Extremely professional crew, these guy care about your ride. I have a lowered car with a fresh paint job and that always would make a guy nervous needing a flatbed tow, but I will tell you after this experience I would recommend these guys all day long if you have a nice car you want to keep nice.

They were here less than 30min. They had no issue taking vehicle to repair shop. Only $85. Pretty good considering Esurance couldn’t find anyone for that price.
Lonnie and his tow guys are wonderful! (always answering the phone promply) and sending a guy to help me when I was broke-down near my work. You guys recused me more than once in the past, and I was very impressed each time. THANK YOU! i cancelled mile's towing via my roadside and paid m-15 towing $125 cash cause I got sick of waiting forever! You guys didn't disappoint me either! I had a long day at work and was very happy to get home quickly before dark. I appreciate you! (:
James was amazing. Very friendly and professional. We were stranded out of town and he even gave us a ride home. Hopefully I don’t need his services again but would highly recommend.
Very professional and timely. Only issue was them trying to get a call in charge on the side of the road for my fees and in turn locked my credit card. This was not their fault, it was the card company protecting me from a scam. Could have been avoided by driving to the tow company's Office.

M15 was there within 10 minutes to get my car out of a bad spot! They were professional and respectful.
I also stopped at the shop when I thought I had something costly wrong with my car and the man looked at it, fixed something small and sent me on way within minutes. I will always be so appreciative of the caring family owned business.
Pretty suspicious that all the bad reviews are back to back and involve some off-the-wall/similar stories anywho.. the owners are some of the most caring & easiest people to work with. Gonna be hard coming across a better towing company.
Lonnie M15 towing is by far the best in class when it comes to serving the community. I've known the family for 25+ years and have always been good to me.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this tow truck company. They arrived late, with no apology, and managed to damage my vehicle while trying to tow it. The driver clearly lacked the necessary skills and care, resulting in scratches and dents that were not present before. To make matters worse, the customer service was unresponsive and dismissive when I tried to address the issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone—save yourself the trouble and choose a more professional service.
Iv not had to use their services but I did go to school with Lonnie’s wife, they are great people! Super nice and love to help others when they can! If I ever need a tow, I know who I’m calling, m15 towing!
Please over look the bad reviews placed! This company does anything in their power to help others and are always accommodating! I highly recommend this business!
Called for a tow, took them 4 hours to show up. Driver loads my car and cracks my bumper. When we finally get the car back my last slice of pizza was eaten that I was saving for dinner. 2 quarters missing out my center console. I do not recommend calling these guys. Especially with their outrageous prices and lack of compassion for humanity

Affordable prompt and reliable towing service. From the secretary answering the phone to the driver hauling my vehicle. It was a great experience. Total cost was $145 for 19 miles. I definitely would recommend this service if you need towing.
$175 for a flatbed, ridiculous! I asked to borrow a knife and driver said “sorry I don’t have a knife on me, but I have my gun”. Much cheaper companies in the area, save your money and call around. (my friend was towed by a different company for $80)!
They got there quickly and recommended us to a local mechanic who was also great and helpful. The driver was nice and got the job done quickly and efficiently without even disrupting the flow of traffic where we broke down. Pricing wasn’t even as much as we thought it’d be which was a relief too.
Had a blowout on my bike on the freeway and after contacting the company they were there very quick and let me and my wife ride with him home. They made a horrible night so much better and safer. They treated me as if I was their family out there broke down. I cannot say enough about this company.
I recently had an experience with this tow facility. It was pleased with the level of respect I got from Lonnie himself as well as wrecker driver. I paid the mind cashier and went on with my day. Thank you folks for helping me with this matter.
I was pulled over and had my car impounded on a Friday night. Monday it was $275 plus a tow. The family was so sweet and kind to me and helped me as much as they good. Very affordable for a bad situation. 10/10 recommended when in need
Had to use them tonight for the first time. They showed up quick. Had me home drinking a beer in no time. & Only 85 bucks to tow my car. I’m not from here and I’m used to $150 min. Not much more than a taxi. Definitely calling them again if I ever need a tow!
My daughter totaled her car, and Lonnie’s was there almost immediately. Though that’s typical, they are kind and helpful. Even though the office isn’t staffed for 24 hours, when I arrived to get our personal belongings, they were there to let us in within 2 minutes. Use them if possible.
We called them out to move a car. The driver was very rude. If it wasn't for the fact I wasn't paying for it and did not want to wait for a better company, I would have kicked him out. The car was in a turn around and he would not winch it over to his truck so we had to use our vehicle to pull the car where he wanted it. He also had a young boy with him operating the truck, which I assume was his child and he was giving him some experience which is fine, but he was operating on private property that was not ours and due to inexperience did some damage to the asphalt driveway where the car was picked up. At the drop location he would not put it where requested which would have been a quick and easy drop without getting off the driveway. Instead we had to move cars around so he could put it where he wanted which resulted in him putting half his truck on the yard and damaging it. As well as the bed doing damage to the yard from the inexperienced young boy.
Came to rescue us on side of busy I-75 on the weekend. Was less than an hour wait & got car towed back to my house where i needed it. Very helpful with advice on the rim & tire issue i had that stranded me. Thank you for your kindness.
