Very helpful and knowledgeable. If they have what you need, they'll try their best to get it for you, and if it turns out they don't, then they're not shy about refunds. I needed a spare tire for my car before a road trip and the gentleman on the phone gave me some really good advice about getting a full size spare instead of a donut. 10/10 will come here again for all my junkyard needs. A nice set of used steel wheels is coming up next
I live very close right up the street. The Chevy Impala needs repair at least 4 times a year and luckily they are near by. Car parts very in price by make of model and understand it takes time to find out what's wrong. It takes time to find out what's wrong so give then time to help.
Great place to go when you need parts for a good price. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for odd parts, batteries, used tires and more.
Even when they didn't have the parts I needed they searched where I could find them & The man I spoke to I'm unsure if he was the owner, manager, or etc, but respectful, helpful, and kind.
Good selection, friendly staff and fair pricing and easy to deal with, still has that old junkyard vibe, bought from them a few times and I'll be buying from again.

What wonderful customer service skills this young gentleman, Jay, has!! Does such a great job (doing everything inside alone) helping customers, taking payments, booking appointments, answering the phones....ALL simultaneously WHILE keeping the customers, both in person and on the phone, engaged and comfortable I appreciate an honest hard worker doing any and everything in his power to provide for his family. Lots of new ppl working there !!! I caled about 3 parts an was told I would get a call back !! Nobody returned my call till I called back again for another part !! Took them 2 weeks an I still had to call back just to be told they don't have any of the parts
It was a great one for me they have almost EVERY PART and i do mean EVERY PART you will ever need for a vehicle!!!!!ALSO the people were extremely nice
Could make a joke about it being ideal location for a perfect date (gentlemen's club in front) but all joking aside they always had my firebird and Camaro parts when I needed them as well as my dodge truck parts too as well as great customer service and good prices.. lunch in front is just a bonus

Great bunch of guys. Called looking for a auto part. Got a call back confirming they did have the exact part and was ready for pickup. Price was great, no gouging like the other used parts shops.

Had to give at least one star, but in my opinions deserve -5 stars. One of the worst junk yards I have dealt with in my life. Waited over three hours to find out if you even had the compressor I was looking for then the guy had to have help pulling out the compressor I needed, and to top it off said if this one didn't work i could exchange for the other one he had there. Then when I tried I was told no returns. So I'm out 60 dollars and have to still pay for another compressor. The "manager" was smoking in the "office" she was unhelpful and completely unsympathetic. You would think that with their website saying that customer satisfaction is their top priority they would follow threw and back up their word and parts. Thank you whispering oaksyou have lost my business and everybody I have told my stories to business. Air way auto from here on out, I will even be willing to drive to Kalamazoo instead of ever buying another car part from you guys again. Your business is a joke just like your staff, I really hope you go out of business with your piss poor attitudes and worth business skills.
As a fleet manager for a commercial landscape contractor, I have been utilizing Whispering Oaks for roughly 30 years. They are the first place I call and for good reason, Chuck and his crew are very easy to get along with and his prices are some of the best in town. I prefer smaller, family run operations and this one is very hospitable.
Being a small business, they have the flexibility to serve the clientele they choose. If you are unreasonable or disrespectful, they have the right to refuse service. They do an honest service for those who appreciate value.
