I got locked out of my truck. The response time was good. But the 1st guy wasn't able to open my truck. Then a few minutes later l received a call from the owner JJ he said he'd be right over. He was here in 10 minutes. It took him like 5 minutes to get my truck open. I was ecstatic. I had been locked out for hours. He went above and beyond solving my issue. Thank you West side towing.

Can't say enough good things about Joe and his trainee. They showed up within minutes with the most impressive flat bed I've ever seen. Joe knew exactly what to do. My car has special instructions for loading and Joe knew them immediately. Joe and his partner were prompt, courteous, experienced, knowledgeable and professional. Joe's trainee drove that big flat bed truck cool as a cucumber. He even backed it up my long narrow driveway with ease. Joe unloaded my car with care and precision. My car was damaged due to this company jumping a perfectly normal battery. They don't care Jakie is rude threaten to hang up on me and tell AAA I was not complying. I answered every question asked now when it get to the point you asking about after it was out of the tow truck company care that has nothing to do with you. Now you being nosy trying to imply something was already wrong with my battery which I never had a issue until the Idiot towing my car jumped my battery backwards and dried my wiring they got something coming just know you got the right one today and you are not above the law I can show you better then I can tell you.
I called AAA for a towing, the driver Dillan was very professional very timely. I had to go home to pick up my kid when he arrived. While I was on my way home the driver called and said that he was their to pick up the car. I said I had to go but can he still take the vehicle. He said no problem and he would tow the vehicle to my requested destination. An hour later the car was still in the parking lot and Dillan he did not tow it. When i call him and asked why he stated that his supervisor Justin told him not to tow it because I wasn't there. I asked him why didn't' anyone one call me and inform me. Dillan said that his supervisor Justin was suppose to. When I spoke to Justin he was nasty, rude, and very uncooperative. He refused to help in anyway and when I asked him why didn't he at least call me and inform me of his decision he said that I should have read AAA handbook and hung up the phone. I would not recommend West Town towing to anyone. Beware of the unprofessional and rude and condescending staff.

I had a complete flat tire, rim touching ground, at 8pm on a Sunday. Brandon called and let me know a time estimate and where he was coming from. Super nice guy, very reassuring, would definitely recommend!
I would 100% recommend West Town towing for anyone who wants quick and efficient service everytime. Jacob was my most recent technician and his service was more than exceptional! He showed up way faster than expected, tested my battery & alternator, the test determined it was a bad battery (8% State of health) and needed replacement. Luckily he had one on his truck and within 20 minutes he had a new battery installed with a 3-year warranty!! He is an excellent tech and is so informative and intelligent in his line of work. So grateful for his help and if I have to call again I hope I'm lucky enough to get the same driver because he made a stressful situation seem effortless!

I was told a driver was on the way when the driver was supposed to be there I got a text saying it was going to be another half an hour. It was just short of two hours to get a tow truck On a beautiful sunny morning. They said it was a really busy day.
Justin and Ron was amazing I was stuck on the side of the road for hrs from a blow out and they came and saved the day !! Justin also covered the cost of my tire ! I would definitely recommend 10/10 amazing !!

My mother in law used you guys and was totally ripped off they took a car 6 almost 7 miles and charged $205. The dispatcher said it would be about $83. They didn't even use a flat bed. They just drug it behind a tow truck. I do not recommend them or complete towing because they recommend them.
Super fast. They got help to us extremely fast and changed the tire for me within a couple minutes. For a very reasonable price. I couldn't be more grateful to this company for getting us so quickly out of Danger and back on the road.
Tone H. needs a raise!!! Apparently he had been waiting by my truck for a while. He didn’t have service so he was hoping that someone would stop. Luckily my girlfriend was driving by and asked if he was there for my truck. When I got there, he was really friendly and made the process really simple for me.
Ron W. was my driver and I must say, this is probably the best and most efficient towing service I have ever used. I only waited 15 min max after I called in until Ron showed up. He was careful with loading my truck and the pricing was great too. I will ONLY use this towing service moving forward.
