training of the guys working their and their ability to fix and diagnose problems of the simplest terms. I know multiple people who have had bad experiences with this place and wont take their vehicles back.
