If there was a zero rating I would have given the that. Someone answered the phone who didn't know what they were doing when the finally came on after holding for 15 minutes the gave us a quote of 385 for a quick pull out of our driveway
I locked my keys in my vehicle luckily bypassers were able to call them to come assist. They responded quickly and were friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend.
Stopped here today on my way across the state. My car was making some crazy sounds. I asked them for some advice just about how to get home safely. They come out and looked at my vehicle and gave me some great tips. Very kind and helpful... when they didn't need to be!
Mounted my tire on a rim for me. They got it done and under an hour for 25 bucks. The professionalism is unrivaled, and they made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door!!! 100% will recommend them to everybody!!!!
My daughter had a flat tire at 9:00 pm on a holiday. The young man that came out responded promptly. He was very nice and respectful. I would definitely recommend Durotech
I was involved an accident. A police officer recommended having my car towed to DuroTech. I can’t recommend them highly enough. The gentleman in the office was top notch and extremely helpful.
I want to give a huge shout-out to Durotech! August 12 I was stranded in Potterville, trying to get my car to Belle tire in Lansing and AAA basically told me, no one wants to come and give you a tow, we typically only reserve towing for accidents/police calls. 11pm I was stranded by rail roads with my wife and two kids and I called Durotech. Their master tech was out within 5 minutes to take care of the tow. I couldn't be more appreciative of the quick service that I received from this company.
I accidentally locked my baby and 2 dogs in the car this afternoon in this hot weather, I have no idea how it happened. After a quick attempt by my husband and dad to unlock it, my dad called DuroTech. The very nice gentleman that showed up arrived quickly and unlocked my car fast! Thank you so so so much!!!!
Jon gave the best customer service and was super kind and helpful with getting my car towed quickly. Overall, inexpensive, fast, and great service. Would give 10 stars if I could and will be back again:)

They replaced the 5.7 hemi in my 300 a few years ago with a used engine. Years later, it is still running strong. They did a good job. Also, they had a flatbed large enough for my classic car when I burnt up my shifter cable on my exhaust. They worked well with my insurance company on both transactions. I highly recommend this place.
Car was hauled here by the sheriff's office order after a crash. Dealt with them to get belongings cleaned out of the vehicle while insurance does their thing. They are very helpful, friendly and professional, a good bunch of people and had a great experience with them.
They were so nice to me about my totaled car. I just gotta give them my title and I’m clear to leave it with them. Unfortunately it’s not fixable but they looked at it to verify it wasn’t most places don’t
They took my vehicle after my car accident as it was totaled and they took it right off my hands with no charges after I signed my title over to them. I wish they could fix it but they can’t it’s to bad.
Showed up to tow my car after I hit the deer. Very friendly. The guy that opened the gate for me to get to my car even helped me get the plate off of my car and helped me put my stuff in the rental car. Nice Company to use.
Had my car for over two weeks didn't call me back ever. Jon the owner was never there to answer my question or concerns about my vehicle. Was suppose to tow to Eaton auto body over a week before he did and then was told after it had been towed that it was stuck in park. Never called to let me know of the issue before transporting my vehicle. This place is not recommended for your auto repairs. They are lazy, inconsistent, and Inconsiderate of peoples need for there vehicle back
If I could give them a 0 I would! If you pay attention a lot of these 5 star ratings come from white people. Whoever was helping my significant other get their car back was very discriminatory towards them assuming they couldn’t afford fees bc they’re a person of color. Overall everyone we interacted with was either rude or acted like they honestly didn’t care about their job. Then when they dropped the vehicle off they left it at the end of our very long driveway, along with throwing the axel with tire still attached to it in the ditch. Very unprofessional and quite disgusting to interact with!
Great reliable and friendly service. Helped our family out right away when the van broke down on vacation. If you need a tow, call them. Thanks for helping us out guys.
Durotech and their tow truck operator Josh are awesome. He showed up in exactly 10 minutes after we called him. Before calling Durotech though, we attempted to use AAA roadside assistance. Davis Automotive was dispatched, but after 2.5 hours of them not showing up, we called AAA to be told that Davis had declined to help. That's the second time we have been stung by them. The first time, it was a car repair that wasn't done properly. So, lesson learned this time around. Anyway, thank you Josh and Durotech! You're amazing!
We had a flat tire on 69 and couldn’t get one of the lug nuts off, we called durotech and they were fast, friendly, professional and affordable. It was even the weekend. I would 10/10 recommend them.
They did take good care of my son's car. Until we picked it up. They lost the keys . Not a happy camper, had to go back the next day.. look for no compensation..
My daughter was in an accident and required a tow. They were very professional, and truly had her best interest in mind. The pricing was very reasonable. I've had bad experiences in the past where once your hooked, your at their mercy. Durotech Towing is not one of those! An honest business that cares about it's customer! While I was over an hour away, he treated my daughter as if she was his own. Thank you!!!
Very quick and friendly. Blake showed up to take care of changing two trailer tires and we couldn't have been happier with how quick he handled it and how nice he was. Definitely recommend
There is a reason the rating for John's shop is so high. Let me lay it out for you: when my truck broke down, John came all the way out to Lansing to pick it up with his truck. When I went in to check, they were SLAMMED and were very behind on their work. John was straight forward and told me this, and I expected it to take some time. Two weeks went by, and of course I was getting anxious, so I called today and asked when it would be done. John said it probably wouldn't be done today, but he would check with his mech. John then offered to stay late to fix my truck, work with my schedule to set up a time for me to pick it up, and arranged payment by phone. I am very busy working 50 hours a week, and John went above and beyond to get this done.
All in all, even if it takes some time, this mechanic is trustworthy, and will make the impossible happen when you need it most. I will be bringing John more business in the future.
My experience with them was great. I couldn't get in to diesel equipment next door, & they referred me to durobyte. It used to be North side towing in potterville, mi. They too are awesome!!!! From the owner Jon McNett, too his mechanics. Very fair priced got the work done in a reasonable amount of time, & again another place that won't try to clean out your wallet for things you don't need. They too will point things out that in the future will need attention, but Jon is a terrific man & owner.
