So I had a 96 f250 that was green towed out of the ditch today on Harrison avenue in Harrison and the driver was very rude called me and my wife a liar and said that we were not taking it to the scrap yard which wasn't a lie because we were taking it to the scrap yard and then we were going to get the stuff we owned out of the truck so we could have money to pay a bill. The guy with the shoulder length hair start arguing and called me and my wife a liar and then he called my wife a pig but my wife said she was going to Sue and then he twisted her words around saying that she was going to kill him which is false. So whoever owns this business. If you could please contact me because it was very unprofessional of that driver
We were broke down on the expressway and called this company and within 15 minutes Roger (the owner) was there to tow us! Very friendly & great service ! Would definitely recommend this tow company!! (And a great Led Zeppelin shirt on as well )
Fox's towing is an amazing. He has come out twice now to help me. Once in the winter and tonight. He came after hours. Loaded my vehicle up with a broken ball joint and did no further damage to it. He is also the cheapest and friendliest around.
I'm at a loss for words...amazing company 1000000% fair if there was even a comparison. God works in mysterious ways that's for sure. Blessed. That's the only word for it I guess. Thank you so so much!!! This company went above and beyond. My daughter blew a tire on her way home from college… we were 5+ hours away. I called and they had her back in the road within an hour. Fast, friendly and super helpful! Thanks again!
Called to get my car towed said they would call me back never did, called the next morning said they would call me back waited 6 hours the guy gave me attitude fo his laziness on contacting me back. Definitely don't listen to him on taking your vehicle to his partner Chris either same thing says you car will be done by a certain day over and over again but car was never touched for months and left my car outside in the rain with my driver wide window down the whole time. Zero satisfaction
Called them after calling Double T towing first who was extremely rude to me and screamed at me. I'm glad I called Fox's next. Roger came withing 15 minutes and was fast and very friendly. I will do all my business with this place from now on and will recommend him to everyone.

Someone randomly got my car towed in the middle of getting it fixed and I tried and tried to contact them about my car and all I got everytime I called was a we will call you back and guess what never called me back so now its been in the yard to long to even attempt to get it back if I even wanted to and now I'm out 3000$ what a great business this is not to pleased they basicly screwed me out my own car
Rodger was quick to arrive on the side of the expressway when we had a tire issue on our tri-axle fifth wheel. We had the knowledge to fix the issue ourselves but for our first trip north, we did not pack the necessary tools. He was quick and efficient, getting us safely back on the road to our campsite. Somehow i take a friend in to scrap some hose type thing. And anyways im sitting there waiting for him to get done. Well supposedly the owner parks behind me and taking a pic of my license plate for no reason. What you need to be doing is go get a pic of my friends license? Oh im taking a pic of the house, why you taking a pic of the house if you own the place.

I have used Fox's Wrecker service for almost 10 years and visited the yard for parts many times. They have always taken good care of me and treated me fairly on the bill. Quickest response time of any tow company in the area. I drive a commercial vehicle so that last point is very important to me. I have, and will continue to refer anyone who needs this type of service to them.

My car broke down on a back street in the middle of know where when I called on my cell phone they were able to find me no problem and they were fast, when we dropped the car off at the shop the drive even gave me a ride hope, he was great and their rates are great. I would defiantly use them again
