I always take my vehicles to Bailey Park Auto. They do quality work. I feel they are honest and accurate with the estimates. Been taking my vehicles there for years.
Bailey Park Auto Service provided top notch service and was able to resolve the suspension issue on my Ram truck. I have been customer for several years and already received the same great service with reasonable a reasonable price!

We have been getting our cars fixed at Bailey Park Auto for nearly 30 years. They do excellent work at honest prices. They work hard to accommodate your time frame. Great bunch of people. We can’t recommend them highly enough!
The belt I had replaced today was diagnosed when they thankfully were able to squeeze me in to attend to a battery issue in Nov. I was unable to drop off my car, today their normal procedure. They were able to set an 8am appt time so I could wait while the service was being performed. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
Per usual, I’ve used their services for multiple cars over the past 10 years. As always everyone was courteous and helpful.
I brought my vehicle to Bailey Park Auto Service because of a loud grinding noise coming from the rear wheel. Instead of actually diagnosing anything hands-on, all they did was plug a scanner in and take a very short “test drive.” They didn’t remove the wheel, didn’t inspect the brake components, and openly said they weren’t going to take anything apart because they “weren’t sure if they’d have parts in stock.”
I was charged $60 just for plugging in a scanner and driving around the parking lot — something most parts stores will do for free. They then quoted me almost $1,000 for repairs without physically verifying what was actually wrong.
If you’re a repair shop, refusing to even look at the actual mechanical components without upfront parts availability doesn’t make sense. At the very least, I expected basic diagnostic effort beyond just checking codes.
The staff was also dismissive and rude when we questioned the diagnostic charge, even after we pointed out that no real inspection was done.
Very disappointed with the lack of effort and professionalism. I don’t mind paying for diagnostic work — but I expect actual diagnostic work, not a scan tool and a guess.
Just left Bailey Park Auto Service after my husband had arranged for my daughter to stop and have her car checked out. Her check engine light was on and the D gear light was flashing. We weren't sure that she should be driving the car at all. Kevin ran diagnostics on it to give us peace of mind that it was ok for her to drive. We're scheduling an appointment there to have the issue taken care of next week.
We very much appreciate Kevin's kindness and taking the time out of his very likely busy day to diagnose her car right away and explain what he found, instead of having us wait until we had an appointment. He helped us out and encouraged me to talk with my husband before scheduling, no pressuring.
I didn't get the name of the girl in the office, but she was very genuine, friendly and made us feel comfortable and welcomed.
This place was recommended to me and I have been so happy with the service and price. The work is outstanding, they take their time with repairs and always make sure to keep in touch with anything they find or what they recommend. No surprises, and I have been very happy. Won’t go anywhere else.
This place never fails to impress . I won't ever take my car anyplace else ..Brian is honest , fast ,fair and the best mechanic/ manager I've met . Very personable to ..they went above and beyond to fix my car in a timely manner and did it for price quoted ..and the receptionist was kind and personable ..also cleanest garage I've ever seen ..

My husband James took his truck in to get his heat fixed, the actuator doors was clicking. $500 they said it was fixed, it wasn't, paid another $100 for them to say, they can't fix it. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF! Would not recommend! So a total of $600 for nothing! The first time we brought our truck we said we didn't have heat, and again the second time., so your shop can try to cover their butts all they want, but my husband pointed all of this out to them the first time, they just didn't bother to listen!
Bailey Park does a fantastic job on our vehicles. My dad trusted them for years so now I do. I do not have to worry about the quality of service or cost. Brian has always been honest and trustworthy (even when it's something you do not want to hear). Baily Park thru the years have worked on many of my vehicles and never had any issues. My husband now uses them over the dealership for his Toyota pick-up truck. We appreciate their fast and friendly service.
As women we are a bit apprehensive to go to auto shops alone… however this place was very different. From the time I set the appointment to when I received my car this place was more than amazing . They are very fair in pricing and service! 10/10 would recommend!
So Ilwe just brought in our 2015 Nissan Pathfinder to have a couple repairs done. We had to have the left rear tail light cover replaced, as well as replacement of both front end sway bar links and replaced the bushings. Let me start with the customer service and the lady running the front desk. She was very polite and kind and very personable. She kept me well informed from the second I walked in, till the second I left. The gentleman who was the shop manager ( I assume) was also very kind and helpful, calling me to keep me updated on the process and progress of the car. As far as the actual work they did, it was 100% accurate and well done and at no point did they try and push any services or products on me. Based solely on my experience, I would highly recommend BAILY Park Auto to anyone who's car is making a strange sound or needs a service done. I couldn't ask for better service or customer service.
Be warned they evidently charge a standard 2.2hrs of labor no matter what. I went in for an 8:00am appointment and was getting my keys at 9:55am. Pretty close I know but the problem is at 9:08 I watch them bleed my brakes. Then at 9:30 put the tires on. This was all they did in the last 47 min but I still got charged for 2.2 hrs.
They are an amazing, reliable place to buy cars. They are very kind and considerate and they help out everyone specifically to the individuals needs. We found an amazing car. Bought and drove it off the lot that day! Amazing company and highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for an affordable car!
Baily Park auto service has provided excellent service for my vehicles for over 20 years. Just recently in June I made the trip from Bellevue, Michigan to La Pine, Oregon. The service team checked out everything on my 1999 Jeep Cherokee before the trip. The trip was good and all I had to do drive and fill with gas. Thank you Brian and Andy and the team for your great service and dedication.
Replaced a lot of front end suspension parts myself and took the car in for an alignment. On my drive in the car was still clunking around so I asked the guys at Bailey park auto to check into it. With the alignment they also tightened a few bolts I missed and informed me of another part that needs to be replaced. I couldn’t afford for them to fix the bad sway bar bushing, but I wasn’t charged any extra for the time they spent looking over my car and the alignment was finished in a few hours. They also seemed very understanding of being in the position of having to do your own maintenance. Will absolutely recommend Bailey Park auto
Finding good mechanics can be difficult. Finding good and honest mechanics is even more so. These guys are awesome and do the right thing for their customers!
They have earned my future business as a result of my experience with them. Our good old van is on the road and safe for our son to drive. Thanks Andy and Brian, you guys rock!
Good shop, they have always been fair and their work was good. Best to call ahead as they can be busy, you may need an appointment. I have had only one problem, they couldn't/wouldn't do the brakes on our Prius. There are some caveats to doing brakes on a Prius, but took it to another local shop and they had no problems.
I took my car there a few weeks ago for oil change, tires rotten, and brake inspection. They noticed that my passenger wheel bearings were bad. I brought it back and they found the sway bar was bad too. They fixed everything quickly using my warranty. Then this last weekend my car just died. I got it towed to them with a heads up because of the thanksgiving holiday they might not get to it until mid next week. They squeezed it in the next morning. It was my battery. They charged me less than if I went to the auto parts store and bought one myself. Thank you guys so much.

Had a breakdown of my little SUV (Ford Escape) on I-94 last Friday, on my way back to the Metro Detroit area. I called before having the truck towed and they were waiting for me when I got there. They were short handed on Friday, but still gave me their undivided attention to put my fears to rest. Had no idea why my truck broke down, but they figured it out right away. One of my coils/plugs at blew and they ordered a new one and installed it within an hour!
Man, I was so worried, but they were so kind and professional. I would easily take my vehicle from Detroit to Battle Creek for ANY and ALL repairs to Bailey's. They didn't try to take advantage of me or anything. What a relief to find them. I used to live in Battle Creek a couple of years ago, and never knew they were there. So glad I finally found them.
Great service, friendly people, and trustworthy. The clutch in my car stopped working and they were able to pinpoint the problem, fix it, and put me back on the road in under two days. It has been a couple weeks since then and everything is still in great shape. Definitely will return to Bailey Park Auto for any future car issues.
