Would never recommend they got my daughter for $460 and was still left stranded on side of road twice! Having to have her car towed once already after they worked on it I took it to another shop were they told me the compression is so low they wouldn’t put any $ into the vehicle……
ABC Auto Repair is where I will go from now on! I needed my brake pads and rotors replaced. The other places were too expensive! Matt and his crew got me in and out quickly and saved me money! Decided to Google search for a new auto repair shop and found ABC with great reviews. Both Tom S., the general manager, and Matt, The Flint store manager, went out of their way to help me out in a pinch. Justin, their technician did an outstanding job with my vehicle!!! With the heat wave, my work schedule and my daughter in the process of moving, an hour away, all 3 made sure my AC worked (replaced the compressor) and replaced the purge valve. I’ve been back n forth numerous times safely with cool air. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!! I’ll definitely will be a repeat customer! Thank you guys!!!
After trying to figure out why my van wouldn't start for a couple weeks, I had it towed to ABC repair. They found many electrical issues. Took them a while to find all the things wrong with it but it runs perfect now. Any other issues I have with my car or my van I know where I'm taking it. They did a good job
Amazing job done on my vehicle, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and really try their best to help. I am a female and know some about my truck and mini vans. I was not told or pressured there was more wrong and had to get done. Great pricing I love they have a sense of humor. I’m a very personable person and I was treated with respect felt comfortable and I feel they are trustworthy of their work. They are not trying to take all your money and that means the world to me. I will forever moving forward if any work needed will be going to ABC Auto. I would recommend them to anyone I know or meet. They also warrant their work, as well the part has warranty. Its hard to overstate just how incredible these guys are. My car had a fairly serious problem, and it wasn't an easy fix. At a reasonable cost, they had it done in two days. You can save a LOT of time, money, and headaches if you come here first. And I am very busy, so I dont leave reviews unless a business has went beyond expectations.
I highly recommend. My experience with them was great! They are patient, they take the time to look into and fully tell you what’s wrong with your car.

Matt was awesome!! We were stranded on our way up north. My brakes went out with no notice. Thay got me back on the road in under an hour ! Plus his people skills are wonderful! He explained everything in detail!

I had such a great experience with the fellas at ABC. My car kept having issues and no one could figure out what was wrong but I took it to ABC and they kept at it and finally found an issue when no other mechanics could. They treated me with kindness and respect and put a lot of hard work into it to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them especially for electrical issues. Had a great experience bringing my mom‘s car here to be repaired! The car had been having issues and had already been to two other mechanics who could not figure out the cause. The staff is very professional, and the customer service is top-notch. This place is genuine and you can tell that they really care about fixing your vehicle the right way. My mom‘s car has been running great ever since! I would highly recommend!
I am thanking my lucky stars tonight that my car is back home. On Saturday, I was going to pick up Shane, and I thought I could smell gas. So I turned the car off, rolled down the windows, and waited for him to come out. When I turned the car back on, the gas smell almost knocked me out. We made it home safely, and as soon as Cody came out the door to look at the car, he could smell the gas. He opened the hood, and gas was in the engine, smoking. Needless to say, we turned it off and called a tow truck. I had this problem about six months ago, and the aftermarket warranty covered the repair. I called my warranty company, and even though it was the same part, it is no longer covered, and they no longer use the same vendors. I was seriously bummed because ABC tires took such great care of me last time. So I reluctantly called an in-service provider and had it sent to them. I was told that the last shop had screwed up the installation, stripping a bolt head off, causing my new part to rattle and break. Well, I don't know what happened; I just knew it wasn't running. They offered me a fix-it price I couldn't afford at that moment. Then they offered to finance me. I was told the part was ordered, then told it was a different part. This went on for 3 days with no real information. I called ABC and told them the situation. Matt immediately told me to bring it in, as he would stand by his work. Well come to find out, the bolt was freshly broken, so no fault of ABC. Matt still stood behind his work and repaired the broken part, free of charge to me. That family owned Business did not have to do that, and most dont...but I am so thankful they did. Times are tough for everyone, but they really saved me. Again, thank you for your great team and exceptional service. I will not go anywhere else again.
Matt and Steve are the best! I have been taking my vehicles here since 2019. They are honest, prompt, upfront, respectful, reliable and have great personalities! I took my car in and they didn’t think they would be able to look at it until Monday. Steve made the time and had it in the same day.

This shop and the associates/mechanics are wonderful! I came in with an emergency car problem. They were so professional and prompt to get my car looked at. They contacted me with a detailed explanation of the issues, the repairs, the time, and the price. The price is reasonable with good work, and a warranty. The front desk area is clean, has a nice bathroom, coffee and chairs to wait if needed. They also can text you the details of the work being done with the price right to your phone. I was able to pick my vehicle up the next day and will be coming back here for any future car repairs! Also there’s a cash payment discount and everything helps. Thank you guys for the wonderful service!
My daughter has taken her cars here to be fixed on several occasions. One time someone left a bike in the middle of the road and she had to have repairs after running it over. They looked over the car and only replaced what had to be replaced. We love this place. The mechanics are knowledgeable and and have great prices. They don't try and replace things you do not need to get more money out of you. I would definitely recommend them.
