I prepaid them for a part and called them back immediately before they pulled the part off the car. They didn't give me a refund and tried giving me parts I didn't need.

Prepaid for a part but they had not pulled it yet called back relatively quickly said I need actually three different parts not the one I prepaid for they said they would get them for me the very next day they only have one of the three parts and they went ahead and pulled it instead of telling me they didn't have them all so then they took part of my prepayment instead of just giving me a full refund and saying we don't have all three parts you're looking for. When I could have bought that part for almost the same price brand new. Their policy is once they pull a part they don't refund well they had not pulled it yet told me they had the other ones I was looking for and only pulled one of the three. They should have just called me back said they didn't have all three parts I was looking for only one of them and I would have requested my refund before any parts were pulled off cars and we both could have went our separate ways and I would have said thanks for trying thanks for looking. Moral of the story do not go to this junkyard do not call this junkyard do not pay for any parts up front even if they say they have them. I will never be going back here or telling other people to go here. Update after some negative reviews they did refund my money. I still will keep it at one star tho for dicking me around.

Couldn't give me a refund within an hour of ordering because I made a mistake with my parts

Went to order 3 parts from them and prepaid because they told me they won’t pull parts until paid and when I called back they didn’t have all 3 parts, only one and would not refund me! I called back within minutes to let them know I needed different parts,

I got some tires from here and took them to discount tire to have them put on and they told me that there no good that the tread count was too low I tried to take them back and they laughed at me and told me no returns

Place sold me a rim and tire . Tire had a big screw in it when he gave it to me I just plugged it Today I realized the rim is cracked around the lugnuts. Not really happy with this place

Owner helped me but said my jeep was a headache smiled and said don't come back. I was very polite and was just trying to get the right part. I won't go back

Had the part we needed, they took it off, loaded it for us. Price was good. Friendly

they were very helpful and had the parts i needed. most other yards did not.

Great service and great prices. I went there today to get a starter for my son's car and while I was waiting for the starter I had the privilege of playing "rough housing" with their lab.

Friendly, cheap used parts. They back up their warranties. What more can you ask for? Refurbished batteries also. So if you need a battery and can't afford new. Give them a call

Reasonable prices, very dusty and also standing water and muddy around the yard, had what I needed although one item they told me they didn't have I found myself and in the correct color. I am pleased and would return again if my needs include more salvage parts in the future.

Our family car was down for a few months and I discovered the TIPM was bad. After searching online and seeing the prices, I came across champion and they pulled the part i needed and had it at the desk when I arrived. It even had all of the fuses and relays. All for just over $50. We now have the car running. I am a very satisfied customer.

The prices are extremely fair. They are super nice and helpful. Couldn’t figure out why my heat wouldn’t work. They found it within minutes. Definitely recommend and will be coming back here before anywhere else!

To make a long story short-my vehicle had the wrong stock wheels one of which was cracked. They spent 20 minutes online to figure it out. Then printed me out the locations of the only four wheels in Michigan. They made no money from me and spent valuable time Friday of Labor Day weekend; and sent me to the competition to get my wheel. Awesome shop. Why my neighbor never told me about u guys 16 years ago? And lastly the place was spotless all the workers were clean cut and didn’t look like they crawled out of a whiskey bottle from the previous night. Thanks guys. I be back!

The guys out here have always been very helpful and reasonable on prices for parts. I have been here on more than one occasion for things that I needed and others didn't have. I will be back here some for some more things I recommend checking them out if your looking for parts. Usually have some vehicles out front for sale as well at a decent price.

I never expected to go looking for a used tire, and be told I would be charged 60 for a rim, 25 for a tire, unless it had more than 50 percent tread left, that would be 35, and then another 15 dollar charge to mount the tire on the rim. The least amount, 100 to 110 for a used tire? Went elsewhere, and got a better deal for a nearly new tire and a perfect rim for 80.

Price was definitely right. Service was pretty good as well, but I was not impressed with the part I ended up with. I'm tempted to give 3 stars but the price was very cheap. The window in the door I wanted shattered so they replaced it with another one. I really appreciate them doing that. However, the window replacement was sloppy. They left the shattered pieces of the old window in there, so now I have to take the door apart and spend an afternoon cleaning up after them. I called from the GR area and had my in-laws pick the door up on their way over my way. They worked with me but of course I had to call several times to make sure the door was ready in time. I gave them 2 days advance warning, but you never know with a busy shop. They didn't ever get mad at me for my constant check-ups. Overall a pretty good experience but I am not excited to get the shattered bits out of my new door.

I called champion auto parts on Saturday... I was told they would pull my part and call me Monday when it is out.. It is just after 10:00 am . And I received a call confirming my part is ready! I'm pleasantly surprised as not all companies are like this! THANK YOU CHAMPION!!

I really should have given this place a chance instead of always driving by it all the time. The guys behind the counter are straight-forward, helpful, honest, FAST, and don't lie to you like other salvage yards do. I bought all of my replacement rims for my ford focus here. The best part is, the men here look clean, have all their teeth, and can string a sentence together without mumbling. (i love that) Thanks guys (: I really appreciate everything!

Very impressed clean neat and professional, unlike many other salvage yards. They also called me back when I dropped money on the floor very honest employees. I will definitely do business with them again.
