Horrible service! Price gouged me something terrible for a less than 24 hour hold on my vehicle, that was in a minor accident. When I showed up at the yard to pay and make my appointment for delivery, the office lady was nice, but the driver was AWFUL!! He didn't tie the vehicle down properly; it was held on by just the winch line and slid off to one side of the flatbed, as he loaded it and drove it across town. He put a dent in my driver side rear quarter, shouldering the vehicle on. The driver didn't show up until 4 HOURS after the appointment time. Add to that, he had a rotten attitude, acting like we were a huge bother. He tilted the bed on his truck and dropped my vehicle so fast, the trailer hitch gouged my black top driveway! I will NEVER use these people again and i recommend that the Flint Township Police Department find a company that gives a rip about their job. These people are LIARS that will say anything to get your business. I was stranded in an unsafe location and they told me 3 different times that they would come. The dispatch said 10 minutes and the driver called and said he was 90+ minutes away.
He picked up my jeep from Davisburg and took it to church and son's in Flushing. Greg was a huge help. he gave me advance notice and called me when he got there. Greg was nice and easy to talk to. Was having issues with our fuel rail injector return lines. Gave road runner a call and Bill answered the phone. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the issues and knew exactly what we needed. He arrived quickly and helped to get us back on the road. He even called the next morning to see how we were doing. Grateful for his expertise and help!
Road runner towing:
I had road runner towing towing a 30+ Winnebago to mt home today, Greg is the name of wrecker driver. I can't believe the care and sftey he went through for my motor home. When pulling it from the sunk in spot it was in, Greg used a puuly attaching it at bottom of tow truck to keep from damaging the front bumper that hangs low. Going over curb and coming down from curb, Greg used boards to keep from damaging anything under motor home, also one hydraulic lift leveler had broken spring and it hung down, Greg lifted it manually for tow truck tire device to go under front and also removing device setting it down at my house.
Greg performed many angles forward and reverse, what seemed an impossible job of safety for my motorhome, Greg made it happen, my motorhome is now at home with no damage to my motorhome.
To Greg's boss, hey Greg is a great asset to your company. Greg is awesome.

I can't even begin to understand the unsympathetic employees at roadrunner. My son was murdered in his vehicle April 2023. The police had his car impounded throughout the 14 months trial as evidence. When the case was over and the car released roadrunner collected $22000 from the city ( our tax money) then proceeded to charge me $625 for towing fees for the towing from where my son was murdered to their yard and then to the crime lab in Bridgeport and back. The owner of manager said, "you don't understand...I have to pay my employees"
How about you pay your employees with the $22k you collected from the city? They couldn't find it in their hearts to eat the $625 after making $22k on a vehicle that sat in their yard for 14 months.
I don't wish on any parent what I have went through but I do hope this business gets the karma I feel it deserves.

I had a doozy happen to me tonight with a tire and rim blowout , my spare would not come out ,, so I tried to just drive it home but I seen their sign and pulled it and called since it was late ! I can not thank Jacob enough for helping get the tire out and change it for me no charge ! And rick for helping out too ! Definitely recommend for any needs the customer service and kindness I thought didn't exist anymore was proved wrong tonight !

Kyle got to my location in a quick time and safely loaded up my f body trans am, he was very mindful of the safety of us as well the car as well as a reasonable price.
My car went down due to battery issues, my car was only down for about little over an hour, I had to run and get a battery, turned out the police had it towed to road runners. When I get to the police station my car had been towed literally around 10-15 minutes before I arrived, so the police waved the release fee because I didn't just abandon the car, yet road runners decided to charge me $200 for towing my car 5 minutes from where it was. If the city of flint waved the fee then I'd imagine the towing company would do the same, considering I've been out in below freezing temperatures trying to get the car back to my house. I understand they did a job, but to charge $200 for a 5-10 minute tow and to have my car in the lot for about 20 minutes was more of an inconvenience than a service. On the other hand one of the workers helped me get the car off the lot 20 minutes before they locked me out from getting my car even after I paid the 200$ knowing my car wouldn't start without the new battery. So in below freezing temperatures they pretty much made me and another guy fight to get the car, on top of charging me what little bit of cash I had left, seems like they wanted to try to make me wait another day to pay another 200+ for a tow that wasn't worth more than maybe 40 bucks. I guess a dollar is more important than helping someone out, but thank you to the guy that helped my get it out. And before I get a response, remember the police waved the fee for a misunderstanding, try to justify it how you want. On top of it, they want 200 cash for a tow from the police, knowing most people probably can't just drop that kind of money. Sounds like a way of extending the time it's there so you have to spend more money.
Horrible customer service and they try to extort people. I had to have my vehicle towed to be at a location at a certain day and time. I set everything up the day before. I called a few different companies, but went with them because they quoted me the best price. They had me jump through a bunch of hoops like emailing my drivers license so I could pay over the phone which was fine. They knew I needed my vehicle at the location at 930am. They told me to call 30 min beforehand, so I called an hour beforehand. Everything was all set till they called me back 20 min before my appointment to tell me they were going to charge me $50 more than what they quoted me, because the progressive place the vehicle was being picked up at, makes them fill out a bunch of paperwork and wait. I told them that was not the case, all they needed was a stock #. I then called the location just to double check and they assured me, that was the case, no paperwork, vehicle was already released and they just needed to pull up to the gate and give stock number. Then I called back Road Runner and the lady was extremely rude and basically called me a liar and told me they won't tow it unless I payed the additional $50, knowing by this time the appointment was in 10 min. After she hung up on me and refused to let me speak with a supervisor, I went with West Town Towing, who I highly recommend. This place is very unprofessional and straight crooks!
Best service. Fast. Super helpful. Towed my 16 ft box truck twice. Second time noticed there a few lug nuts missing on my tires and added them. Extremely fair priced! will never use a different tow company.
They moved my 5th wheeel camper and did a great job. The two gentleman were very timely and attentive. They even went out of their way for me to help get it hooked and moved on just the same days notice. Would definitely recommend, thanks

I was told there was a 2 hour wait by another company. 9 hours later they still weren't here. Called Roadrunner, they said a 2 hour wait, they were here in about 30 minutes. Awesome service. The driver who showed up was amiable and polite. I will definitely use these guys in the future
My 16 year old daughter broke down in a quite busy intersection and their tow truck arrived within a few minutes and got the car loaded up. David really saved the day and I appreciate him getting my daughter safely off the road so quickly. Great service and nice people.
I had a blowout on I-69 scary for a woman driving alone!! I called another towing company they referred me to RR so happy they did. They were quicker than expected, the guy was super nice, professional & quickly took care of my tire. I would recommend this company to anyone. Also their pricing was extremely fair!!
I had to have my car towed 90 miles last night. I also had to pay out of pocket for this bc everyone approved by my insurance said no. They were kind enough to work with me on a price and really help me out. That's not the reason I'm writing this though. The driver was so sweet. He took me all the way home and made me feel so comfortable the whole ride there. He even bought me a drink and a candy bar for the drive. I really can't say enough good things about this man. I really hope I never have to call again, but if I do, I'm definitely calling him.
My son was locked in our car while the car was running and Jacob came to our rescue. After I made the call he came within minutes and quickly got us into our car. He was very kind and efficient and we couldn’t be more grateful for his help that day!
Awesome company. I got in a bad car accident during a bad storm, then due to accident I lost all of my important documentation, etc but they were amazing gracious and gave me extra time and grace to figure it out without charging. They also explained things well considering it was my first car and major accident. Very patient and good staff. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Excellent service!! Extremely prompt,the driver was professional and courteous! If you need help they will take care of you. Do not ever call west town service. My daughter waited over a hour and a half and the never showed ( we were told 20 min) they would not answer their phone! Road runner has excellent communication and made is fell like we were in good hands. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you!!!
