I'd give 10 stars if I could. Service was fast and professional. Would 100% use Auto Solutions again.

We requested a tow truck to get us unstuck in a remote area near Paris/Hersey, not realizing that the driver would be coming from Cadillac to pick up the truck in Reed City, then coming to get us. In spite of the inconvenience, in the dark, on a VERY cold night, Chris Richards was the absolute best. His attitude was fantasitc-- cheerful, helpful, and reassuring. He allowed us to wait in his truck while he loaded our car and was willing to drive us as far out of the "boonies" as we wished, to make sure we felt comfortable and would not get stuck again. I wish all tow truck drivers were as friendly and nice as he was; he calmed us and put us immediately at ease. Thank you!

I was very satisfied with the end result they did great there however the lady at the desk is very rude and I call twice in one week and no one would return my call. So finally they called me and said I called you but went to voicemail?? So why didn't you leave a message? You don't take $1,300 for someone and not return there call very rude ppl bit did a great job on my car.

Auto Solutions Towing (Chris R.) was wonderful and professional. We were sent home with the option of a loaner van; the company handled everything with my insurance so I didn’t have to! Highly recommend.

Very professional and respectful - he handled my SRT Jeep with care and worked methodically to ensure no further damage. I was not home at the time and the driver had no issue waiting 10-15 minutes for the key to arrive. Highly recommend if you ever need help in a sticky situation.

After a frustrating situation with a deer that had the bright idea to jump in front of our car going down route 10. Leading to our air bags deploying and us on the side of the road with 1 1/2 year old at night time trying to get home to Columbus. Hunter from Auto Solutions came within 10 mins of calling us was nothing but polite did everything to help us to even go out and call his boss to make sure we got a loaner car to go back home to Columbus, OH. My husband and I could rave on and on about such a positive experience helping with such a difficult situation. Thank you so much again!

On Thursday 8/28/25 I was on my way to TC… a Mechanical Issue happened to my 2023 Ford Bronco… A Gentleman by the Name of Chad took a Look at it… Advised me to Go Down the Road to Auto Solutions in Farwell Mi… he said his Daughter Kirsten worked there and Could help me out … my Bronco needed 4 Screws to fix my Problem… She was so sweet and got me right in and Fixed it in Less than 18 minutes..At No Charge… I am so Grateful that Kirsten Bauer and Auto Solutions Got got me back on the Road again… A Big Thank You Goes out To everyone that helped me out .. I would Definitely Use Auto Solutions for any Repairs I would Have on the Future

Last week my daughter, husband and their 2 kids were in a terrible roll over near Cadillac. We came up from Grand Rapids to retrieve what was left of their belongings at Auto Solutions in Marion, where we met Tyler. He not only stayed longer for us but helped search the car for what they needed after picking up their belongings along the highway. He was genuine and we could tell he really cared about people. He asked us if everyone was ok as soon as we walked up. I would recommend Auto Solutions to anyone in need. They really went above and beyond for our family. It’s clear, it’s not just a job for Tyler. Thank you so much for being there for our family!

We recently had our car detailed at Auto Solutions. It was a deluxe detaling that was donated to the Lincoln Township Fire Department ( Lake George) as a door prize at their recent pancake breakfast fund raiser. A $299.99 value. We were so 'impressed' with the finished result that we scheduled the truck to be done. I have paid this amount or more, and only have gotten the interior and exterior cleaned. Never have I had them clean the bed or engine compartment. I cannot find a spot that wasn't touched. It took a couple of extra hours over the estimated 'day and a half' to complete the work but the final result is impressive. Olivia, [ the young lady that does the work ] has an exceptional work ethic. Her dedication to her job, her expertise and attention to 'detail' ( no pun intended ) is amazing. She is second to none. We will highly recommend Auto Solutions and return for more. Thank you Olivia❤️, and Auto Solutions, not only for a job extremely well done but for the support of our Fire Department and First Responders. I don’t normally post reviews but in this case I must. I was towing my 17’ camper with my perfect condition Hyundai Santa Fe near Harrison Michigan I got stuck, well not stuck “Buried”is more like it on a 2 track about a half mile back in the woods where I should not have been. It was on a very narrow bend 4” from a stump that was sticking out in 3’ deep sand up hill. Auto Solutions came out promptly with the most state of the art Piece of towing equipment I have ever seen. I was in an almost impossible position “so I thought”. But Auto solutions looked at it smiled and said no worries I will get you out. Remember I was towing a trailer. Well after vigorous effort he also got buried. His main concern was in not damaging my vehicle or camper. He had to call in another state of the art truck that also looked show room new. After a total of 4hrs “most of which was in the dark” and very skilled professional effort. they were able to get me out, without so much as a scratch. They were diligent hard working and always Had a smile. I only remember one of there names Andy. They were both 5 star plus in my book. Thank you Auto Solutions!!!! I would be hard pressed to find a better company to use for any type of towing needs. Oh and lastly They are AAA approved Great job!!!!!!

They also do some repairs on RVS and recreational vehicles too and can Refurbish those classic cars for you too!! They are and all around great repair place, check them out!! Customer Satisfaction is their mission. If you're not happy, they are not happy.

Called my insurance company to send someone out to help me get out of my driveway. I'd gotten stuck and my tires were just spinning. They sent out this company to come help. It took them only 30 mins to get out to me from time I called. The driver Chris came and hooked my car up and pulled me out. I can't thank this company enough. The driver Chris didn't leave until I got fully situated. He made sure I wouldn't get stuck again coming out of my parking spot before he left. Great service, great worker. All around 10/10 service. 100% would recommend this company again.

I ran out of gas and Andy showed up to help me out. Andy is AMAZING! He arrived much faster than expected! He was super quick helping me out, very kind and very professional! I was back on my way and it’s all due to Andy & Auto Solution’s! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or to call them again in the future! Thanks again, Andy!!

I would give zero stars, if it was allowed! Towed my vehicle, and refused to call me the entire time it was getting repaired. I had to drive there on my day off, just to communicate with them! They also left my radio on while detailing the inside. It would not start when I picked it up. They lied and said it was the cold temperatures that made it not start. Never use this company. They charged $1,600 to my insurance for the tow.

My daughter was involved in a car/deer accident on 127 as she was coming home from college resulting in a total loss of the vehicle. I was an hour and half away to get to her and upon arriving the tow truck driver was just putting the car on the flatbed. I appreciated his professionalism and making my young daughter feel at ease during a scary time. Every time I contacted the office they were super nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will call them first if we ever need their services.

Huge shoutout to Daniel!!! I was driving north on the highway to my hometown 2.5 hours away when (what I assume) my transmission blew. Without my husband or any help near by, my auto insurance sent out Daniel from Auto Solutions. He was there within twenty minutes. I love that he was very quick and efficient. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was also a bonus that I had felt very safe with him. Daniel had watched the traffic to ensure our safety, and he offered me to sit in the truck cab. Our second vehicle wouldn’t have made it for my husband to come get me. I was so thankful that Daniel was willing to tow it to the auto shop that was an hour away by my house, and it was realistic for my husband to pick me up there. I cannot rave enough about how grateful I am for Daniel and auto solutions being so amazing! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! They deserve a hundred stars. Thank you thank you thank you!

I'm a student in Mt. Pleasant and I got into a bad car accident back in March. I was so scared it was totaled. It was my first ever car accident, I'm not from that area, and we had no idea what to do especially since my car is fairly old (2010). My dad got a recommendation from the owner's cousin, so we sent the car there with a hope and prayer. They did an incredible job. My car was originally hit on the left driver's side, at 45 mph, cracked windshield, deployed air bags, everything. It's completely fixed up and looks even better than it was when we bought it from the dealership. Despite all the damage, I had my car back by the end of May. I'm eternally grateful and cannot reccomend Joe's Auto Solutions enough!

Hit a deer and a took my car here and they did an AMAZING JOB!!! 10/10!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECCOMEND! NOT ONLY THAT but the girl, Kathrine, did the most AMAZING detail on the inside of my car!!! I actually cried when I saw how beautiful my vehicle looked!!!! THEY MADE IT SOOO EASY, from the tow (ANDY) to the DETAIL (KAT)!!!! You can just tell they took their time with EVERY.SINGLE.DETAIL! EVERYONE SHOULD TAKE THEIR CAR HERE!

Joe and his guys have been doing body work on our vehicles for almost 15 years. Deer & raccoon strikes, custom paint on motorcycles, and a complete frame replacement on a vehicle that another body shop messed up. There's a reason we keep going back - they do fantastic work and are super people.

We picked our Yukon Denali up fromAuto solutions. I am very happy with the entire experience! From the time our vehicle was towed to their shop, insurance adjuster did his thing and the repair work, it took 3 weeks to get it back. They were very patient with our many questions and phone calls. They offered a loaner car to use while they had our vehicle and they offered to make arrangements for someone to come in on a Saturday to help us out. They stayed beyond closing time for us to make it there to pick our vehicle up. Their customer service goes above most every repair shop I have worked with! The building is easy to see from the road, is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. You can tell they care about their building and reputation and will take care of your car too! And my Yukon looks GREAT!!!! They did the expected repair work to the body and the radiator. But they also detailed my baby!!! It was sparkling clean inside and out, including my weathertec floor mats!!! THANK YOU for the wonderful job!!
