I had a tire blowout and after receiving a very expensive quote from my insurance I googled and found m&m. Not only was the price almost 50% cheaper than my insurance but the person who helped me on the phone was super professional and quick to get me a driver who was also very professional and got me to a shop in no time.
Called for a short towing from Marshall to Battle Creek around 2pm. The first dispatcher told me the cost and estimated arrive for the next tow driver to come by be around 1 to 1.5 hours. I told them I’m fine with the cost and waiting for it, even told them I’ll be paying with cash after they took down my car info.
After 1.5 hours I called again, a different dispatcher answered. Told me there was no one assign to tow my car, and tells me I didn’t confirm it? The first dispatcher already took down my car details and estimated time of arrival. How else was I suppose to confirm I needed a tow truck? The second dispatcher blamed me for not confirming it, and told me soon. By the time I got called from the tow truck driver (who was really nice and understanding) I had to cancel my tow as by the time I arrive at the tire shop they’re closed.
The first dispatcher also told me to wait for the tow drivers call when they’re are near. So I was sure I confirmed that I needed a towed truck, the second dispatcher didn’t really tried to fix their error just told me to wait for another and blamed me not confirming.
Edit 2: Why would you guys tell me to wait for the tow driver's call when I first called then? if that's not confirmation I wouldn't have waited 1.5 hours to call you again.
If you guys just have been honest and told me on the second call it would take another 2 hours I could've tried another place instead of giving me a vague answer "soon" or "they're on there way" because by the time you guys did tow my car to the tire shop they are closed and I'll be stranded there. (yeah it took 1.5 hours for the driver to call me just to tell me another 20 mins at least to arrive)

Really thankful for M&Ms towing service. The dispatcher was busy but made time for me and make sure I was able to get the best price for my circumstance. The driver also had great customer service and a fast loading time. I feel secure knowing my classic will make it from point A to point B and handled with care. Thank y’all so much!
Have to rate you guys a 5 Star. Had a situation with my car on the way to Kalamazoo today that prevent me from being able to drive my car. Jason helped me out today and he was professional and courteous and drove my car all the way back to Lansing just to see me at the dealership as well. Thank you guys for all your help today!
Very professional and kind owner. His driver made a mistake, but the owner fixed it without any questions! That's a good business owner, not many like that anymore! Highly recommend. Good prices, too! One of the best around, for sure.
My daughter’s car would not run. She was stranded 2 1/2 hours from Monroe Mi in Kalamazoo Mi. Tara with M&M understood my concern and cared enough to take action. After roughly 2 hours they picked up my daughter and her car and towed it to Monroe. These people are wonderful!! Best tow company ever!! Trust them they stand out in their industry!
I called for a tow and less than 30 minutes later Michael (I believe) was there! It was a very quick tow and I am very appreciative! Would definitely recommend! He even took the time to get down on the snow and gave me an idea of what was wrong with my vehicle!
My grandma's car got hit and they came quick and picked it up great service and faster than the police in battle creek took him only 15 mins and the police over an hour
Yes, the gentleman was very nice and very kind, he arrived to pick up my vehicle extremely fast. He was very courteous and polite the entire time that he and I were in contact with each other!
Car decided not to work on I 94. Called AAA and they sent out M&M. Driver was Steve and he was awesome! Took great care not to cause any harm to my classic car. Dropped it off in the garage for me. Now that is skill! Thanks again Steve. I highly recommend M&M.
My bikes shifter broke and was unable to ride back home. Called all the other towing companies in battle creek and they all wanted ridiculous prices. Was in a desperate situation and M&M came and got me and my bike. Made it home safe and sound. I want to thank M&M for sending Mike to get me. Mike was an excellent help. Very professional, helpful, and caring for the customer and their property. Mike went the extra mile to make sure my bike was secured for the trip home. Mike deserves a raise. My tow driver Michael Terpening was the best. Didn't take long, was polite, accommodating. Recommended me to a shop that had my car fixed by the next day. I wish I could personally thank him for his help
The staff was very nice & our tow truck driver, Steve, was so over the top helpful, friendly & courteous. He was genuinely concerned for comfort & safety. I highly recommend them.
Driver was awesome, tried to figure out was wrong with my jeep for me before loading it up. He was very friendly with my kid and even involved him in the process which really made my kid happy. Thank you guys for fast, friendly, and awesome customer service!
We had an 8am doctors appointment Thursday December 29 in Kalamazoo. It was very cold so we started the car to warm it up and when we went back out to leave the doors were locked with keys inside and running. I called AAA gave my membership information and that my Asperger Autistic son would be there waiting for the driver. I received a text from the driver, Craig, stating when he would arrive. I was able to prepare my son and keep him updated. It went smoothly and efficiently. My son said Craig was very nice and helped him shut off the car alarm when it accidentally went off. I appreciate your immediate communication, efficiency of service, and compassion/understanding for my son while you unlocked the car for me.
I had my black F150 towed by them the guys name is Mike. He was really awesome very helpful and went up and beyond to help me. I really appreciate him and would recommend him to anybody pretty awesome guy. Thank you.

Popped a tire on I-94 Sunday evening, coming home from a Father's Day get together in Indiana. That was a first for me, so I felt a bit lost (I'm not from from Battle Creek, either, which made it worse). Found them via Google search. The dispatcher was kind and patient with me, especially because I didn't know where exactly I was and he was able to help me figure it out. The driver showed up super quickly and was so kind, immediately making me feel at ease with the whole situation. He was very careful with my car. Sadly, I didn't catch his name, but he was great. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from M&M and would recommend them to anyone in the Battle Creek area who finds themselves needing a tow. Thank-you guys!
It was wonderful! A blessing to have my truck towed by m&m. The best tow truck company around, it beats the other tow companies in Battle creek and even better price wise than who I use in Charlotte, Olivet area. Driver was friendly and manager of m&m went out of their way to accommodate.
Locked my keys inside my vehicle at work, and it was running. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with my stupid insurance company and trying to make use of my roadside assistance, I found these guys. The gentleman that answered the phone was very nice and understanding of my situation and sent someone out to help me in a matter of minutes. Exceptional customer service. Keys were locked in my vehicle. When I called, I was told to expect a couple hours wait. Driver showed up within 30 minutes and was super polite and helpful. Super reasonable rate too!
