I would leave 0 starts if I could. Very disappointed in the customer service and ability to get correct parts. Received the wrong part twice after the part number was verified several times. Very unwilling to make corrections to broken and wrongfully ordered parts. Was also told we would not have to pay for the correct part when we received it 3 days after ordering initially & two different failed attempts at the correct part, then was told upon picking it up we were expected to pay in full. Will not be returning and will be notifying others to not shop here.
Jeremy and Joe thanks for the knowledge you saved me hundreds of dollars and a week of time and stress having to wait on a mechanic. Not to mention they gave me an upgraded part for the same price as the cheap one because they didn't have it in stock.
These people including especially Michelle believe her name was we're not just helpful I don't even know the word! They have good hearts and great to the public I'll tell you that! Thank you so much. Mechanically I almost had myself stuck in a very expensive corner. Ty for your professionism.
The store employee Corbin was more than helpful. It was the second time he helped me in that store, I don’t know anything about cars so he had to deal with that and I was a pain in the ass but he dealt with me with a smile on his face. Definitely made it easy on a woman who is car illiterate.
If I could.i would leave a negative number of stars... We have gone in the store on two separate times and the guy behind the counter, his badge said assistant manager, has told us to wait so he and his friend could finish their conversation about what houses they lived in and what renovations they were going to do etc. The lady that was working.with him was.busting her butt helping customers ,there was a few in line, while he.just leaned on the counter visiting with his friend. He is very rude EVERY time we go in the store and treats us like an inconvenience. We will never go back and auto zone will get all our money for all our equipment needs
The 2 employees on staff were not helpful. I had a part # (which showed 18 in stock) They couldn't find them and didn't hardly look. The one employee just sat there and did nothing the whole time while the other attempted to look for less than a minute before sending me out the door. I drove from the swartz creek store to get the part # here at corunna rd. with no luck.
This is a very helpful store they care about customer service. One gentlemen freed up my rear windshield blade and motor saved me big headache i have the use of my windshield blade back. Thanks ORiely. I think the young man that helped me was Chris. I hope I got that right.
I came in looking for windshield wipers without a clue on how to install them or which size / brand to get. YaYa greeted me immediately as I walked in and looked up the sizes I needed for my specific vehicle. She even walked me to the correct isle and went over differences with each brand. Lastly, she installed the windshield for me and was extremely personable. I appreciate her going above and beyond and taking care of me during my visit. I’ll definitely be back!
Bought struts had the receipts went to exchange for warranty, but because they stopped getting that brand they tried telling me I never purchased them from that store but I have the receipt matching my struts so intern I had to pay $300 for brand new struts because of manager Amanda
Great store. They tend to carry the higher end parts which is nice. Great return policy on rented tools as well. Zachariah at the puerson rd store was a great help with both the rental and retirn when tool malfunctioned. Great experience despite the broken tool.
The level of service I got at Oreillys tonight was above and beyond especially considering it was probably a $20 sale said and done. Came in looking for a universal part and they helped find it and ensure it was going to fit before I left as well as helping me find some other stuff.
Very conveniently located. Lot of parking. Friendly people. Knowledgeable about the vehicles parts and automotive related products. Checked parts numbers online just to make sure, cuz I think I might have the ONLY Mazda6 GT in the county. The gal there was very helpful in the retrieval of the parts. The parts for the antique LeSabre's we're easy, so my points are adding up!

On Monday, Jan 31, I called for info regarding getting my battery tested. Liz was very helpful & answered all my questions! After getting a boost, I drove to O'Reilly's and Liz's assistant manager came out , she was ver nice...She checked my alternator and then my battery, she discovered I had a bad battery! I was very grateful to her & Liz.. THANK YOU LADIES for all you do! You are Essential!!!.
These guys (and gals) are great. Everyone there had mechanical knowledge. I wouldn't call them experts or anything but for the basics they know their stuff. Sometimes they are out of stock but if you ask they will call their other locations to see if they have whatever your looking for, and the best part is if one the other stores does have your part you can pay for it right on the spot then go pick it up from the other location. Yes they also do tool rental. Overall this is my go to for ALL of my car needs, from antifreeze to floor mats to FM transmitters to fuses. This is my FIRST recommendation to anyone who needs something for their car!
Went to O'Reilly's on Corunna Rd. Husband was told they didn't have the part he needed but that the store at Dort and Lippincott had one. We drove across town. Got there to have them tell us they didn't have the part either. But that the store on West Pierson had one. So drove back across town. An hour and a half later we finally had the part we needed.
If you want help putting whatever you want in or on your car I do not recommend. There short staffed and can't help you even though thay advertise helping you.
I just bought a battery seeing as mine completely died this morning and I have no tools to help me install one nor do I know how which is why i choose places that do it for me as I'm sure many people are the same. This was the only place open this early but they only have one staff I was even willing to wait for the lady to have no customers and I wouldn't mind if she had to stop and take care of a customer but now im never going back again they lost my business forever
Whenever I need an odd end part, this O'Reilly's has always had my back when the other places didn't carry it in stock. Also the customer service is really good, the gentleman at the counter took his time to help me find a weird flared & thread pitched brake line for my Cadillac.
This is where I usually get all my small stuff for the car windshield wipers cleaning supplies brake pads if I'm doing it myself guys always come out and help me if I need wipers put on or something engine light they'll come and tell me what it is so it's a great place friendly atmosphere then get what you need real quick if not they can send you to another store have it brought over
Very bad experience here. Spoke with district manager and never even got a response. What happened that day was a employees mistake. I had to have my car towed to the dealership because a fuse was put in the wrong spot. I simply asked if he could check the fuse for my cigarette lighter. I drove my car away from the dealership after they switched the fuses around... By that guy not knowing what he was doing caused my car to go into fail safe mode.. I ended up paying for their mistake. My friends or family don't shop here or at any location. At least Auto Zone will say they can't touch it if they aren't sure of what to do. Very sad.
