I had two different drivers trying to find a place that would take my car. Chris and Doug were both very fast getting my car loaded up especially for how cold it was. They were friendly and respectful. I was happy with my service!
No one contacted me when picking up my car,. I did roadside assistance through state farm so they kept asking me if it was done and I couldn't give them an answer. I tried to connect directly to the driver through State farm and they wouldn't answer. I was going to ask them to LOCK my vehicle and drop the keys in the drop box at Belle tire with just my name and number (work order is already in). Now my vehicle is sitting in town unlocked all night with the keys in there so that's cool. When I called the main office, someone did answer and told me it was protocol to put them in the drop box so I'm not sure what happened here but not happy.
I shredded my tire and every place I called quoted me over 200$ this place has better pricing then anywhere else around. They got to me within 30 minutes. the driver was beyond nice and professional! Definitely recommend this place to anybody who needs a tow!
5 stars for Chris who was fast, helpful, and made my otherwise lousy night much better. When getting a tow, I honestly expected a long wait and awkward drive but Chris picked me up quickly in the freezing cold and made the hour drive comfortable and warm. I accidentally left my call blocker on and missed calls from him too and he doubled back and made me a priority so I could get home with my vehicle safely. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took pride in making my horrible night a little easier. I've worked customer service/management for a decade and I wish all my employees were like Chris- you can tell he really cares about his job and the people he's out helping. Thanks again Chris!
I just wanted to come on to say this company is AMAZING!!! I had a car stuck in my driveway, I had An estimate wait time of an hour and the pricing was very fair! the woman who answered the phone was very polite it was early morning, the tow truck driver KEITH called about 5mins later and stated he would be here in 15mins, my hour wait turned into less than 20mins! I was so pleased with the service I received we live on a main rd so it was kinda difficult. Keith even stopped the trash company cause they almost didn’t take my can cause of the car being in the way!! 10/10 would highly recommend!!!
their not really the best company to call.a lot of times you call and you have to call back because disbstch is lazy. they dont really care sometimes they dont even listen to know where your location is a driver had to call me and tell me he didnt see where i was at where they apparently pinned the location. disbatch basically tells you its your problem if your car gets damaged after they handle it. they must really pay people for good reviews. overrall bad company. really unprofessional.
Randy was a huge help today, got my car out of a very difficult ditch, was friendly, answered all my questions, very helpful! This guy deserves a raise!!
They must've paid for fake reviews because this place is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Damaged my vehicle and refuse to be held accountable for their actions. Call somewhere else if you want you car to be the same as it was after they put their hands on it....
Destroyed my car, cost me $1200.00 just to get it back on the road. The estimated damage is around $2,000.00. The Tow truck driver towed my rear wheel drive car 120 miles while the rear end slammed on the ground over and over. Those were new tires. My rear diff needed to be rebuilt. I needed 2 new tires and my front end was destroyed. I was told it was going to be out on a flatbed. They lied and used a local towing vehicle which isn't meant for long distance.. they didn't even use dollies for my front tires. The sidewalls melted off my front tires. I called and spoke with the owner Henry. He said he would give me 1 tire. Really professional Henry... I have a family to take care of and am already struggling as it is. You destroyed my vehicle and left me to deal with the damage your driver caused. The driver said he hit a curb but clearly he dragged my car 120 miles. Leaving this here for you to look at Henry. Clearly you dont understand what you did and your company should be 100% responsible for the damage caused by your driver. Unbelievable experience, I would never recommend using this company for anything due to how they handle their mistakes. You're a liar, a terrible businessman, and and awful person in general for leaving me with this mess.. I cannot afford to get this fixed. Shame on you. You stated I wouldn't be charged for the tow but it was 100% covered through AAA towing. I have up to 250 miles free.
I was stranded just down the street from my house with a shredded flat tire and no money. The wife of a worker at iTow contacted her husband, and they arranged my tow and paid for it themselves. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs roadside assistance, and plan to pay their kindness forward whenever possible.

The tow truck driver that my insurance sent out to get my car out of the ditch in the middle of the night on August 5th was truly my hero!! He worked so hard and never gave up until it was out! Monday, June 23, 2025 Nick Boaz, tow truck guy from iTow did an excellent job navigating and transporting my 2012 Lincoln MKX off a hill driveway that was in reverse parking due to my driver's front wheel tire popped out of the axle control alignment after hitting a pothole/manhole. iTow Towing Service was the second company requested after Double K & S Towing decline because I was told my front wheel had potential causing more damage in the process transporting the vehicle on the tow truck bed...also I was told I will need a tow truck that has a dolly to transfer the vehicle. When iTow arrived Nick took the extra time and care to properly remove the front driver wheel while using a slider tool to transport the vehicle with confidence of no extra damages in the process. After a long day making calls with State Farm Insurance and navigating my vehicle Mr. Nick Boaz from iTow Towing Service save the day transporting my vehicle to the dealership mechanic before the shop closed. Thank you for putting the extra care in customer service!
Awesome service. They arrived on the scene quickly, towed my 30 ft. Camper and my F150 truck that broke down on the interstate. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Good Price, good service you name it. They got it.
Had to have a vehicle towed from Durand to a shop in Flint, they went over and above. First they were on time, second I forgot to move our garden hose and they stopped and adjusted it so they wasn’t going to run it over (not that we would of cared but it’s the small details), finally they was quick getting the vehicle loaded and off to the shop. I highly recommend them.
I don’t usually post reviews. I have been challenged to trust a towing company with my car, but I stand today as a relieved customer thanks to tow driver, Randall!! He was courteous, conscientious and represented this company well. He offered business cards for me to give to others, and I surely will. I am confident my car will be in good hands for the hour trip to my chosen repair facility.
Son blew two tires on Mt. Morris Road. Our Roadside dispatched I-TOW. Took longer than quoted ...but maybe they were busy or not close by??? Driver to take car from Beacon and Bridge to Discount Tire on Pierson Rd. Called Discount Tire first thing the next day and the car was not there. Called tow truck driver. He basically said too bad, it's at Belle Tire. And when we attempted to call the driver again, it appears our number was blocked. Our Roadside service was called again. They dispatched I-TOW again. While the car was at Belle Tire it was hit by someone. So now we have body damage too (which Belle tire is rectifying thankfully). I-tow took longer than the quoted time to get the car from Belle to take it to Discount across the street. But it was done. This was an unnecessary series of events and we are extremely disappointed. I cannot image this is company policy. I-tow could be an excellent place to get service from.....maybe the driver was having a bad day......regardless, a review is necessary.
Chris was our expert that came to our rescue. He was there in about 10 or 15 minutes and it took him less time to change our tire!!! Very friendly and helped us on our way in no time. Highly recommend him and this company!!!
Spun out into a ditch on way to work at around 6:30 am. iTow had very fast response time. The driver was courteous and helpful. The price was fair for service provided. I would recommend them for towing services.
I had a flat tire and they were there really quickly. Doug B was very communicative when he would be arriving. Doug B also went as far as to give me his car air compressor he had on his truck. Awesome company and awesome service. Will recommend to anyone needing assistance!
My 1999 Tahoe broke down and they were able to come get it within 30 mins of me calling and got me home I recommend 10/10 and show out the the driver “Red” I was very nice and well spoken

I called this tow truck company at 9:13am to tow my car to my home, the directions was to put the car in the middle of the lot. Not only did it take them 1h 30min to assist me but. When I got home after work and seen my vehicle I was very upset to see that my vehicle was parked on a slope on top of a tree stump, they didn’t even fix it when I called to let them know what happened instead of trying to work with me they told me that they’re going to charge me an additional $50 to fix a mistake that their driver made. The dispatcher told me the driver should have never left it in the grass because it’s against company’s policy to take the truck off concrete yet the driver never said any of this to me or the first dispatcher, Don’t use this company they are lazy, unprofessional and not worth the time and money.
Had ITow haul all of my vehicles from Springport (near Jackson, MI) to Ortonville (near Flint, MI). My '04 Grand Cherokee was the first one, set up through AAA, and Red showed up at my house to haul it. He was great, very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The other two cars are my babies, project cars, but my babies not the less. The day after my Jeep was taken, Red showed up again and we loaded my '69 Alfa Romeo Spyder on the bed and had my '71 MG Midget hanging out on the wheel chock portion (he also tossed my Yamaha Riva scooter and strapped it to the front of the bed). Red made sure everything was properly strapped, and then added more straps to make sure nothing happened to my vehicles. I would definitely recommend ITow to anyone looking to have something moved.
