Fantastic company! Needed a tow early in the morning from crystal falls after accident and they came as quick as they could and were not hesitant to take me all the way to Wausau! Nicholas was super great and trust worthy and knew exactly what he was doing! I highly recommend them for any service you need!
Incredible folks here. Friends got in a bad accident with their RV. UP truck center was the heavy wrecker that towed the remains of their RV to their shop and helped them immensely sorting through the wreckage and getting back back normal.
Great response time, the young man was very careful hooking up our RV and disconnecting the drive shaft. He was quick but didn't rush the job, he had to swap out a few things because of the low clearance of the big vehicle. The guys at the shop were also very polite and accommodating our needs for AAA reimbursement paperwork. The Upper Peninsula is lucky to have this business centrally located.
Friendly environment ,nice break area, customer car service, nice hours .....(Work is not perform according to customer's request!)!!!! overcharging customers. Seven or eight times I've been there in the last 30 years and half the time something's wrong sorry can't run my business like that.
Friendly staff,has a small driver's area with a TV,snack 🥨 machines,service writer is pretty cool,they offer a shuttle service to take you to a motel if it's a long repair.
