Daryl and Darien is official they will get you together communication is superb not to mention this is my third time going through them for tires I only recommend RNR!
Seth and Daryl were amazing at helping me out with my situation, they got me onto a new a set of tires all the way around my truck, got me right with the price and treated me like family all the way through the process, very great people, will continue doing business with them for sure.
visited RNR Tire for a tire purchase and chose to use their financing option. I had a pretty rough experience all things considered but the company has since reached out and went above and beyond to make sure that the situation was made right, so from my opinion and experience with them, while financing can be a very difficult process on either side of the table, this company does mend the situation when something isn't right. Very respectable.
I really enjoy that you can finance ties for 120 days same as cash! My only warning is to keep track of the time and when you're time is up as they will keep charging you after the 120 days, even if you pay over the minimum. I've had it happen twice now and the first time never got resolved so I'm still out the 100+ they over charged me. But it's still nice to be able to get tires when you don't have 1000 bucks laying around for them.
First off, this is going to be long so I apologize and I really wish I did this when I got my tires here, but I didn’t want to just speak out of anger so since plenty of time has passed, I now know my review is rational.
I got my tires here several months back, and I will tell you what, I will never return, and I will make sure I tell my friends not to even go there because their customer service not only was extremely rude, but they were extremely deceptive when I spoke with them on the phone.
I was calling around to see tire prices around Battle Creek, and when I spoke to… I honestly don’t even remember her name at this point, but one of the women that works here, she talked about the cost of the Tires but also made it sound like that when you buy your tires here you could opt into a specific program and I explicitly asked if there was a cost of the program and she said no. And I asked if I would have to fill anything out and she said adjust a small sheet to opt into the program. There were several other questions with that, but I was led to believe that all you had to do is purchase your tires here to be able to opt into this program. She also said if you choose to opt into this program, you could put your tires on a payment plan. Here’s where it gets deceptive when I went to pick up my tires, after the 2 to 2 1/2 hours, she said it would take I was then waiting for 10 to 15 minutes to get my keys and pay, there were several other associates that seemed to be just sitting in their office like and I really mean sitting I could see them through the windows, so I’m not sure why nobody else could have helped me at the time I was there except the one female that was in there at the time. Upon Finally, Getting up to the computer, which is now 15 to 20 minutes… I should add that I got there with 30 minutes to spare to get to work which is not even a 10 minute drive from there, So at this point, I was now going to be late for work. So She goes into the office and starts doing something I can again see her through the window and I’m sitting there like is she coming back out here? What is going on… I actually had to catch another sales associate to go get her, At this point, I am actually late for work. Finally, She came back out to go over my paperwork with me and told me it would take about 20 to 30 minutes, I’m like well I’m already late for work. I would just like to pay for my tires, and she said well if you pay for them you can’t do this program, which is not how she worded it on the phone in any way shape or form, so I was like well that’s not what you said and she Responded with a super horrible attitude, and I did start filling out the paperwork, cause I didn’t think it would take me very long to fill it out, but then She started telling me how the payment plan works and I was like, but I don’t want to do the payment plan. I just want to opt into the program to do alignments and everything like we talked on the phone and she said then, but the only way you can get those as if you opt into the payment plan. Now when I looked at the payment plan because she was showing me what the cost would be the tires would’ve been three times they’re worth by the time I got done paying for them… So I said no here is my card, I’m just paying for them out front. I don’t wanna have anything to do with you guys. I won’t even be coming back here for anything.
Needless to say, I will literally never go back there, I have made sure that I tell my friends when they talk about getting tires done not to go here Really wish that I had gotten my keys and talk to a manager or something because the attitude, the blatant holding back information on the phone to get people in the door to get them to do your program and deceive them is just not OK, it is highly unethical. I honestly don’t know if this worker is still here or not, and I Honestly, very rarely leave a review, but after reading some of these, I really felt like I should leave my own perspective on how I felt when RNR tire express in Battle Creek, Michigan.
My special needs 8 yr old daughter and I had a wonderful experience with Jayleen when purchasing my tires. She was so kind with my daughter & was genuine, answered all of her questions & was not upset about her being curious in the store while waiting for my tires to be put on & then I had a great experience with Mike when getting my alignment done. Both Jayleen and Mike had Great customer service and were very kind. Great tires for the price as well and love all the extras that come with the free warranty with my tires.
The absolute best tire place in town. The manager is the sweetest most accommodating lady! I will never go to another tire shop again. Absolutely no hassle here...they don't try to sell you things you don't need...they will work you in on YOUR schedule...have an enormous selection and amazing prices!! The gentleman that looked at my tire said how easy it would be to patch and to not worry about it, etc. I just can't say enough good things about RnR Tire in Battle Creek. I don't even care if the prices were higher than other places...I would certainly pay it for the customer service received at this shop...WELL WORTH IT!!! Customer service over EVERYTHING!!!
Came here for the first time for an alignment. The team was so accommodating. Tim made quick work with the alignment. Drove great afterwards. Carmen was super sweet through the whole transaction. Really appreciated the hospitality!
Yes we were in there 2 days ago and we had gotten tires then another customer needed help with there account and one of the employees tired to get the account manager to help and she had said that she couldn't help cause she was late for lunch and the lady was upset and left the account manager was very unprofessional cab could have waited to take her lunch for 10 15 minutes later was very unprofessional
Very impressed with the service. Initially went to discount tire who wanted $1400 for new tires and didn't seem to care if they had my business or not. I called RNR and they offered an amazing payment plan and got me right in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would absolutely recommend
There customer service sucks! They are rude and inconsiderate. They quoted me one price two days later I get the receipt price is 350 dollars more. I will never recommend RNR tire to anyone not even my worst enemy!!!
easily the worst service ive received. they will charge you late fees intentionally , ignore when you try to pay, so they can charge. WORST. DO NOT RECOMMEND. switch management constantly. cant ever get through to anyone.
Seth was very helpfull!! Had the tires and rims ready to go when I got there. Fast and easy process well recomended. Will be coming back for my other Set of rims and tires.
This place is honestly the best place to go to not just because of the tires but because of the staff especially Tristan. He is a genuinely nice guy and he was very helpful when we needed it. Nate waited on us and changes two tires for me, he was very courteous and kind. He was very professional when speaking to me, he was the absolute best, he works really fast also.
Stopped in yesterday 7-16 for two wheel, replacements, a tire replacement (those I brought with me), and an alignment and was only charged $105 out the door. Carmen & the technician were very courteous and on point.
Definitely recommend their services…they make other competitors look very greedy with their prices.
I had an emergency car situation and RNR was the fastest one in town to help my situation. Will be going back! Thanks to Carmen as well! She was the best.
We walked in with a nail and staple in my tire hoping to get it repaired. Carmen was awesome, greeted us immediately and assured us the tire could be fixed and put back on. We will definitely be using them again! Quick and friendly service!
Appointment at 9AM 4/3/25 confirmed quote given on Tuesday there was a little difference however it was worked out. Bradley came and shook my hand upon completion of 4 tire installation. I was very impressed with this, an honest hand shake always seals the deal for me. I will share my experience with other's, please continue to provide other's with experiences such as mine. God bless
Update: I was reimbursed $388. I’m grateful that I got my money back. The manager Chad was professional despite my anger and attitude.
RNR tire in Battle Creek are thieves. I got tires from them in October with the 120 days same as cash deal. $1200 with taxes and fees. They have debited my account for $1660. I have called once, went into their office. They said I still owe $367. They said I missed payments, I opened up my checking account and showed them every single debit taken from my account. I still have not gotten my money back or heard from them, so I’m going to publicly post that someone is laundering money from within their establishment! Google is next. Small claims is next. If you got tires there, check your account!!
Blew a tire on 94 and called around for a tire - Rachel knew her stuff —CALL HER! This place was great - reasonable, fast and out the door in 30 minutes. Easy to find, clean showroom and great service and reasonable!!
Took my wheel in from my motorcycle to have a tire mounted, ( called and made sure they could do motorcycle tires before hand and they said yes) basically a brand new motorcycle and this is how I get my rim back. gashed and scratched on multiple spots of the rim wheel was in perfect condition before I brought it in. They tried to tell me the machine does not touch that part of the rim but you can clearly see the machine hit it in 4 different spots and it’s the same mark evenly spread out around the rim. They put in a request to corporate to get the rim replaced. It’s been two weeks. They told me I would Hear back in 24-72 hours.I haven’t heard a word. I call up there and just get left on hold. Will continue to spread the word to not come to this store to all friends and family very disappointing
