These folks were middling a deal for me, and were VERY professional. From the moment I entered, until I left my $80k vehicle with them, they were safe, secure, and considerate at every possible area.
All questions and c8ncerns were promptly addressed. While NO ONE was blowing me off, or passing me on to others, to deal with the info.
The location is easily accessed. While parking and moving thru the grounds wasnt challenging or cumbersome. They seemingly had their stuff down pat, and G2G.
Wow, don't know his name by one of your drivers, is an embarrassment to your company. He was Caucasian and was very large. He approached 2 gentlemen standing on public property, filming, then called 911 and falsely report one of the gentleman having a gun. Please, take a minute to watch a video named "Adesa Landing Carvana" and see if you approve of his actions.
Can’t drive the cars. What dealer in their right minds would buy a car without driving it. Until they fix this they’ll never see our dealership attending their sale.

The guards are very helpful. They know where the cars are so you dont spend a lot of time looking for them

JUNK AUCTION . EVER SINCE NEW MANAGEMENT THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO OPERATE HERE , SELLING CARS WITHOUT KEYS THEN HAVING KEYS MADE AFTERWARDS, VERY RUDE SERVICE ( TAMMY ) LIKE TO KISS UP FOR NEW CAR STORES BUT APPARENTLY SMALL DEALERS DONT MATTER ANYMORE
Customer service is not a part of the job requirements. Yes we were accommodated with our arrival time for the appointment yet we arrived and there was no one else there. It took them over 40+ minutes to tell us that they had no idea when we'd receive the car. This is mad crazy.... horribly disappointed....
Them ladies up front is so disrespectful they don't even deserve a star i over heard them talking about customers getting they cars took saying things they shouldn't be speaking on. Never again
I was 12years old when I started working a greater Lansing auto auction the great Robert baker started that auction house in the 70 s. Thanks for all the memories to the Baker family
The absolute worst. After pointless arbitration, tow charges, and post sale inspections I still got stuck with 2 vehicles with engine problems. Went once, never going back. Plenty of auctions out there, I suggest you choose another.
I just spoke with Alexis was a NOT professional at all. She was rude short and told me that she could care less that I need my car and that it's all about business and then hung up in my face. I will be filing a formal complaint with the state. People should not be treated poorly because they fell on hard times. Alexis should be ashamed of herself and her less than attitude she displayed. I pray that she is convicted, and her rest be troubled until she atones for her behavior and starts to treat people with dignity.
