This company is trash, they make me wait on the side on the road for more than 2 hour with kids, then women on the phone won’t explain why and when driver coming and hang up.
Used Happy's tow service through Progressive Ins. The driver was super professional and courteous. It was almost 100° and super humid outsid3 and he still kept a great attitude and had a smile on his face. I would recommend him for sure.
One of their driver's(while driving a tow truck) rear ended my daughter on US 131 near Plainwell, MI. causing serious damage to 5 cars. After the accident, neither Happy's Towing or the person who was driving the tow truck will answer any phone calls from the insurance company. I would never use this company. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
My roadside insurance contacted this towing company to tow my car. After waiting for an hour, they upped the arrival time to two hours but only after I called them. I got a ride home after I called them again and told him where I hid the key since I couldn’t wait any longer. I called them again around 9:30 pm and the call was apparently forwarded to another number unassociated with the towing company. It’s now 11 am and my insurance company is working on getting someone else to tow my car. I would give Happy’s a zero rating if it was allowed.
A man named Roger came and picked up my car at 6pm on a friday, he was very friendly and professional and took good care of me. Happy’s was very professional and fair. Called another company in the same area prior to Happy’s and they wanted $250 more than what Happy’s charged me. No confusion, no hassle, fair deal. These guys will take care of you!
Great service went out of the way and got my car out of a tough spot, provided a huge discount and got my car loaded and dropped off in a timely manner! If you don’t want to break the bank, have fast & good service I highly recommend this company! Thank you again Justin!!
Was dispatched to me after 5 hours. Came and sat across from my driveway. Completely ignored me when I tried to get the drivers attention that he needed to pull into my driveway. Proceeded to ignore me and driveway. Will never use this service again.
So my truck broke down at work and to be honest it took longer for my insurance company to find a company to get a tow but glad they got happy's cause they where quick and fast
One of the tow truck operators doesn’t know what he’s doing and dropped my car off his truck into another car, owner denied it was their fault. No accountability from this F tier tow place.
Damaged my car during towing and denied it. Don't trust them with your vehicle! Tried to say this damage was done before they towed it and it wasn't. The fender well was perfectly fine had a witness with me at the time as well. There was no accident so there was no damage. They're trying to say a broken control arm bent that frame in backwards towards the tire which is not even possible. It happened being loaded and coming off that truck! The improperly towed it they drug it up on a flatbed and it should not have been towed that way with a broken control arm.
Worst experience ever. Do not use this company. I was quoted 90-120min wait while stuck on i-94 with a flat. The guy that eventually came changed the wrong tire after being told by both me and a cop it was the wrong tire. In the process of changing the wrong tire he managed to hit my rims with a sledgehammer and dent my door with the jack. He then proceeded to attempt to change the actual flat tire and stripped the lug nuts and then give up and left me on the side of the road with no solution. Would give 0 stars is if i could.
I would rate them a zero but it’s not an option. Called for tow service through our Allstate insurance and they never showed up. Talked to them 3 times and arrival time kept changing. Waited for over 3 hours and called Buds instead.
Was told to expect them in 20 minutes an hour and 20 minutes ago. Called them just now and they said it’ll be an hour and a half. Wish my insurance just contacted McDonald’s because at least when they give me a long ETA they actually show up within the ETA
Just wanted to share my great experience I had with using happy towing. I used Simon for several car towing. He even helped me move to sheds I had to move. He showed up immediately. Very qualified for any towing service he performs.

Andrew was the driver (I didn't catch the name of the second person) and he was great at keeping me updated by phone and was quite pleasant to talk with.
They were able to assist in my unusual situation and I believe went out of their way to get me to a repair facility.

Absolutely the last place you should be towed by. Drivers are inexperienced and will drop your car. You’re better off being toed by an elephant with a rope.
The driver's name was Dan. He arrived faster than I anticipated. He was very polite, professional and took great pride in his work. He carefully explained his procedure to me in regards to the hookup of my truck and proceeded with putting my pickup onto his flatbed tow truck. He carefully secured my truck. He took great caution and care with my truck. He followed me to the auto repair shop and carefully unloaded my truck. He is a wonderful young man and I truly appreciated his service. Please pat him on the back for me.

Happy towing I would recommend and would use again the owner is wonderful I don't have for an hour on the phone AAA was supposed to order me a tow truck and I waited 3 hours for a tow truck that never showed up and they end up canceling my tow truck and never calling me back and I had to do my own research decided tow truck and come across happy and the drivers are wonderful and so pleasant to work with and they delivered my vehicle safely in the destination the owner's wife is very pleasant and very friendly as well as the owner and the worker Justin Ashley Dustin and John are great group of people to work with and I'll go the extra mile to help you so I so I definitely recommend them sure I will definitely be calling them if I need another another tow truck thank you too that's an Ashley and Dustin and John for the great work you do can't ask for a better towing company
Kind of sad to write this review especially reading everyone else’s that had a good experience. Happy’s was quick on the dispatch but unfortunately some damage did occur on the front end of my impala when it was getting hooked up. Wish I was able to be there to monitor it, but due to having to be at work I was unable to. Didn’t get notified of the damages either. Planning on following up with this company.
Happy’s Towing is named CORRECT! They showed up on time, and were so helpful and friendly. They even gave me a ride to where I needed to go and the price was amazing. I can’t recommend them enough!
These guys not only gave me a tow in the bitter cold but also were kind enough to drop me off at my house when I couldn't arrange a ride from the mechanic. 5 stars is not enough! You are awesome!
Let’s be honest- you’re not having the best day ever if you have to call for towing or lockout services. This place was there for me in a pinch, super fast, friendly and had fantastic communication. Highly recommend!
