Justin really rocked getting my totally flat boat trailer tire off and replaced! He created an ingenious way to stabilize the wheel, which wanted to spin inside the tire when he tried to loosen the nuts. Thanks so much, Justin!

I broke down this morning on 69, Jimmy was there within 15-20 minutes. Hooked my car up quickly and dropped it off at our recommend place. I would use their service anyway.
Punctual and friendly. I had to have my car towed and within minutes of calling, and the tow truck was there and had it taken care of in no time. Jimmy was very kind and helpful.

Jimmy responded quickly despite it being ~8:30 p.m. on a Saturday. He was patient as we transferred three car seats between vehicles. He got our vehicle home safely and quickly.
I would not recommend using Buds Towing. I had a tow ordered at 2PM I was not notified until 6:30PM that my vehicle was never picked up from the location. I had gotten multiple notifications that the driver was in route. The driver would not answer any calls made to the number provided on the notification. This caused me to miss my service appointment pushing the repair of my vehicle out even further. This will cause me to miss more work. The front desk representative was extremely rude and unhelpful.
We were towed by Bud's towing at 2 in the morning a very nice young man by the name of Tyler was so kind. We brought our truck to Buds automotive for tire repair and Dale was so helpful he was quick to get the tires we needed and get us back on the road. GREAT SERVICE !!!!
Wanted personal effects out of a totaled vehicle. They had it in so tight we had to crawl through a window.
Couldn't get everything we needed. Front bumper was against fence. Wanted 2 week old battery and three day old front tires. The lot was wide open no reason to do what they did. We were fresh out of the hospital. We didnt need a hassle. They knew we were coming in advance.
Got our tractor stuck pretty bad was worried if we’d get it our before the rain came in and made it even worse but Dave came out and had it out in no time and made it look easy at that. Will be recommending Dave and buds towing to anyone i know that needs help!!
My review is a little late, but I had to mention Cameron from Bud’s towing. I locked my keys in my running vehicle about a month ago, and I started with calling the local police to see if they would help, and they gave me a bunch of numbers. This first tow company on their list said they’d be there in a half an hour, and were still not there an hour later. Then they got mad at me for asking for a more accurate time frame after an hour had passed. So I tried the next number, and that was Bud’s. Cameron arrived within a half hour of my initial call. By this time it was dark and very cold. Cameron was super professional. Never complained about after hours. He took great pride in his work and the company he worked. He didn’t treat me like an inconvenience, after everyone else I had talked to before that had. Bud’s should be everyone’s first call for lock outs or towing.
A respectable business with a team full of dedicated workers. I was stuck in snow, the customer service was excellent. Being a 24 hour business the man who helped me out at 7am in -3 degree has my blessing. Thank you again.
I got a flat tire recently and Bud’s was the local towing company assigned to my request for help through my insurance company. I totaled my car hitting a deer. I immediately called buds because I know if you wait and have the sheriff call, there are extra charges. The driver (I forgot to get his name) arrived fairly quickly and made sure first and foremost that I was ok before he even looked at the vehicle. That means a lot when you’re still shaken up and coughing up airbag powder. The car was safely towed to their lot and they were awesome the next day helping me get my belongings out.
I got stranded on the side of the highway in my ford excursion while also hauling a 28 ft car hauler. When Farmer Joe from Buds Towing arrived, he quickly and swiftly loaded my excursion onto his flatbed and also towed my trailer behind. I fell asleep and drove my car off the road last night, I called some buddies to have them help me dig my car out of the ditch and hopefully get it back onto the road, one of buds towing trucks pulled up and informed me he was on his way to another call and if I was still here when he got back he’d pull me out. We kept digging and shortly after he was back and pulled me out for free and told me he didn’t want to see anyone out in the dark on the highway. Highly appreciated, great to see good people doing good things.
I realized I had a flat tire after dropping my husband off at work, and Tommy came to the rescue!!! It was super cold outside and my tire was literally frozen and stuck to my vehicle, he endured until that tire came off, no complaints!!! I even offered him a tip and he refused, so honest, and kind. My husband and I were very pleased with his wonderful attitude and speedy service, we assumed he has been with the company for years, but no! He's new! What a great asset!! God bless you!! I was stuck today and waited for AAA fir three hours. Eventually I found Buds towing on google. Called them at 515 they showed up at 531 and within next 15 minutes my car was back and they charged me whatever they quoted me on phone. Impressed by their service rates and honesty

My truck broke down at 5 o clock in the afternoon. Progressive dispatched some towing company who forgot about me and told me they were on the way. 3 hours later I became tired of sitting on the side of the road and called buds

I have never had an issue with buds towing until yesterday, the driver showed up and got mad when I took his phone to sign he told me to f off and get someone else to tow my car and slammed my 600 key fob onto my trunk. But I know someone who works here and I contacted her and she sent me a new driver who was very nice and actually respectful of my property. Overall I love using this tow company Most of the people are friendly, I have only ever had the one bad experience
Oren was the driver who was helping my fiance after he totaled his car. He was super nice to him and he calmed me down while I was on my way to my fiance's dad's house to see the car in person. He didn't have an attitude towards both of us and was extremely kind. I thanked him for making sure my fiance was in the best hands while riding in his truck. These guys literally saved the day! I'm from Chicago, and we we're stranded in Michigan. It was a massive snowstorm out there and my truck broke down, however when we called these guys, they gave us a 90 minute time window due to the storm. 30 minutes later, they showed up ready. The driver name was Travis, and that guy was Awesome! Very polite, asked us if we were ok and explained everything we needed to know. He drove me and my wife very carefully through the snow storm 183miles to our home safely. Best driver EVER! Did I mention they have the best rates? Definitely!
