Mike and the dispatcher (never caught her name) made sure me and my dad were helped and taken care of when we shredded two tires this morning. They made me feel comfortable, at home, and really turned my day around. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience with m&m. I needed a car picked up, I made one call and made an appointment, and the picked the car up on time, with friendly service, and charged less than their competitor. I will absolutely call them next time I have a need!
Cannot say enough great things about this company. The person who answered my call just after 11pm was friendly and comforting as I was stuck on the side of the highway with a flat. I used the company to tow my truck from Galesburg to battle creek.....I went to my truck that morning to look it over and leave the keys for the driver. Everything was fine other than not running. We got all that snow so my truck arrived at my house covered in it. It sat for almost a week before I had to get into it for a snow scraper....at which time I noticed glass on my dash and snow in my back seat!!!! I checked it over and there was a big hole, (about the size of a golf ball...spidered out to about seven inches or more) in my windshield....and my back window was completely blown out. I called and talked to someone in charge who took down all of my information....telling me he would get back ahold of me.YET NOTHING!! I would never use this company again....scam artist!
M & M towing is a very professional place.they have very nice,newer trucks and the staff is very courteous,and friendly.the dispatchers and drivers always go out of their way to help a stranded customer.and most of all, their prices are more affordable to help u get where u have to go.need a tow? Call M & M,and see for your self!!
Called them , said it would be an hour and 45 minutes. Never came out, called and left a message, never returned my call. Had to call another company who showed up quickly.

Almost went with a different wrecking service but it was going to take twice the time it took M&M to help with my van. The older gentleman was super nice and helpful. He answered all my questions an took great care of my van. I can say if your in a pinch they are great! Affordable too!
I was driving down 3rd St in Niles Mi when one of your driver's who had a blue ford fusion in tow whipped right out in front of me and nearly caused a collision! 3rd St has the right of way and he was on Fulkerson witch has a stop sign and he didn't even stop! He continued to drive reckless down 3rd St and US 12 and was glaring his cargo light in my eyes. I passed him when I could safely do soo. Just thought you should know that one of your employees ,who is supposed to be professional , was endangering other people's lives! I wouldn't want someone like that working for me !
