7/10/25 My car wasn’t starting and Don with Swartz Creek Towing came out and got it started right away! Unfortunately, my car started acting up and they came back, shortly, after I called and towed it to my mechanic! Very friendly and will contact again!
They did an amazing job! My truck needed towed to the dealership and the dealership lost my truck. Swartz creek towing was kind and patient enough to go back to the dealership the next day and find the vehicle for me. Dealer had moved it and lost it after it was dropped off. I can’t thank them enough!

I work for an HVAC supplier and deliver all the parts and supplies to different locations. Today I was making a long haul, drop in Swartz Creek and unfortunately my C Class truck slid into a ditch while entering a narrow driveway. Very impressed with Swartz Creek Towing, we have used Don in the past and he has always taken care of our towing needs. Yesterday was a Sunday, my husband and I broke down so we called Don. Within 20 minutes, he sent us a tow driver named Dan. Dan was very personable and professional, even making sure we made it home safely. Thank you both for the outstanding service.
I'm not going to lie. I really don't know how to feel about these guys. On the one hand they are the fastest towing service to ever get to me ever, but on the other they showed up with a tilt trailer car hauler. They did knock off $5 because it was all I had had on my card, but they were also the most expensive flat rate that I've seen (normally flat rate are between $55-$75, these guys flat rate in $100). They were definitely nice and friendly. So I guess what I'm trying to say is, if you guys would just get rid of the tilt trailer and get a real flat bed, it would inspire a lot more confidence in your customers. That tilt trailer should only be for personal jobs. But I'm satisfied with your service. Thank you.
They were fast to show up and super nice gentlemen that were able to quickly get my car strapped in and towed to the dealership. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again (although hopefully I won't ever need to!).
Shout out to Dan and Donny , I was stuck in the middle of the road and have these guys a call and they got me back to my house in less than 15 mins from the time that I called them , superior service, would recommend them to any looking for quick and easy service!!
These guys were the furthest from professional that you could get. They show up with a tilt trailer car hauler. My car is low to the ground so they used a few boards to get it on. When they try to get my vehicle off the trailer they scraped my brand new exhaust on the concrete and caught my front bumper, almost ripping it off. I said “ Hey dude wth was that!” He said “what dude your car is low to the ground so it will do that no matter what.” We argued about it for a minute. Ultimately he said “You didn’t need to call us.” So I won’t. And I hope none of you do either. This was a 2.4m tow and they charged me 150 dollars. These guys are a joke. Go anywhere else.
Professional and very good work. I called them for a towing, and they did a very good job, good price and got there a lot quicker than said. If I can give them more stars I would. Thank you Swartz creek for the help.
