Dropped my truck off to get fixed in the winter for my business for a check engine light that was showing codes for an EVAP canister
I was told the evap canister would be replaced and the check engine light would be off. They didn’t fix that
I was told they fixed wiring on my tail light, the tail light is working but I have other wiring issues that came about from them fixing the tail light that has left the check eng light on
I was told my truck needed over $2,000.00 of repairs for my exhaust, another shop took heat shields off and didn’t charge me a penny
I was charged for parts that didn’t get replaced on my vehicle like replacing 7 way truck/trailer plug that in fact was never replaced.
Leaving me with the option of missing work and being to shop before 8 am and waiting in the waiting room or dropping my truck off for a few days, my truck is my livelihood. When you drop a truck off at this shop they will tell you to have it here by this time and you’ll get it back by this day and when you don’t they have no problem inconveniencing a customer and wasting their time/money.
If you wait in the shop before 8 am they will fix your truck right away, meaning if you had an appointment or dropped it off days before your vehicle has to wait for walk in’s to be repaired first. So plan on spending time in the waiting room if you want your vehicle to be fixed, correctly and on time.
I will never bring my vehicles to Proffessional Muffler again, I will tell all of my friends/family to do the same
Honest, reliable work at reasonable prices—every time! I went in thinking I needed a ball joint or tie rod end, but Robert Thompson and his team quickly diagnosed the issue and found it was just a matter of tightening the cam bolts and doing an alignment. No upselling, just straightforward service. HUGE thanks to Robert and the crew for keeping me rollin’
Best vehicle service place period. They are very trustworthy and experienced. Never pay for more than what is needed and they will not do anything until they let you know what it will be. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
They were very thorough in their services even checked and updated some of the other fluids and even the air in the tires without charging for the additional services. I am very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this business to anyone wanting this kind of above and beyond service.
This is the place to go for your auto needs! Whenever I have had mechanical issues, they got me in so quick. They are so easy to work with your schedule. The ladies up front are very kind and easy to talk to. I won't take my car anywhere else. They are lifesaver when I'm in a bind, bonus -their prices are very great.

From start to finish, Dan was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and kind, keeping me informed every step of the way. While they are understandably booked pretty far in advance—thanks to their reputation for outstanding work—it was absolutely worth the wait. My car runs perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the repair and the professionalism I experienced. I love bringing my vehicles here, ppl are who own and work here are very honest, they’re not trying to rip you off. Their prices on fixing the problem is affordable. They’re friendly, and they get the job done, this is the only place I trust to bring my SUV and car.
Trash. I call a week in advance and say I need an appointment for an exhaust installation. She says, ok I have Wed, Thur, Fri next week. I say Friday will work, she says great, bring it in at 8:00. I say ok.
Show up at the agreed on time and say I'm here for my appointment and the guys says, we don't do appointments.
What? Lol.
Then he says, there's no way we can get it done today. OK so you don't do appointments - even though I was lead to believe that you did - and showing up when the business opens is not enough time to get in that day. Thanks for wasting my PTO today. I have more appropriate adjectives but Google wouldn't publish it.
I have an idea for your slogan,"We don't do appointments and probably get you in on a walk in, so just go somewhere else."

I cannot say enough positive things! I do NOT trust my vehicles to anyone else ANYWHERE!!!! They only fix what is necessary and they do it with integrity and are always fair. If you call in ahead and come in early you will be met with unmatched customer service in the Battle Creek area. The repair service is of the highest quality and standard that I've experienced between Kalamazoo and Battle Creek, easily on par with Mac's Garage in Richland. I would highly recommend you to bring your vehicle here regardless of the problem, if not just to say "Hi!"
Great place. Never had a issue. Took my truck it and mechanic Steve was able to pin point to the cmu and was able to get fixed. Truck is out of limp mode. Now working on other things. Great team here.
Great group of people here. Answered all of my questions I had regarding current problems and future repairs without hesitation. It was also like the old school Black Friday heading out early, waiting in line and grabbing a ticket for service and hoping it works out to your benefit . I like it and it works well. Steve is absolutely amazing. The owner of the shop and Steve were the kindest and most honest people I could have asked for. They really made a tough situation so much easier. I would definitely recommend this shop!
When taking your car somewhere you want a place that's reliable, honest and affordable. I have been taking my cars here for 10 years and they have always been transparent on any issues my vehicle was having. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. There's a reason you have to wait to get your car looked at, because they're just that good! I highly recommend this place.
Called Tuesday to get an appointment. I was told they open up at 8 come get a ticket to get checked in. Made it there at 8:04 and couldn’t get a ticket. Didn’t know the whole story to on when to get a ticket. I work for hospice and travel. Took a day off to get my car worked on and got turned away. Won’t be back!!! You really could have gotten me in.
Great little place. I'm glad I went here. The whole staff is super friendly. He even took me out into the shop to show me the issue. The price was very reasonable & they didn't try to sell me a bunch of other stuff. I was in at 8am and out by 9am. Def recommend them.
Make sure to arrive an hour before they open, get a ticket, and wait for them to open. They are so full of cars there is no parking so you end up triple parking blocking in cars that were already there for God knows how long. It's basically a used/scrap car lot. They get you in and out fast. Great experience. I watched the mechanic do the work and he was very kind. They did not have a military discount but I think they do great work at a decent rate.
These guys are great. My whole family uses them. They are running about 7-10 days out but there work is worth the wait. There pricing is fair and top notch service.
Went in to have a power window issue fixed. Took longer then expected, but not only did the management keep me apprised of what was happening, they also joked not only with me but also others, which made the waiting area someplace where you could feel comfortable rather than anxious.
I went here because of a recommendation from one of my best friends, but I would come back because of the reasons above. (Mind you, they operate on a "first come, first serve" basis but that's because they really ARE that good at their jobs.)
I would highly recommend this place. Guys here are very kind and considerate.We went there near their closing time without an appointment but still they fixed our car. Before going to this workshop,we went to three other workshops as we were unaware of this place but all of them refused to fix my car as it was near closing time for them.

I've been a customer for years. They have never been dishonest and continue to provide quality work with skilled employees. The girl that runs the front desk can sometimes come across as unfriendly, but she is actually very nice and very helpful. I think it's unintentional, she has kind of a flat personality, but again she is actually very nice.
I was one of the last people to be accepted and wasn't even 8:15 am yet. They are busy. When they got me in, which wasn't long, they told me what the problem was and how much it would be. They don't try to sell you the largest amount to fix, that are very fair and know how to fix something right for a fair price. The people were joking and they seemed like family. Thank you for you great spirit and honesty. I will be back now that I know you do oil changes and other services. Worth the wait and worth supporting the local business owners.
These guys are amazing! My in-laws and us go here for everything. Took my car in there for an alignment and a possible tie rod fix and come to find out it was much more than that. Dan got me square away and got me back on the road safely. If you want a reasonable place to go that actually cares about thier customers go to this place. Thanks again guys!
(I'd give 10 stars if I could) These folks have treated me GREAT! Helped me program new keys, key fabs, $22 oil change and they’re currently fixing the evap solenoid problem. My experience has been really good!
