Poor customer service. Garbage cars test drove 2 with bad transmition and the timing chain. Then the lenders took my cash and gave me check back days later after rejecting my $1000 down. Not worth even stopping in complete scam...
Other than most the cars have bald tires most the cars have body damage high miles. I'm gonna pass and try somewhere else that is not trying to take a ridiculous amount of money and offers safer cars

Despite what people say like any other dealer there’s always gonna be a sour lemon I however God blessed with an amazing impala last year wonderful staff who work with you with payments as well as maintenance on the vehicle
Don't buy a car hear they greedy the cars got a lot of miles and I had my car stolen and the towing company did not tell me it was in there parking lot it sit up for 10 weeks I called the flint police but got nowhere rpm charged me full price for the car I won't buy anything from rpn again

Very rude and treat their customers worst then trash on the side of the road. Don’t want to hear anything you have to say. Always hang up on you before you can finish talking. If your struggling and behind on a payment and trying to talk to them about when you’ll be able to catch up they get pissed and want to treat you like things can’t happen in your life out of your control. Try to switch from weekly to biweekly because of an job loss and the new job was bi-weekly and the financial guy so dam rude and said what you think we’re going to rewrite up a agreement well that’s never going to happen and hangs up on me. God for bid if anything in your life ever happen to you and your family and you fall behind on your bills. At least I contacted you and tried to let you know what I was going through. Nope none of that matters. Sad how this society is now days.. oh and on top of that my car been in service more then I had it! But that don’t give a crap! They can sell you a lemon car and make you wait to have it fixed yet they won’t work with you on a payment! Just so wrong beyond wrong. Maybe they would have better reviews from customers if they had more compassion for their customers… just a thought.
My vehicle seems to have a lot of the same reoccurring issues such as a bad battery & alternator. I'm pretty sure it was touched up visually before being sold. I wanted to trade up and roll my balance on something better since my income increased, but they didn't seem interested without thousands more down... I'm tired of replacing the same 3 things over and over again. Alternator, battery & fuse. I make way more money than before and I'm offering to pay more money for something more reliable. What a shame. it just means I'll be going elsewhere soon. bummer for them, I guess ...
Psa... vehicles here are not repaired or serviced before being placed on the lot to be sold. You have to tell them it's messed up to get it fixed. Most, if not all, are auction vehicles. My odometer doesn't work... and many other oddities
I purchased a car through them a year ago this month and I just fell behind on my payments due to unemployment I was only behind 600.00 and they came and repossessed my car last Thursday and every time I try to talk to them nicely they get very rude in the financing department especially Paul. I reached out to them today to see if they would work with me because I really can't afford to have repossession on my credit and he responded you have until the 23rd and then it goes back on the lot for resale.
Staff is very rude even when you come off nice and approachable, they will look you dead in the face and lie just because they’re so use to doing it or just because they don’t want to do something or simply because they think you don’t know any better. They will not sell you a good car they will instead sell u a car good enough to give you enough troubles until you lose it or just give up.
5yrs ago I gave this place a one star review because I was simply angry. It's now 2022 I will give my honest opinion of this place since me and my wife have two vehicles one from the flint main lot and the other from the Lansing lot. Mine I've had going on 2 years now with minor problems I was sold mine with the front end components needing to be replaced very common with the Chrysler 300. Took care of that and the vehicle has been great everything else has been general ware and tear. My wife's had bad brakes,rotors at time of purchase and bad control arms, ball joints in the front. Other that that hers has been great. Now I have seen were people have gotten junk from here but they do let you drive it and get inspected before purchasing and will repair it before you take it. Can be a inconvenience because it is usually a week or two before you actually get it. Another thing to watch for is repaired wrecked vehicles there are some of those on the lot as well. Just use your head when buying a car from here look it over real good ask questions make sure your a 100% before you sign paperwork so your not leaving a bad review within the first week of having the car. As far as me I'm happy. Happy shopping everyone.
Honestly I have been a fan with them for a while. Billy the salesman I bought my truck from was a straight shooter. I was looking at a few vehicles and he told me straight up to steer clear from some. The truck I bought only needed a starter replaced after 1 year of owning it. Billy did not pull the pushy salesman trick gave me time to think before I signed. The process was straight forward as well told you from the beginning the down payment and payment amounts on the vehicles you were looking at. Where I am not a fan is after I paid my vehicle off with them they kind of screwed me on my credit report instead of marking it as paid off they just straight up removed it so two years of payment history were removed. If you are looking to buy from them I would honestly look them over very thoroughly or even bring it to a third party mechanic as they do have some cars with many issues. I can not say I would never go back I probably would.
I was with my step-son in law and he bought a Used Car from you guys that day. The man who sold him the car was very friendly, patient, funny, and helpful. My step-son-in-law was very happy with his experience that day. Personally I would never buy from you guys because I know what my ex-husband (married at that time) went through with this company. I firmly believe the prices on your Used Car lot are way too high for quality of the used cars you guys sell. I think the sales man and the mechanics do a excellent job of hiding all the things that are wrong with the vehicles unless you yourself are a mechanic and know what to look for and what questions to ask. I personally believe this company is very crooked and I believe that you guys pretty much take advantage of the people who are desperate for a vehicle, that don't have many choices, and the people who just don't know much about cars. But I didn't buy from you guys, my step-son in law did. He was very happy with his experience and was very thankful he was able to get a car. It has been a few months since the day he went in and got his car and he's having a lot of issues with the vehicle he purchased. Things that shouldn't be a problem because it's less than 7 months since he bought it from you guys... Guess he's starting to see why I never liked this company...
This is the worst used car place ever. They came and took my car when my payments weren’t even to the point to come take the car and they said they would fix the problems with the car at the beginning and we waited a week and half and nothing was fixed. I would advise anyone to never go here for anything they have all junk cars and every one has mega problems so stay away from RPM in Flint Michigan. I feel bad for the person who gets this car bc there so many problems with it . I would do 0 stars if I could. Worst Place Ever!!!

The cars might look good on the outside but they are not good cars. You’ll have to put a lot more money into it on top of the weekly payment so if you have a lot of money go for it. I had to dump hundreds into a car to fix things that worked when I test drove it but some how broke after I signed and weren’t covered by the “warranty”. My sister in law had engine issues 2 weeks after signing and it was still under warranty so they just kept it in the shop the “trying to fix it” until warranty was up then refused to finish because it wasn’t under warranty.
This place is a joke, if you have bad credit and can’t get approved other places I get it, it sucks, but do your best not to buy here. The finance guy J is a douche so have fun dealing with him too.
Went through rpm. Missed a half of a payment and they took my vehicles and garnishing my checks. They said there were problems they had to fix with the vehicles and making me pay for the problems and they say they sold the vehicles for less than what I owe. I would never recommend rpm to any one. Always had to take the vehicles to the shop and never got it right
Even though I’ve been waiting for my car, three months now, for a computer chip, that service can’t quite figure out. Billy has never stopped, or let up.
And now to hear that he’s going to help me out by getting a different vehicle more suitable for my, new growing family. I appreciate all his hard work, and excited to actually close a deal ! Go see Billy ! My man won’t let you down.

Bought a car from them, took in before the 30 day warranty and their painter backed into my car and crushed the front end, the small list that I had for them was then over looked so the just worked on the front end, they lost the Key Fob I had installed after purchase and didn’t even bother to replace that, jb welled the front bumper, screwed up the splash guard with dry wall screws they spray painted, it was half by the time I arrived home! They cut the emergency brake and didn’t even bother to tell me! Can’t get out of the passenger door anymore after being hit! I have left several messages no return calls, call when they want a payment and when I ask about fixing the car I get transferred to someone who either can’t help or they are in a meeting every time I call! Like I said left my name and number no return call! The car is not even save to drive after you wreaked it! And your sales people telling me it’s my fault for bringing it there in the first place! Putting a payment on the end does not make up for the fact you had my car for a total of almost a month and fixed nothing! And can’t even see to replace the key fab and fix the emergency brake! At this point I needed a different car and a lawyer!
I would leave Zero stars if that was possible. We bought a car from there two weeks ago. They put a paper plate on the vehicle that expires today. So I go to make payment and pick up plate. They take my money but have no plate. I try to ask what can be done because I can’t drive it after today. The lady who is to good to get up from her chair tells me to check back on Monday. So I ask to speak to manager of course he is not there. Okay so who is in charge now. Some random lady yells that she is in charge but she know nothing about plates and can’t control Secretary of State. The issue is you sold me the car, printed the paper plate with a date. If you did not have the plate two days ago you should of been all over it. It’s calked follow up and customer service. Not even an apology!!! Absolutely horrible service!!
Went and test drove a couple cars ended up loving a 2012 equinox went to autozone got it scanned where they said it was a fuel pump because it was having trouble getting up to speed on the express way or while driving it period told the guy i thought it was the engine. He made me fill out a promise sheet i waited 8 days to get my car back because it was a timing chain and this and that well i got the car back at 3:30 today and by 5 i knew what a huge mistake i made because the car is running rougher then when i test drove it. Now i have to wait til monday to take it back to get it "fixed" again and im stuck in a 2 year contract for a car that more then likely needs a new engine. Dont be like me do not buy from rpm.
I purchased a Jeep Liberty from them they fixed all the visible problems. Drove it for about 3 months and the motor blew. Everyone I know that has purchased a vehicle from this place has had to put a lot of money into mechanical work on top of the ridiculous amount that you have to pay for the vehicle itself. I had to give it back because I couldn’t afford to fix it on top of the payments. The lady that towed it even said she would never recommend them. They sell junk that will last enough time for them to not be responsible for it.
Glen is the dealer I went with when buying my truck,he did a good job of being honest and I’d say he is a straight shooter also rpm is Lucky to have him as a salesperson! I am currently still driving my 04 2005 hd and it’s been a solid truck so far I’d buy here again if I needed too
They take advantage of people who are stuck and need a car.
Give you junk yard cars at dealership prices, they tell you it's a 2 year pay off, there is no way you can pay it off in 2 years. It takes you 18 months just to pay off the 25% interest on the over priced junk that will fall apart before you are done paying it off. Show up at your door non stop if you miss one payment. Borderline harassment.
Went to go get a second vehicle from RPM auto and they did nor disappoint!!! I was turned down at every place I went until I found this place. I was not only surprised by the best selection but also the great customer service. Mr. Billie Williams made the impossible, possible!! I would highly recommend going to see Mr. Williams of you are in need of a new vehicle!!
We scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago, took the car in today and no parts were ordered for the things they promised to fix upon purchase and it takes more than a 10 hour day to change a bad alternator that they caused to fail by selling our vehicle with an old leaky battery half the size our vehicle needs. And have every excuse in the book why they cant do it in one day. Lost hours from work stranded on the side of the road. Their mechanics are uneducated and lie to you. Please avoid RPM at all costs!!
And did I fail to mention we haven't even had the vehicle 30 days yet which is what there warranty is
UPDATE: after my girlfriend having to beg and plead while in tears they finally changed our alternator after 9 hours and 45 mins out of a 10 hour day.
Mind you our appointment was STILL scheduled 3 weeks ago and they didnt have any of the parts to fix any of the other issues

RPM in Clio sold me a lemon told me was reliable vehicle. Lied about everything even paperwork. Then when they are under warranty to fix it don't. My vehicle has been in shop two months literally since day one. Not to mention the service.. I've never been so disrespected in my life. DO NOT GO RPM CLIO SELL JUNK N WILL TREAT YOU AS SUCH. Don't know what they're doing.
Glenn Smith is the guy to go to. He is at the Clio branch. He sold us our Ford Explorer He got everything fixed on it and worked with us all the way through. Glenn if you read this thank you very much! You are awesome and RPM is very lucky to have an employee of your caliber on there team.
