The driver was fast, although not super friendly. Changed my tire, as I paid him to do so. What I didn't pay for was for him to take my phone number from the paperwork and text me to ask me out. Especially since It was only my kiddo and myself, the whole situation gave off a serious air of uncomfortableness. I did email the company, but never received an acknowledgement. If you're a parent/single woman I wouldn't use this place, you should be able to just live your life without employees taking your personal information and crossing boundaries. Super unprofessional.
Dispatch lady was rude and they wanted 125 bucks to pull me one foot I literally was in my yard next to the driveway literally the easiest pull ever call I tow way cheaper and super nice people only cost me 70 bucks
I had a tire blow out at 69 and Belsay. Called Burton City Towing and Jeffrey came out in promised time which was pretty quick. Best job I've seen by Towing Specialist. I have a very low sports car and I was in the auto business, so I have had many experiences. Bonus was the reasonable fee for service. Thanks for making a tough situation much better.
Called on a Saturday to get assistance with a flat tire. They were the only ones that would take me. Everyone else declined me because they only "tow on weekends"

I have been calling about my vehicle that was towed since the 21st of August. I’ve been requesting a call back from the manager regarding the financial side. I’ve called multiple times since without a call back and have yet to hear back from anyone but the rude woman on the phone. It’s to my knowledge now that my vehicle is no longer available to me.
I had a blowout on my way to pick up a friend from Detroit Metro airport. Burton City towing had a tow truck to me in less than 30 minutes. Upon discovering my spare was also flat, the driver (who’s name I didn’t catch) went above and beyond to help me get it aired up and get me back on the road.

And they nailed my car to the motorsports store after that was not planned or discussed. chartered me appropriately for the last minute request. Thank yojlu BURTON TOWING!!!! I had to call Burton City Towing at 5am as I hit a pothole getting onto I-75, the driver was extremely fast and very friendly and understanding. I'd say their tows (at least mine) was very affordable for how far I had to go. I'd definitely recommend calling them especially since they're open when other companies are not
Got my plow truck over to the dealership safely and when they said they would. Driver correctly connected the truck to the wrecker using 4 tie points!

Just called up there and looked for a gentleman named Jim. We had a family member pass away that knew him and we were just trying to get in contact with him. The young lady who answered the phone was super rude and condescending. Then she didn’t even say bye before she hung up the phone on me. Very classy

Would give zero if possible. A vehicle from my house was towed here. I thought I was in a low budget appocoliptic movie when I went there to get it. Not friendly, not helpful, not clean, not easy to find, and a lot of stairs... I could keep going...
I had a flat tire, I called them...they were there in ten minutes, changed it in another ten. The driver was very professional and friendly, as was the lady who answered the phone. If I'm ever with car troubles again in the area, I will use them again, hands down.
After waiting for over 2 1/2 he's for a different company I decided to call these guys and within 30 min of calling they had me out of the mud. I highly recommend these guys. The driver even answered a few questions about accessories for my truck
This is my go to towing service. I have exclusively used Burton for at least the last 5 years. They are always very professional, and their arrival times have always been spot on for me. I feel their prices are fair and they are open twenty four hours a day.
Every time I've had them tow me, depending on the issue, they always offer to try to jump start it first. For me, it is the little things that separate them from other tow services. Allyson even waited after hook up one time so my family could stay warm in the tow truck until our ride showed up.
They give A+ service with very caring staff. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all my towing needs in the future.

Collaborate with Burks light truck and auto, my car was stalled for a few hours, came and towed before I returned and once I was there asked to see if I owned it or not. Who comes and claims a random vehicle. Don't breakdown in Burkburnett Tx and leave your vehicle.

Had the locked out Escape door open in a flash . I will recommend Business to anyone and I also placed this business in my Contacgs thanks for the great business. I have used this company exclusively for the past 10+ years and recommended it to family and friends. After an accident totaled my car, the driver told me I would be charged $100-$150 for the tow due to it being a police call. Knowing the car was totaled and I would be selling it to the tow company as scrap, I expected to walk out of the office with at least some cash in hand (estimated $300 for the car minus $150 for the tow). However, when I went to sign over the title, I was told the charge for the tow was $240 ($150 hook-up charge, $10 mileage, and $80 for 2 days of storage, even though it was only 15 hours total) and that they would accept the title in lieu of payment. When informed of what the driver told me, she said that he should not have quoted me that, but would not honor her employee's quote. Only other choice was to pay the $240, have the car towed out of there at an additional charge and try to sell it privately. Will not be using this service again.
