Called Friday. Got a quote and put on the schedule for a noon pick up! Here I am still currently waiting at 3:20pm! Called twice and the pick up line would answer and just stick people on hold and never answer again. Pressed 1 to get ahold of ANYONE and got told they have a two hour window….well I’m sitting at over 3! Called again and get told I’ll get ahold of dispatch, someone will call you! No one has ever called or texted! Absolutely unprofessional and I will NEVER recommend not use again if they decide to ever show up.
Quick and easy, I needed to schedule for Monday and they did, they came by at 8:50am and i signed my titles over and by 8:51 I was back inside, and 8:55am they were gone. Just easy, quick, and done i was shocked how easy this was.
When i first called this particular place of business, i must say they were Johnny-on-the-spotthe gentleman was 'very nice' The driver arrived at the time when he said he would, and was 'very nice' as well I'd definitely refer them to my friends & family, if needed. #GreatBusiness#GreatService!!
Was surprised by the speed at which they picked my vehicle up. Called for a quote and not even an hour later my vehicle was picked up! Driver was very pleasant and had my vehicle quickly off of my property. Very pleased with my experience.
I called to ask if they did certified checks and who I talked to just went on about how I can use they're check anywhere and completely blew off my question and didn't know what a "certified check" was
I had contacted them a few times to try to get an estimate and would never get anywhere. I had two different emails from them asking where the vehicle was located, and as soon as I would tell them, they wouldn't respond anymore.
Mitch was very personable and easy to talk to. Even texted me after my toddler cut our phone conversation short. Tow truck operator arrived on time, applied social distancing, wore a mask and was very polite. Excellent service from first call to car pickup.
The experience was great. I called spoke with Curtis, who was very polite n professional. Brian picked up the cars n he was diligent about getting my car n my father's car towed. He was very professional, arrived in time as he said he would , towed both cars away n paid both each money for our cars, and Susan called often to if the project went as planned. Thank you all very much.
I’ve use this company twice, each time I’ve gotten Good customer service from the office staff and tow drivers. There on time and always arrived within there time window.
Everyone I talked to was incredibly nice. They gave me a very fair deal for my totalled car and even picked it up for free. They were easy to work with and made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. The driver sent was polite and professional. 100% would recommend them.
Very prompt and Speedy service. I called at 9 a.m. And they had my car picked up by 11 a.m. They also called me the next day to make sure everything went smoothly.
Bumped up from 3 stars, car was scrapped at the time requested and I was paid cash on the spot. They kept banging my phone about leaving a good review afterwards though...
Off one phone call and 15 minutes later I had a price and a time for pick up. Driver called me 35 minutes before pick up and just like that it was complete. Great and simple experience with a fair price. Would highly recommend for anybody needing to move a car quickly.
Fast and friendly service. I'm 7 months pregnant and move a lil slow these days and the guy who picked up the car was patient with me as I wobbled to the door and checked to make sure it wasnt anything left inside the car.
