Great place for a quick fix or any mechanical issues.
I took my cars there, and the mechanical work they did was great.
But when I had a computer or sensor issue, they used zip ties to help secure my sensor to the computer. That seemed more like a temporary fix. So i would recommend any computer or electrical issues to a more well equiped or experienced shop when it comes to that.
Other than computer issues, it's a great place for mechanical work such as brakes, lubes, oil changes, belts, and replacing mechanical parts.
These guys were great! We were traveling out of town and didn’t know any local mechanics. They were very honest and took care of our repair the same day! Great shop
Have been taking my cars here for 4 years now. Always friendly, fair pricing, and always get my car back the same day. Being a female driver you can get a little nervous going to car places but I always feel comfortable bringing my car here. Thank you Tim for great service through and through!!!
This shop is fantastic, not only were they able to get my vehicle fixed very quickly, they were accommodating to my situation. I live about 40 miles from this shop. My truck decided to throw a wheel bearing and grind my rotor, caliper and brake pads and speed sensor on my way to work about 3 miles from Diamond Jim's. I barely got it off the road and I had to get it towed to their shop while I was at work. They were able to get it fixed for me and we're very honest with their pricing and even gave options for the parts. They called with updates and totals, they asked if I would like my old parts back, and they made me feel like my truck was a priority to them. Thank you
Avoid this place at all cost they use dirt cheap Chinese parts that don't last customer service is terrible they treat their employees unfairly complete disrespectful towards employees hostile working environment if you try to voice ur opinion you get fired

I have been taking my cars here for many years and think that Tim and his team are fantastic. I am a single woman and I have never felt talked down to or dismissed. Work is thoroughly explained to me before it is done along with the expected costs. After the work if I want to, I can view all the removed parts. Like many of us, I live on a tight budget, so I ask Diamond Jim to recommend work for later along with ranking it in priority order. I also appreciate that when they are able to (have enough staff that day) and I have prearranged it, they are able to drive me to work so they may have my car for the day.

Worst experience at a mechanics in a long time. Made an appointment and explained my situation thoroughly. Had my vehicle there on time. They said nothing on the schedule should be quick. 4 hours later they call back and say it’s getting worked on now… they call back after a hour and say my air is now working and blowing cold. LIES. I got there and it a/c was blowing heat. I told them and they kept it for an additional 3 hours. Still blowing heat no refund offered other than refrigerant cost of 20$. What a joke I’m out 200$ and nothing has changed

I had brung my car up to shop to get worked on and they didn't get to my car until a hr before closing, I called them they said they were doing the wheel alignment 30mins before closing It took me 20mins to find me a ride, which I called ahead and told them the situation and was told to ok hurry up, but when I got there they were all gone and without calling or giving a warning they were leaving so I was there without no car and had to wait for 20mins for a new ride and had to call off work for the weekend so I'm pretty sure I won't be getting a check hence the reason for the one star.

I had a great experience here! They got me in quickly, gave me the actual cost, saved all the damaged parts so I could see what they looked like, and then had my car back to me within 2 days. They were courteous and knowledgeable and my car was returned completely fixed. Their alignment was soooo good - my car has never driven this smoothly before!! Talk about a bunch of nice honest perfessional group of guys no wonder the have almost a 5 star rating i usually do my own work on my cars but sometimes i dont have the knowledge or the technology and when i dont have them i will be taken it back there again !!!
I've been going here for a few years now. I won't go anywhere else for the maintenance and repair of my vehicle, or recommendations for such services if it is body work related. The team here are friendly, engaging, and informative.
Phenomenal experience. Great customer service and very thorough. I had a severe pull to the right and thought it was serious. They looked at it, determined I had a bad tire. They had me in and out quickly and was shocked when I got the bill. Almost 30 dollars lower than what I was quoted. I have found my go to garage. Thank you Jim for going above and beyond. I'll be back!
On my second visit for an oil change, I asked them to service my battery. The bill came to $85.14 for an oil change and battery service! It's my fault for not asking how much they were going to charge me, either per hour for labor, or itemized for the simple services requested.
UPDATE: Thank you Tim for the phone call to clear things up. I was given a proper explanation of the misunderstanding and the situation was made right! This is a big relief to me. I believe in keeping business local and will be happy to stop in again and have more service done.
Thank you guys for giving me such an awesome price on a full set of tires. Another thank you to you guys for getting it done in 30 minutes. It's been three months since I had my new tires installed here, and they are holding up perfectly!

I brought my dodge in to get oil change. Staff was very helpful and showed me in writing what different types of oils could be used with price quotes for eah different oil. I like the fact that they take appointments.

Totally trustworthy. Goes the distance to get the most reasonable price for the customer. Customer service and excellent repair work are their #1 priorities. I have been going there for 20 years. My car has 247,000 miles on it
I came in to replace a tire. The mechanic struggled getting my custom rim off because it required a thin low clearance socket which he didn't have. I had to give him my own. On my way home the center cap fell off. It holds on a single bolt and it was clear it was overtightened and cracked. I called the next morning and told them. They said they'd replace the center cap. When I got there the mechanic starts getting defensive, lies to my face and says the center cap was never there in the first place. Yeah, okay, sure buddy. After some back and forth they'd admitted fault and agreed to replace it... Until they found out how much it costs and started giving me the run around. They seemed like nice guys at first until they screwed up and their true colors came out. Never came back there again and never will.
