Jimmie at west town towing went above and beyond to help me when my truck broke down. Jimmie was so kind and went out of his way to be sure i was safe from on coming traffic as I had to get out of my truck. Thank you so much for your kindness and help it is truly appreciated.
What a garbage outfit. Their backwards thinking makes them feel okay for telling a stranded customer they are sending some out in 30 minutes only to be told an hour later they decided to do a "AAA" job instead. Use another company if at all possible. Don't say you haven't been warned.
I would recommend this company to others and use their services going forward. The technician (Andrew) was kind, professional, and personable. I had a dead battery and with a little determination, he was able to get my car started quickly. Again, would absolutely use their services again!
Samier was the best. Could not have been nicer, quick, and efficient. I cannot express how grateful I am that he came to my rescue. He dropped my 90yo mom at her house then bought me to where I asked to go. They weren't open, so took me to the AAA shop. Thank you so much for all your help and being such a nice and pleasant guy. Company is a scamm!!!Refused to jump start our car AAA roadside.. lied to us said car could not be started we had to buy a 300.00 battery since it was the second time they came to jump my 2019 Chevy IMPALA.did not send me the diagnostics requested 2times. Left me stranded without a vehicle. Used COMPLETE City towing for a jump instead!!!
This company is a rip off. I am a disabled veteran and I broke down in zero degree weather. My insurance called this company and they charged me $300 dollars to tow the car back to my house five miles away.
Lifesaver! I hit a patch of ice and ended up stuck in a ditch, and Sam came to my rescue; he took great pains to prevent damage, working carefully and methodically (in negative degree windchill) until I was back on all four wheels. Would definitely recommend!

Just after Thanksgiving I was traveling on 75 when my vehicle had an issue and I stopped at the gas station on the N side of W Branch… it was late and the weather was getting worse. As my hobbled my car pulled into the lot, he drove right over and proceeded to help me out! It was so kind of him!! Thank you JJ for being there and for your help getting me going again!!
My experience with this company has been awful. I had a truck at Applegate Chevrolet, I needed it taking up to Mount Morris. I was quoted $100 on a Monday for the next day, I accepted it. The weather has been bad I get that, so I call Tuesday morning and I'm told its now $125, 3 hour wait. Ok I'm fine with that. I call back 3 hours later, the wait time is still the same, and I speak to an awful trailer trash harridan with a vile manner who basically tells me to go elsewhere. I did just that.
I had a damaged front tire and called for Roadside assistance, from start to finish I waited less than 45 minutes. That includes calling my insurance, finding and dispatching a driver, and tire change. Ron W. arrived and quickly changed the tire and placed the damaged one in my vehicle. He's very pleasant, professional and helpful. Thank you for a job well done!
Ron and his trainee came out to our home to unlock both sets of key fobs from our Duramax cab. He was prompt, very professional and very friendly. Highly recommend!!!

I'm so excited to tell my story because of the inconvenience of my flat, receiving the wrong roadside information not one but three times. and the non ability of my circle to change it. I've been trying to get my tire changed since last night. Calling for rides the next morning had me nauseous!!! The dealership had me homicidal! My circle had me in terrorist mode! Why can't someone help me with this damn tire!!!!!!!? My goodness, just change the damn thing!!!! My head is spinning!!! I have to be at two sites tomorrow! This is unbelievable! It's a tire, not heart surgery! Then my night in shinning armor, Ken Rock showed up!!!! One hour earlier then expected may I add!!! Before I could get outside, he had aired the tire up! What the hell!!!!? He checked the tire, heard the air seeping out and said "Let me change this tire for you!!!" Sat on the ground- zip, zip, tire changed!!! IKYFL my people couldn't get the nuts loose!!!! A 20 hr nightmare, resolved in 15 minutes! Then he gives me a card to go purchase a tire TONIGHT!!!! Customer service at its best!!! I got locked out of my truck. The response time was good. But the 1st guy wasn't able to open my truck. Then a few minutes later l received a call from the owner JJ he said he'd be right over. He was here in 10 minutes. It took him like 5 minutes to get my truck open. I was ecstatic. I had been locked out for hours. He went above and beyond solving my issue. Thank you West side towing.
If you need a tow, ask for Joe! Can't say enough good things about Joe and his trainee. They showed up within minutes with the most impressive flat bed I've ever seen. Joe knew exactly what to do. My car has special instructions for loading and Joe knew them immediately. Joe and his partner were prompt, courteous, experienced, knowledgeable and professional. Joe's trainee drove that big flat bed truck cool as a cucumber. He even backed it up my long narrow driveway with ease. Joe unloaded my car with care and precision. Love love love! The company. All of the employees are super nice, they will take care of you and make sure you got exactly what you need . You can bring card,cash app & cash also towing came fast, they told me 30min and came in less then 15min . 10/10 experience everytime I come .
Westtown Towing is truly amazing! They came out at 2am to help my son with a flat tire, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I would 100% recommend West Town towing for anyone who wants quick and efficient service everytime. Jacob was my most recent technician and his service was more than exceptional! He showed up way faster than expected, tested my battery & alternator, the test determined it was a bad battery (8% State of health) and needed replacement. Luckily he had one on his truck and within 20 minutes he had a new battery installed with a 3-year warranty!! He is an excellent tech and is so informative and intelligent in his line of work. So grateful for his help and if I have to call again I hope I'm lucky enough to get the same driver because he made a stressful situation seem effortless!
