Had a flat tire on 127 just outside of saint johns in my company van called Northside towing the customer service is awesome Alex was out to assist me and had me back on the road in minutes and I mean minutes awesome people I highly recommend them thank Northside
Our travel trailer broke a leaf spring and blew a tire. Alex from Northside came out in 20 minutes which was fast considering we were way out in the country. He was very considerate and thought through how to tow it without damaging the trailer more. The owner, Matt, also came out to help and was very kind.
They picked it up and dropped it off without any incidents.
I really appreciated their professionalism, but still down to earth customer care.
I recently had to be towed from the expressway. Northside was fast to arrive and the driver was very courteous and helpful. He helped me transfer some belongings and helped me out of the cab. Great service!!
I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire for over an hour. I called 2 towing services one being bath towing and they wanted an arm and a leg for towing 10 miles down the road and wouldn’t be out for over 60 mins.
I call Northside towing and they are out here in 15 mins. I didn’t get the name of the driver but I want to give him and the owners wife (receptionist) for being so kind and diligent.
I paid out of pocket instead of using my useless insurance and I would gladly do it again

Our company has worked with Northside Towing in Lansing for 4 years. Within the last month they have attempted to charge us for services they did not perform, on more than one occasion. Most recently, we called them to break into a vehicle that the keys were locked in. After 3 hours, the tech that they sent could not get into the vehicle. Around this time, we found a spare and were able to get in to the vehicle ourselves. Northside followed up with a $75 bill. $75 to break into a local vehicle is high to begin with, not to mention they were not able to get into the vehicle. I called the owner’s grandson (Chad, owner of Northside in St Johns,MI) he told me he could knock down the bill to $50 but since he sent someone out he had to pay them. I agree 100% that he needs to pay his employee, however if you are called for service and you cannot complete that routine service, you should not be sending invoices. When I told Chad that I did not think it was fair for me to pay, he told me not to ever call Northside Towing again. They have raised prices significantly as well.
We broke down in camper just a few miles out of St John’s. Transmission. Dustin picked us up Sunday and gave us a great recommendation of where to take us. He was awesome and the people where he dropped us have been super. Thank you Dustin
Saturday evening at 1am my husband and I were stranded out in East Lansing near Flora and Dunkin Donuts. This tow truck company came and got us! The driver let us sleep most of the way home, and then dropped us safely at home. This made a terrible experience such an amazing experience! And the driver we had was the exact human we needed in our lives at that time, and we appreciate him so much!
Yesterday I had a flat tire, and Roadside Assistance sent Northside Towing to put on my spare tire. It was Geno who arrived promptly, about 5 minutes later! With an abundance of friendliness, Geno changed my tire to the spare in so little time, my day was barely disrupted. It took longer to call my insurance company to submit a request for service than it did for him to come and fix it! To top it all off, Geno was such a positive, reassuring, encouraging, helpful professional! Seems to really enjoy being there for someone who needs help. I would recommend him and Northside Towing in a heartbeat to anyone who needs roadside assistance! Thanks, Geno!

When I hit a deer, AAA towed my car to KP, as they are a direct repair shop. Everyone there was absolutely awesome, kind, and went out of their way to help me from day 1. If I ever need car work done, I'll definitely keep this place in mind.
After having auto work done to my car, I picked it up from this business & tried to drive it home. However the car was unsafe to drive. It made noises that it never made beforehand. After taking it back in the owner admitted he knew the wheel bearing was broken but did not fix it. He was EXTREMELY rude to me & made me feel very unsafe. He also illegally smokes cigarettes in the office space that customers enter. He also DOES NOT comply to the covid mask law neither do his employees. I have never been so upset with a business that would knowingly hand me a broken and unsafe to drive.
I highly recommend this place. I have had body work and mechanic work done to my car, truck and jeep. They do a great job and service is awesome. Staff is very friendly. Thanks Katie, Kevin and the rest of the gang.
I have a 92 ford f 150 i got this from my brother that passed Kevin made my truck look better than new my sister has hit so many deer and every time she was treated great and the work was second to none price has always more than fare but the work was alway outstanding
I always being my vehicles here, the staff are always lovely and they do whatever they can to make your repairs affordable. I'm always happy with the work they do and even had my car towed to them from South Lansing when I got in an accident.
The free loaner vehicles they have are so convenient, I couldn't recommend KP Autobody more!
Someone backed into my open car door, bending it, so it wouldn't close. I just needed a working (latching) door. They took a look at it right away and got it working again in just a couple minutes, at no charge. They've definitely secured a customer for any future body work.
These guys did an awesome job. They handled the insurance adjuster well giving me a trouble free experience. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my truck was taken care of.
The front end of my truck looks brand new and you can’t tell there was any damage.
This is my 3rd review ever in my 46 years - and the first good one. New to the area, I needed my front end/headlight repaired and found this place because it was close and I had no blinker/headlight. This place is made of good people. You'll have to get over the messy looking office and employees that won't shake your hand because of the grease on thier's. Then you'll have to put up with counter conversation that can only happen in a place like this... But be prepared for the most friendly service and workmanship at a fair price that you've ever seen. I'll never go to a chain body or repair shop again unless KP just can't do the job - but I'm giving them first shot at any repair I need from now on..
What a fabulous repair facility; they are very friendly and helped me understand what repairs were going to be done and what the insurance covers. Great place to go.
