Dead Battery on a Sunday. My insurance roadside sent them. They young man that came to save the day was very nice and polite. I didn't get his name but he was wearing really orange shoes!
He was suppose add air to my passenger back tire. Instead he added over 30 pounds to the passenger front, it was at 68 psi! Then when I called nicely for him to come back he was rude!
Was towed last night, left my wallet in the tow truck, called back and was told the driver would check, and never received a call back. Don’t use this company they hire thieves!
Very disappointing on how unsafe this person was tailing the person in front of him on the highway. Ran a yellow light while turning a corner because they he was impatient. 1st impression is everything. They will NEVER receive a call from me to ever tow my vehicle if it breaks down. Not while they drive like that.
I wasted 3.5 hrs waiting on AAA. Called Double K& S. Brian showed up inside of 30 minutes, and this is hard to believe, we actually had a pretty good time chatting and hanging out a minute while he pulled my car out of an ice covered snowbank.
LOVE this place. The gentleman who answered the phone kept me laughing instead of crying and even recommended some tire shops to fix my tire, which was greatly appreciated. Brett was my driver and arrived not even 10 minutes after I made the call. Very nice, professional, and also has a great sense of humor! Always choose double k & s towing for a successful experience. I was going to a job with my pickup loaded with tools, was hit from the rear and was brought to the hospital and these thieves rummaged through my truck stole a bunch of tools and personal items out of my truck! Horrible unscrupulous company! Going to the attorney general to try and get this company shut down so they don't screw other people over.
I had my car die with my two large breed dogs in the vehicle with me. I was pretty impressed with Double K&S towing. Not only was Ryan there in half the time that was estimated to arrive for my tow,, but because I was not comfortable with the dogs riding in the vehicle on the back of the bed, he waited very patiently, and was very kind about my husband coming to pick up the dogs to put in our other vehicle. He was amazing, very calming and quick, got loaded and towed to my destination very quickly. He was fantastic, great service. The price was very good as well, especially considering such great customer service. Would definitely recommend. Thank you to Double K&S Towing, and thank you to Ryan!
Driver was prompt and courteous. However, he could not retrieve my spare from under my truck, and did not have tools to just cut the cable. He DID go the extra mile and call a competitor that has a 24hr tire service to see if they had a tire for me. I was towed there and was taken care of.
As a fellow tow truck driver I got to give a shout out to double KS they stopped and help block traffic for me so I can load a vehicle and help me be safe you guys are awesome man keep up the good work Brothers
Called for tire service to change my tire from my insurance, the spare needed air. The driver said he didn't have an air compressor and will not change our tire.
We cancelled, our insurance sent us a different tow truck and they aired our spare tire and changed it for us.
Why do you not have air compressor on your trucks, you wasted our time and everyone else's time sending a tow truck on a tire change without an air compressor.
I highly recommend them. My son was driving home from college and his jeep broke down. They were there so fast and I highly appreciated it. The driver Mike was absolutely wonderful.
I didn't catch the name of whoever rescued me tonight from having to sleep at work. He was so sweet and super helpful getting my truck unlocked after a key situation... Thank you SO SO much!
Literally just used K&S Towing for a roadside battery assist. Brian showed up WAY before the quoted time. And watching him put the vehicle on the bed was incredible. The care he took was incredible. Would highly recommend this business!
Popped a tire at 630anreported to roadside at 640am tow truck arrived about 25-30 minutes later. Awesome service, I'm terrible with names but the guy said he owned a Crown Vic, tell that man thank you and that I've reached out to Ford about their two piece lugs lol
Towed my vehicle denied having it for 2 days then decided it was my fault, that they told me they didn’t have it and proceeded to charge me for the 2 days they denied having it. Then they told me the driver didn’t turn in his paperwork, that’s why it’s acceptable for them to charge me 100$ and 2 days time of no vehicle because the driver didn’t turn in his paperwork. After asking how I was supposed to know where to get my car from if you had it and said u didn’t ? exact words where “well it was physically here so you gotta pay”
My truck had brake issues and had to be towed to the dealer. I've had no past experience in the need of a tow truck. So I called my insurance which I have roadside service and this is who they sent. They could not have picked a better towing service. They were there in a short amount of time and they had good equipment and the driver was very professional and friendly. If I ever need a towing service again I will definitely pick them and recommend them to in need of a towing service.
I’m not typically one to post reviews but after my experience tonight, I felt I should. The young man working tonight (11/8/22) was very professional and had my son’s vehicle unlocked in no time. He was very nice and professional and held a conversation with me the whole time he was working. He arrived quickly after the request for service was made and I will definitely be requesting this company again if needed in the future.
The tow truck driver Adam did a wonderful job with a dark rainy night and with two woman not sure what we were going to do. He made us feel very comfortable and was very professional. When we got to the house he even backed it into a very tight space with no issues. Thank you for being so professional and making us feel safe.
I was referred to call this company for towing services and I was completely satisfied with their service and the driver Jacob was super cool and chill I wish I could’ve gave him a hug got my vehicle towed to the shop without any problems for a very adorable price.
Had a blowout on I 75. Called Westown towing. They showed up and said he could not help me. My wing nut would not release and he was not able to get the jack out. He said sorry and just left me alone on side of expressway. Called Double K &S towing. Adam showed up and did everything he could to make me safe. He had all the tools he needed. Had his own jack. Very kind and professional. Would recommend this company as a first choice. Great service. Price quoted was $40 less than Westown. Adam got a good tip.
I had a great experience this morning with this towing company. Of course my tire goes while I'm on the highway when it is dark and raining. I had a very short wait, roughly 20 mins, and after deciding just to haul my car home, the bill was very reasonably priced. The driver, whose name I missed-sorry, was very polite and patient. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again if need be.
