Friendly associates. This store carries a lot. They will install your wiper blades for free in most cases. They accept used oil up to an certain amount. They stock different brands of Dexos1 Gen3 recommended oil. Very clean and organized store.

Preston was an absolute lifesaver when I was completely lost on how to check the oil in my spouse’s car. I could not have succeeded without his easy to follow instructions, and selling me exactly what I needed. Thank you so much!

My go to parts store. Ken was super helpful when my wiper blades wouldn't go on. He worked to solve the problem ensuring they worked for me. The other guy couldn't get it on and just said "put the old ones back on and refund his money" and walked away. Kudos to Ken for going the extra mile.

If I could give it a zero I would. I asked my 14 year old son to go inside and ask someone to come out and help us read a check engine code, they were in the back talking and ignoring him and when he asked for assistance they handed him the tool that neither of us know how to use and sent him off. I cannot move around to get it myself which is why I wanted assistance. No one came out to help us. I had to climb my crippled self out of my vehicle to do it. When I sent my son back in with the tool they were extremely rude to him again.

Don't trust their books for filters (cabin air, air, oil, etc) they're mostly wrong. If you're unsure ask a rep.

Our cars alternator went out on the highway and we limped it into the parking lot. They had the part on hand and had a mobile mechanic (Nate) come and fix the car right at the store. It was a cold snowy day and they let us hang out in the store while it was getting fixed. They were super helpful and accommodating.

First off I would like to say that this O’Reillys has always been great to me and my family. I always get my parts from here. Preston and his team are amazing. I am leaving a five star review because I know how reviews work towards management and the company but I am here to say I want to get a one star review specifically About my experience with a gentleman named Theodore, I was in here at this location about two weeks ago trying to buy brake drums for my 98 cavalier. Theodore told me without hesitation that my 1998 cavalier, in fact does not have rear drum brakes that they are disc brakes, after a few minute conversation of me, trying to prove him wrong. He was still persistent, and proving me wrong that my car indeed still had disc brakes in the rear, which, in fact they do not this left me very upset and confused on how dumb this kid is, and I walked out of the store and proceeded to buy the parts that I needed from the holly Location I do not wish to deal with this Theodore anymore. He has horrible customer relations. If he is in the store the next time I come in, I will not buy a thing and walk out.

I cannot believe what the man that works at O'Reilly's Auto parts just did this for me. I told him thru conversation that I'm taking classes and unemployed, so my finances are really sad ****I DIDN'T SAY THIS TO TRY TO GET SOMETHING FROM HIM***. But, he just BOUGHT MY WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADES FOR ME!!!! I'm so overwhelmed I'm sitting here about to cry. SO FOLKS, THERE IS STILL SO MUCH GOOD IN THIS WORLD, WERE NOT ALL DOOMED, LOL. And one example of that fact works right here at O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Swartz Creek or Flint MI. Thank you so much. You guys are what keeps the world going. 🫶🏼💚❤️

The store manager at this location is trash. Unfortunately durand didn't have what I needed and I had to go to creek. Please find better help So I can use this location again.

I needed to get new wipers. Kyler and Mike were awesome. Kyler is a new hire and he was wonderful to deal with. Mike made sure everything went smoothly. They installed the wipers without any issues.

Walked in with the intentions of spending $700 + dollars on car parts and left with only break pads. The employee mike the assistant manager seems to be beaten down and unfriendly. He could've made some sales today but instead took a stand offish attitude. So I left with intentions of finding my parts on a competitors website and look forward to returning the brake pads I did buy. I belive the employees truck has a big sticker on the windshield that says "unfriendly". Wouldn't recommend this location.

I had high hopes for this business. I visited it first to try to find my vehicle's paint color & not surprisingly, the popular paint color needed to be ordered as the store was out of it . I went online to their site & found exactly what I needed. The item required I contact the store to order *bad*. I ordered the paint in person, through the store - 2 cans. The associate showed me the computer screen to verify exactly what I wanted *good*. Read where 2 cans were available, but in Kansas City & noted they needed to contact them (customer care/service, whatever). I was told the store had to order 6 cans minimum - huh?! NOTE Kansas City said they had only 2 cans available, but now a minimum 6 can order had to be made by the store. I was assured I wasn't going to be charged for the shipping and that of the 6 cans, I still was committing to only 2 cans. About a week later, the cans arrived & the store called to advise that *good*. I went in, picked up additional items while there & at purchase, was charged the freight shipping for all 6 cans = $11.25 *pathetic*. Trying to talk to the associate about it was useless as he repeatedly pointed to the computer and blamed the "system" for the added freight fee. Even splitting the fee wasn't considered so I was just charged the entire shipping fee for four cans of paint I didn't want or order after being assured I wasn't going to be charged for that & the store will sell the popular color to others while I take the hit for their freight cost to stock their store.

I had trouble with my truck and stopped in to get oil and help getting the stuck oil cap off. A southern gentleman managed to force the cap off I purchased a new one he then put it on for me cause we'll I'm short and it was slippery and i already fell off the truck a couple times. Still haven't determined my tricks issue but I appreciate the extra help and kindness shown today, especially while I was stressed and frazzled and having a bad day.

Pro and informative. Went recently during our bad snow storm , the guy came out no problem never said no complaints and did tests 👍 all good may have a faulty ground wire . Also plus found my "working hands " O'Keeffe's hand cream on sale even !! Weather was taking a toll..

Always the best parts and they give Military Veterans a 10 percent discount. I don't buy everything for my GMC Sierra here, sometimes it's better to get genuine GM parts for certain items. But, just about everything else I shop here. They are open early and stay open until 10 pm. If it isn't in stock or hard to get, they will usually have it by noon the next day.

The Corunna Road location is amazing! Tested my battery, alternator, and starter. Even though the battery tested good, I still wasn't able to start my vehicle. They helped me troubleshoot and eventually get the vehicle running great. Note: the battery and starter were shot!

I came in two weeks ago to get my car battery replaced. Not only are the batteries overpriced, but when I had one of the workers install it (a service they thankfully do for free, and the only reason they get more than 1 star from me), he snapped a metal piece that holds my battery in place. Everyone makes mistakes, but he immediately not only blamed it on the piece being rusty (rather than admitting fault or offering to get it fixed), but literally left this big piece there and was about to shut my hood as if everything was in place. Had I not been smart enough to stop him and remove the piece myself, it would have been flying all over the place while I drove, possibly hitting a belt or whatever else. He was a nice person, but kindness matters a lot less when you can’t even do your job properly.

The Assistant manager Wayne is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Most of the employees are willing to help. A few of them make you feel like they just want to get you out of there.

Took my vehicle there to have them check with their diagnostic machine because first a few lights came on then all the lights came on. The young man that came out plug the machine in but seemed like he really wasn't sure what he was doing. After a few minutes of pushing buttons on the machine he stated that either the coolant sensor was bad or that it is low on coolant. I popped the hood to check the coolant level and he looked too. Now I don't know much about cars but if he is going to offer advice he should, the coolant level was fine. I asked him if it was safe to drive and he said yes, that they car just may read that it is running hot. So I drove it right home. Turns out that my car had thrown off the serpentine belt in my driveway, I didn't notice that they belt was missing of course but I thought maybe he should have since he looked under the hood too. I really should not have even drove the car back home. Makes me hesitant to take anything their again to have diagnostics checked since he seemed so unsure when he was checking the car out initially.

James and Wayne saved me from being stranded 2 hours from home. My car broke down right at closing but they stayed an hour after closing to help me figure out the problem and install the new part needed to fix it. Blessings and praise to them for their dedication to their customers!

I ended up going to this place 3 times in 3 days. I needed parts to replace one of the tie rods on my vehicle, and then tools to help as well as advice. I was treated with respect and all of the people I come into contact there were very helpful. Yes, I'll be going there again in a heartbeat!
