Before the switch to hill road we worked with Justyn for our fleet vehicles and she was amazing to work with. New service advisor that was assigned to us would not give us straight answers and the answer would constantly change. In addition after the move we had to get a few things redone as they werent done right. Wrong oil dipstick was placed when lower block was rebuilt. Supposed to get a replacement but still no response after 3 months.
They are still working on area . Had to drive through a muddy area in order to get to dealership! Video was no longer available to watch on my phone to see what was being done t I my car . Rush rush service they should have stayed in flushing . Brand new building service doesn't match the new decor.
This service center has had my vehicle for 11 days now because of a no start issue.
Not once in that time have they offered me a rental or any good reason why they have not been able to fix my car.
Do yourself a favor and do not bring your vehicle to this service center!
They were very nice respectful all the workers was but I highly recommended gentleman name Sean White he went above and beyond for me he worked extremely hard took my matters into hand and did the above and beyond to make sure that I was happy I recommend everybody to come to him if you want a good salesman that will be straightforward kind-hearted and respectful he's your guy I'm definitely got a new car that I will be going to for all my car needs if I could give more than just five stars I would another car lot get me wrong and when I told him he fell back for me and made sure he made everything right best car salesman ever!!!!!!
