Called 7:15am Sunday morning to schedule a pick up, they offered me an 8:30 to 9:30 window. The driver, Tennessee, arrived right at 8:35am. He was fast and efficient at neatly and securely strapping my SUV onto the wrecker. Very accommodating and an absolute pleasure to talk to while we were being transported 60 miles back to Grand Rapids. Tennessee is an extremely kind and respectable man that clearly takes pride in what he does! I’m beyond satisfied with PJ’s towing, but if you want the best of the best, I’d ask for Tennessee!

Truck decided it was done being driven today around 1300 & dropped it's rear drive shaft & later the front differential went out to so I called P.J.'s Towing. The call was handled in a professional & respectful manner. I had a few issues on my end & they worked with me on them. From pick up of my vehicle to drop off they kept me informed. I want to thank everyone for helping me on this.
I want to start by saying that I have not used this company before. It was a very bad day all around for me and then to top it off my car died. Let me tell you that your driver Ben went above and beyond to help us out. I have been in customer service industry for a long time and that is the type of employee that you need on the forefront of your company. Daniel, the toeing tech full Tennessee accent put me at ease was friendly, followed behind me at 55mph till I got to the next exit to get off.
( they told me it would be ETA 1 hour before someone was availsble) It was a very snowy day.
I had heat, full tank, sunlight, working car in a safe place off the highway. I could happily wait for others in more dire circumstances during this time.

Wifes vehicle broke down while I was at work, called them up , didn't charge my card till they picked up the vehicle. The driver was great and put the suv right where I wanted it!! Thanks a bunch!!!
PJ's Towing is by far the best towing company in the Greater Lansing Area! They work hard, very professional and try to get to each call as fast as they can. Cleanest and best looking trucks too! Highly recommend!
I've used P J's 3 or 4 times lately (I used to have an old, rickety car!). The service is always excellent, and the drivers are always very professional and friendly. A wonderful company!
