I just have to say wow! I did a stupid thing, and drove over a Boulder and got stuck. Jeff to the rescue. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get my car off in one piece. And only charged $125.00. Keep Jeff, he's great !

Do not, I repeat do not get your car towed or impounded here, they will leech you of your money with miscommunication and terrible customer service. Do not ever get your car towed here
Company was great, they responded promptly, guys were friendly, and gave us all of the options to fixing our problem. Our boat was rear ended and they were able to lift it up, fix the trailer, and get it towable again.
Gray’s recently towed my 40’ diesel pusher Motorhome and their quick response and service was excellent! Wendel definately knows what he is doing … I was impressed!

Professional services and fast! I had a ball joint and axle brake on the road the other day and I called a few tow companies and they were all busy but Gary’s had me covered. With a quick phone call and location confirmation they sent out a truck and picked me up. Adam did an amazing job, he was fast and efficient and the way my car broke was more challenging to load but he made it look easy! Great company and will definitely be using them in the future.
I did not use them as a company but just had a grays flatbed almost run me off the road and then proceed to run a red light at the corner of Atherton and Grand traverse

I had rented a U-Haul truck, took it to another location, loaded a 2000 lb toolbox and drove it home. After I got home, I noticed the rear axle U bolts had come loose, causing the whole rear axle to shift. After contacting U Haul they dispatched Wendel from Gray’s Towing. From the very start I was impressed with his professionalism. He was very knowledgeable, knew exactly how to make the tow safely and was very friendly. He even let me ride along to the U Haul location where he went above and beyond by assisting myself as well as the U Haul staff in unloading and reloading my toolbox to the replacement truck. Having been in the towing industry many years ago, I know how much work goes on behind the scenes to keep a tow truck in top operating condition. The truck was clean, well-kept and he had everything to needed for the job. A big thanks to Wendel as well as Gray’s Towing for making a stressful situation much better. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needs a tow.

Called for a tow yesterday and they responded quickly. The was very nice and did a great job getting my husband truck hooked up. The were very reasonably priced too. Will definitely use again.
I am giving the 5 stars to a tow truck operator name Zack. He went up and beyond to help me and another driver out to get a client from 1 bus to another big THANK YOU he even sacrifice he own lunch time to help me get off of the 69 express way. He deserves a raise!
I was stuck with a dead semi including loaded trailer in Lapeer, MI. Not one local company would assist me. Called Grays and Wendel was onsite and completed the 6 hr round trip project with a smile, professionalism and absolute safety. It only took an hour to arrive onsite from 35 miles away! We were on our way back to my home base within 30 mins. Kudos to him and the team at Grays! Thank you so much!!!

James towed me both times he is a really good person down to earth guy he took care of everything for me I started out having a bad day and he made my day easier thank you James and thank you Gray’s towing
I live in Davison and got the same quote from Gray's towing that a Davison towing company gave me as well. Davison to Davison should be cheaper if the company is in Davison right? Grays towing of flint gave me a fair price and the tow truck driver was very friendly and asked me what was wrong with my car. He was genuinely concerned. Very nice and friendly service from Gray's. My new tow to go place. Thank you again
The dispatcher was pleasant and professional. The driver was friendly, helpful and professional. They were fast and efficient and price was great. I would give them 10 stars if it were an option.
Well, my son was in a car accident. Hit a telephone, Pole, and split my truck in half. This towing company said that for me to get the vehicle out , they wanted $2000.
When we came to get our personal effects. They had 2 Guys, watch Us like we were criminals. The sad part was they were called by the city of Grand Blanc, and they gouged on this towing fee. When I had a truck and trailer there to grab the vehicle. A respectable towing company would have charged anywhere between$400 & $600 for this toe. This towing company is owned by The same owners as. Clarkson towing, who is bought several towing companies and hires an attorney and uses the law to their advantage to take advantage of customers. I don't agree with that policy.
i got a tow a few months back and was over charged. my buddy just got a tow today and they charged him 135$ for a 9 mile tow. they also would not provide an itemized receipt. place weak ah for not disclosing the cost of the tow before before services were rendered
Joey the Driver was amazing good conversation and very fast time, I was very far away from home when the accident occurred and the price was way less than i expected. we have a lifted ford F-350 Super duty that every tow trek company wanted 150-250 just to hook up, great pricing $125.00 for 12 miles and they were super good with being gentle with our truck. very quick service to getting to my husband also and allowing him to ride in the cab during covid. will definitely be calling again.
Just want to shout-out to Jim. He was very friendly and I genuinely enjoyed talking with him while he worked. Plus he saved my brother-in-law's ass. 6 stars, would get towed again by Gray's.
