The staff there was extremely helpful as opposed to Advanced Auto Parts down the street. Their prices were a lot more competitive also! I would recommend O'Reilly's Auto parts over Advanced Auto Parts any day of the week. AutoZone people seem to be too busy doing other things to help you. And not very friendly, they pointed to tell you to go get things. Maybe both people were having a bad day.
Ed was amazing, he installed my back wiper blade that needed to be done badly. He was super friendly and was willing to go out in the rain to put the new blade on. Thank you Ed.
After having complications with my warranty part, I finally spoke with the manager Ashley and she got me taken care of. She was very friendly and very professional.

I got two rotors and break pads,I ended up not needing one rotor. The older gentleman tells me "Oh you'll need it, give it three days or so. By next week you'll realize it"
So I replied " .... Actually I checked the other rotor on the other side and it was still in good condition.... I have auto experience..."
He said Oh okay, but it still put me off. You should not treat your customers like they don't know what they're doing. Some of us might not know everything on cars but some of us do and we don't need to hear your ridicule of what we do or don't need
I have only been to this O'REILLY'S twice. The first visit was great. Helpful and professional. I bought a master window switch for my roomate's car and I $ told there was a warranty if I had any problems with it. Well that brings me to my second visit. The switch I had purchased with the warranty didn't work properly and I thought I could do a warranty swap with no hassle but unfortunately I was told repeatedly that I was wrong about the parts issue and how if he let me return it that he would have to eat the cost and apparently wanted me to keep the defective $60.00 switch that wouldn't even do what the broken switch will do in the car. Now keep in mind that I wasn't trying to get my money back, I only wanted to swap it out for an exact replacement. Now he did eventually swap it out for me but only after I was told that I couldn't bring that switch back if it wasn't working properly either. I only went to that O'REILLY'S because they were the only store around with the part I needed. Honestly I will just go to the closer store and wait a day to have it sent over.
Great store, the parts/cashier guy was very pleasant and friendly. Helped me find some products and offered me a second cart to buy more stuff. Lol. Thank you Sir, but one cart is plenty.
First they couldn't find my warranty under the correct number, then I bought 2 car parts ask them 3 times was them the right parts. I got to my mechanics shop and the first part was OK,.. Then he put my truck on the hoist and went to do the censor and guess what wrong part......! Wow.... It was 5pm I was his last customer and he couldn't do it. So I had to take back the part buy the correct part which was double of what I paid for the other and go back at 10 am the next morning for him to do it.... Big inconvenience .. I know people out here need jobs, but damn could they at least hire someone that has a little bit of knowledge!?
