SCAM SCAM SCAM AND THEN THEY MAKE IT SO IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO GET BACK IN CONTACT WITH THEM. ALSO 5 HOURS LATE FOR PICKUP!!! Acre Auto towing is who they called and who tried scamming me. They are working together. Honestly I wouldn't even give it one star if I had the option. They are a foreign company that hires local tow truck drivers which I didn't realize at first. Also the tow truck driver said he would be there at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday which I took the day off work to do and he didn't show up until almost 5:00 that evening. Then when he did show up he tried scamming me out of the money that I was promised over the phone telling me my car didn't have a factory stock Cadillac converter and factory stock rims and so he had to give me less money for it. I called BS told him forget it don't take my car so then all the sudden he changed his mind so as far as I'm concerned scam.
Shernell was highly responsive, friendly, and gave me the best price for my broken down truck. Arranging the pick up was easy and straightforward. It was great working with them.
Saul and others were very efficient and quick to answer any questions I had. Everything from the initial call all the way to final transaction swapping truck for check was a breeze. Definitely recommend anyone else doing business with them.
I am giving a 2 because they quoted me a cash price and when they came to pick up car they low balled the price lower than the price I accepted when I went on the site
David was amazing, he made this experience easier and quicker without putting me and my husband under pressure. The tow truck came the next day to pick up my vehicle and deliver tge check in the exact amount we agreed. I was worried about the check not being genuine after the vehicle already taken, about everything went well and I had no trouble depositing the check. It was genuine. I would recommend!! This company is absolutely horrible! They will give you an instant price, then call and try their best to lowball the promised price! I had three appointments for pick up after an agreed price was promised. All three times were a no-call, no-show! This was all a tactic to get me desperate so that I could settle for an even lesser amount. Now that the deal has been made and completed, they are "begging" me for a good review! Sellers beware! This company's intentions are horrible and deceitful! This company deserves "zero stars" and an F+
The initial communication was great however the third party they partnered with who was to schedule pick up was only able to say, I don’t have a day, we will call you an hour before pick up. I work making this very awkward to be on site. We finally were able to make a third attempt work. A true schedule would have been better.

Pros: This place was easy to get ahold of and they went over a list of things about my car. Cons: They offer very low prices. I had to CANCEL because it took 2 days and nobody showed up to take my car. I got offered a way better price elsewhere. If you are impatient and have plans and want a fair price, I do not recommend this place. Also the person I was with the phone call ended mid conversation when I wanted to cancel, which was very rude.
I had an older vehicle that I called to have towed. The gentleman who answered the phone was very professional to work with. He asked many questions from his checklist. Offered what I felt was fair. Then I had a bit of trouble uploading the title on my phone so he had me just email it instead. The wrecker company out of Davison, MI. is what held up the transaction for longer then needed. The flatbed driver said he would have been able to retrieve the vehicle where it was originally parked without a problem. So why dispatch made a big ordeal over it who knows. But I would use this company again if needed and I'll tell my friends about you guys. Thanks for helping me take care of yet another project.

This pains me to write as the offer was honestly quite good, more than reasonable! But the service was so insufferably infuriating that I just had to stop talking to them. Even though I accepted their offer, I had to continue jumping through a mountain of hoops to the point that I just gave up and hung up. If they want to be serious buyers, I'll reconsider. Till then, I'll be looking for somewhere else.

I was helped by Josette and she gave me a good price, was patient, and was generally very nice to speak with. There's a bit of bureaucracy to get through when using the service, but everyone gave me accurate information and followed through.

I had a claim denied by my insurance company on a beautiful car. Nobody likes to salvage a good car but Cash for cars gave me the best price and very professional service in salvaging this vehicle. I'm glad it's over so I don't have to look at this car in my driveway anymore. I learned a good lesson, never buy insurance through progressive Auto insurance.
