Helped me out of a jam with a trailer. They were friendly, didn't charge me much and got me going very fast. Super happy.

I pulled into Courtesy Car & Truck Service with an irreparable flat tire and employees Matt and Jeremy helped me get back on the road within an hour. They were able to find a tire that would get me home to Chicago later that evening, and they were so helpful, efficient and kind - true lifesavers! I was very impressed and grateful. Kudos to Courtesy for hiring employees like them.

I brought a trailer there to get the brakes replaced and some other work done to it. I've very specifically said to call me with a price before they worked on it. I waited over a month before they even touched it, and they finally called me with an outrageous price costing as much as a new trailer. I showed up the next day to pick up my trailer, but they had already torn it apart and wanted almost $1,000 to put it back together so I could take it. They did not need to disassemble anything to get me a quote since I had already disembled one of the hubs before bringing it to them so all of the parts were there and available to see. They didn't have to lift a finger to get me a price, just find the parts and get a quote but instead I got charged a ridiculous amount of money and got absolutely no value out of it. Do not recommend going here.

I took my RV to this shop to get the airbags in the front replaced with new airbags that I had purchased already. I decided to wait there for the work to be completed. After two hours the guy working the front counter told me they were having a hard time getting the old bags out. It looked like a quick job to me (cut a hole in the bottom of the bag with a hole saw and pull it out, compress the new bag and push it up into the spring). They used all the existing tubing, etc, so all that needed to be done besides that was to screw on the connection on the bottom of the bag. After 3 hours I was told my RV was ready, everything looked good and they had filled the airbags to 50 lbs. I was billed $608.00. I thought that was way overpriced but paid it and drove home. The RV seemed to still be not handling well and not taking bumps well. I got home and checked airbag pressure and it was zero on both sides. I put 40lbs in each, jacked up the front, got under there with some soapy spray and it was obvious they hadn’t tested the connections at the bottom of the airbags because big bubbles coming out. They had only tightened them finger tight. I finished their $608 job myself, then looked closer at the bill. On top of the $180/hr X 3 = $540, they included a $50 parts charge and a $15 environmental charge. I called and ended up talking to a “manager” that told me that the parts charge is a charge they give everyone that goes along with the labor that covers shop supplies, etc. I told him they should refund me that because I had brought all parts needed and they only used the actual bags. He also told me the environmental charge covers when they need to dispose of antifreeze, etc, and they charge it to everyone, whether they dispose of anything of yours or not. He said everyone in the state does this, and I have never had it happen anywhere else, except where I had something to dispose. Needless to say, they refunded nothing. I’ll never give them the chance again. Steer clear of Courtesy Car and Truck if you don’t want poor workmanship, high labor prices and extra sneaky charges.

A BIG THANK YOU to Matt Swain, Eric & all the guys at Courtesy Car & Truck Parts & Service in Tekonsha, Mi. off exit 25, I69. We had a broken leaf spring on our trailer Thursday on our way to the Nationals at Owosso Speedway. Without these guys getting us fixed up in a hurry, we would not have made it. Backed the trailer in their shop & before I even got out of the truck the tech was already wrenching on it! Thanks guys! Now let’s go racin!!! 🏁

These guys were amazing! We had an ignition coil fail on a Saturday morning while passing through Tekonsha on our way to an event for one of our children. They dropped everything, diagnosed the issue, and got us back on the road in about 90 minutes. We'd have missed the event and have had to tow our vehicle home without their help. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about the folks at Courtesy Car and Truck. I think that they can fix almost anything. Electrical, mechanical, welding, motors, generators; you name it, they can do it. I purchased an old motorhome which needed much more repair than I expected. But every time I ask Courtesy to repair something, and I have given them some really tough challenges; they find a way to get the problem taken care of. They do excellent work. I'd give them 6 stars out of 5 if I could. Thanks, Courtesy.

Can not say enough great things about courtesy! They went above and beyond for me after dropping my vehicle off for a DEF issue on my diesel pickup. Fixed it in a very appropriate amount of time, came in a little lower than quoted. Not to mention a ride to and from my campsite 15 ish miles away! Very pleasant experience from the first phone call to paying for it.

We were camping and couldn’t get our Motorhome started, a service tech (Mike) came out, but couldn’t get the motorhome to start either, , we had it towed to their shop everyone was so nice and professional. We got excellent service, we were so grateful they were able to work on it the same day. Thanks to everyone. The owner was super nice.

Needed to have some work done on our motorhome. Every person that I interfaced with from the first call, to the drop off, to pick up was awesome, polite and helpful. We had one minor miscommunication, and they immediately made the situation right. Work was completed in far less time than they had originally estimated needing. Prices were very fair, top notch, will continue to recommend!!!

I was on my way with my Son to Metro Detroit from Fort Wayne Indiana to pick up my wife after she attended a funeral.. My Truck lost power on the Freeway and we luckily found Courtesy Car and Truck Parts after limping Along. Even tho they were about to close they looked at my Truck and found the Y pipe separated from the manifold... were able to make the repairs to send us on our way or we would have been stranded!! Staff was so helpful and courteous... I'd give them 6 stars if possible!!

My family and I were coming back from camping when our alternator went out with No Warning! After being towed, WITH our trailer, we got to Courtesy Car and Truck. They were SO kind and accommodating; even with our dog! There was even a dog dish with water in the waiting area. They were able to fix it and got us back on the road in about 2-2.5 hours!!!! One of the workers had to go to Coldwater to get the alternator, again, we were back on the road within 2-2.5 hours. Both my husband and I were tired and stressed out. (Being stuck on the highway in 87 degree weather with no air conditioning can pull out the worst in people.) Our kids were also tired and nuts from being too tired from camping, and now, stressed out themselves. Every parent knows what I'm talking about. Again, all the workers were so kind. I immediately felt that we were in good hands. Great people, great work, I am very grateful that if we had to broke down anywhere, it was there! Prices are also incredibly competitive. I highly recommend this company.

I picked up a new boat and was headed back home (6 hours) and was two hours into the trip when a wheel bearing went out. The team at Courtesy Auto went above and beyond to help get us back on the road. They were able to get us right in first thing in the morning and get us home safely. They are great people and pride themselves with exceptional customer service. You couldn’t ask for any better service than what they provide! By far the best experience I have had at a repair shop. Thank you Courtesy Auto for your hospitality!

First off I managed a parts store for a year in a larger town. I know a bit about the parts business. I've had to stop here many times through the years to get things in a rush. It has dramatically went downhill in the 8 years of me patroning the business. I needed a very common spark plug, I'd say it is the most widely used spark plug in North America. They dont have it, could order it and was twice the cost of everywhere else. 2 stroke oil selection was terrible and only had one qt. in stock that wasn't marine only. That quart also rang up $2 more than the advertised sticket price at the counter. Needless to say I walked out for the tenth plus time a ridiculously unhappy customer. Who tf manages this hole? Terrible, horrendous business all the way around including the customer service. I'll drive out of my way 20 miles from now on.

My car, a older model, breathed its last breath here. The staff were kind and very perfessional helping me send her out to pasture. I thank God for finding just the right place, and people, to help me, in what could have been a disaster of a day.

Tony was so great and went beyond and above finding parts for our RV and helping my husband get it ready to go! God bless you Tony!

The worst over charging company I have ever dealt with anywhere. I had them fix some lights on a cargo trailer and they ran a few ground wires and put a new plug on the truck and it was $261.00. Now anyone that knows anything about the wiring on a cargo trailer it is one 4-wire harness that runs through the floor and along the top of the wall. They could have rewired the trailer in half that time. Called and talked to the manager and he said well we never even charger you for that. Then said that "do the lights work" and I said yes, then he said "well thats what you wanted". Worst customer services and overcharging facility ever!
