I am impressed with the staff and the services they preformed. Was kept up to date as the issues were being resolved! I will take my vehicles back for routine maintenance and any other issues! I have used Van’s numerous times after my original post. Brakes, oil changes and other issues, always a great place to go! Now having all work on my wife’s Jeep done at Vans!

From the beginning to the completion of work being done ,communication was quick like we the customers need. My car was done before I could pay for it. Its running and haven't had trouble.

I had a flat tire. It was a slow leak two days in a row. I called in the afternoon and they would be able to fix the next morning. Tire had a nail in it, they fixed the next morning by 8:00am. Great turn around.
They were quick at getting around and finding me a tire for my truck and only a few minutes putting it on and rotating them and their customer service was phenomenal
Had an oil change done and there was an issue with the plug. They were very nice and explained everything while getting it fixed for me. Reasonable prices, would highly recommend!
Haven’t had a problem with them yet. The guys are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Let you know if there’s something more that needs to replace before they do the work.

The tire shop team is a real-life superhero squad! Their service is so on point, it's like they have a PhD in awesomeness, consistently showing off their superpower of helping others. Over the years, they've been my go-to sidekicks, whether it's been buying a used vehicle or getting car maintenance done in a flash. I remember this one time, I stopped for an oil change after just buying this used vehicle and Vans oil recommended I visit the tire shop to check for rust on the vehicle's frame, just because I haul around tiny humans. He called over there and they told me to bring it down even though they were busy and they'd figure it out. And guess what they found no immediate repairs needed. So they were not going to try to charge me for something that wasn't necessary. Their dedication to safety and customer satisfaction is basically legendary. Just the other day, my son got a flat tire in Six Lakes, 20 minutes before closing time. But the tire shop team didn't bat an eye, working their magic to get the vehicle fixed and back on the road in record time. Their selfless actions, willingness to work overtime, and genuine concern for our well-being are a testament to their amazing character. They totally got that getting the vehicle back on the road was crucial, recognizing the impact it would have on our daily lives. Because in our house the vehicle goes down somebody doesn't go to work. Their kindness and generosity have left a permanent mark on our family, and we're forever grateful for their exceptional service and compassion.

Yesterday my car wouldn't start while I was visiting from out of state. My sister recommended calling Van's. They fit my car into their already full schedule today.
They replaced my battery and checked the alternator. My car is now running so I can continue on my way home tomorrow.

This is Ken, from Chicago visiting friends at Base Lake. When we were packed ready to return home, we noticed a flat tire. A screw was located in the tire, but it seemed to hold air. However, we were not driving to Chicago with this problem.. We called Vans and were immediately place in the queue. We arrived the same morning for the repair. While out in Edmore I experienced a flat. The staff at Vans were amazing they came toy location put air in tire trailed me to the shop repaired my tire and the price was more than reasonable! They had top notch customer service. The shop was clean and in good repair. It was a great experience at a stressful time.
I can't thank these amazing men enough for helping us out!!! We were traveling through town and on a fluke got the biggest bolt stuck in our tires. Every place I called seemed so unsure of if they would be willing/ able to help. NOT VAN'S!!!! They were confident, speedy, polite, helpful!!!! Honestly these people were a godsend!! They went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my family was SAFELY on the road again. They rushed to us on the side of the road, bearing as many helpful tools as they could gather. Once to the shop they accommodated not only our truck and trailer, but my kids. They made sure that our wait was easy and relaxing. Seriously VANs THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for doing what needed to be done when we were helpless to our own situation!!!
I just bought a set of mud tires from Van’s - great tires, great price & great employees. Jonah & Shane are great guys. Michael Smith at oil change place does a great job. Nice mud tires - sorry for the dirty truck.
