Was told an hour to pick up our car and waited 3 1/2 hrs and they kept telling us they were on their way. Finally canceled and drove on the rim to the tire place.
From dispatch to the driver, it was a great experience. I wish they hadn’t needed to come put on a blustery Thanksgiving Day, but I am thankful Tiger’s Towing was available.
Cole was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Used a flatbed tow truck for my 2019 Silverado. Charged $115 for a 7 mile tow. Not sure how that compares to other tow services.
Robert was exceptionally fast and helpful with the service he provided. Easy to communicate with, extremely knowledgeable, and very efficient. I will continue using Tigers Towing and will recommend them greatly after this experience. Thanks again.

It was horrified....I came up to Michigan to visit family and locked my keys in the car and called this place to help. They came an hour and half later, Then they stood there dumbfounded. Twenty minutes later the guy finally unlocked the car. Then charge me a hugh bill to pay. I will never use this service again.
Tiger, Cole and Angel were exceptionally polite and professional! Tiger took my phone call and provided me with pricing. He was so nice, I told him he was the first place I called and that I won’t be calling anyone else. Cole and Angel arrived and were extremely friendly. I highly recommend Tiger’s Towing!

WOW this place should be the Top of the system PERIOD. They answered the phone they were polite they responded and was in business to work -- They picked up a vehicle and the driver and drove it back 2 hours to the main office-- Price not a issue , it was in reason. Service WAS 10 STARS! I called 20 companies and that's the truth not one was willing to even consider the job after 10 mins of talk to each one they all wanted to take it to the yard maybe bring it tomorrow--Jim at Tiger is a man of his word they were there quick loaded up and came back to the east side 2 hours away almost 150 miles Just an Update -- the Operator Lynn was a AWESOME person he bought the stranded driver a pop and chips to tie him over and make sure he was taken care of. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM! They will also be my go to for our company and personal needs!
Highly recommended!!! Robert went above and beyond to help us. I was greatly appreciated of everything he did and he made sure we we satisfied with the process the entire time! Even on a hot fathers day he worked his butt off all while having a smile on his face. Thank you again for everything!

Tiger’s Towing changed my flat tire quickly and efficiently along 94. The dispatcher said someone would be there within 30 minutes, the driver arrived within 20 minutes and I was back on my way within 10 minutes of the drivers arrival. The cost was less than I was expecting as well.

Please Call A different Tow Service: called on Friday to explain the tow service we needed, car and motor towed for Saturday from Muffler Man to Miller Brothers in Battle Creek, 2.3 miles. We were told no problem, we can do that. Call us back Saturday morning 1/2 hour before you're ready. We did that and explained what we needed again, ok no problem. Tow trucked arrived driver loaded the car on the flat bed then said he couldn't get the motor unless he dragged it, of course we don't want to drag the motor. Told us it would be another $100 to bring another truck to get the motor. We were not told this when we called TWICE to explain what we needed. I spoke to Austin Monday morning to explain what happened over the weekend he told me another $100 to come get the motor despite the arrangements that were made. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not honor what they say they will do. Just pure customer service to admit they made a mistake, come get the motor to take it the 2.3 miles, but refused to honor their commitment.
Jeff has been so awesome to deal with. I get the run around with lots of tow companies. But tigers towing has saved my ass so many times now . I couldn't be more thankful for their services. Thank you tigers

Terrible service. Never get your car towed. They will try to screw you anyway possible. I recommend audio recording your conversation. You’ll get different answers from each person. No clear policies. NEVER hand them the keys if it’s on their lot. They will take them and act like they left them in the car, when they will be in his pocket. Very unprofessional, Disorganized. Always get a receipt! They joked about pocketing money from customers in front of me. Please have them show you the rate and policies before using them. Do your own calculations. They can’t do math right lol
Tigers towing went above & beyond in their service! I called for jump service and Tiger was patient, waited and helped while I worked with my mechanic until it was determined the jump wasn’t the solution. He then called for a flatbed and Robert dropped me off at my house on the way to my mechanic!! I appreciate the professional service this company provided to me!! I highly recommend this company!!
Just the other day I locked my keys out of my 2008 Jeep and Dustin got sent to my call and had my keys out in under 5 minutes! Such a friendly and hard working guy! Very satisfied and will definitely call again if needed!
Call Tiger's first!! The service is outstanding. My Mini Cooper was stuck on the side of I-94E between Marshall and Jackson with a flat tire on a Friday evening. Dispatch was friendly and a flatbed was sent right away. The driver, Brian, arrived 40 minutes after the call. Great response time! I'm very picky about my vehicle, and Brian gave me with nothing to worry about. The car was expertly loaded in minutes. His safe and professional driving was impressive, and he offered entertaining and comfortable conversation along the way! We dropped the car off 25 miles later at the Harper Village Discount Tire in Battle Creek. Even though it was late at night, Brian took his time with my vehicle and did everything by the book. He also made sure that I had a ride home before he left. I can't recommend him and Tiger's Towing enough!! I would definitely use their service again. Remember to tip your driver!
