Worst payout for scrap metal I've seen they had every excuse and reason not to hey even remotely market scrap value of clean aluminum sheet products. Acted like i was an inconvenience to them.
They had a fender listed as “a” condition and sent photos to me which looked pretty clean. So I decided to drive 200 miles to them since they had the part available. When I got there it was totally different then what they had sent me, the fender was aftermarket and used( automatically can’t be “a” condition if it is aftermarket) it was rotted out due to rust and literally broken due to tire rubbing on the fender from having big tires on. I told them this is no where close to “a”condition and will not pay top money for a damaged, poor condition part. They were only willing to take 20 dollars off. I did not waste my money with them, just my time. Hopefully they don’t do the same to anyone thinking of purchasing parts from them, I would advise EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY!

After searching the internet and e bay for a year with no luck I decided to call in the professionals, I talked to Kim on a request for them to locate me a rear seat bottom for my 2000 Lincoln Limo, within a min, she located the exact thing that I needed in Pennsylvania , they are having it shipped in for me.. Every time I call they somehow pull a rabbit out of a hat for me, great local resource, thank you.
Ordered a radiator new throw them. They told me it would be in around noon Friday. Well two O'clock rolls around and nothing. So i call guy says yep it's here. So i drive all the way down to get there and fine out the guy that answered the phone had no clue what he was talking about. Andrew took over from there. He call the place never getting a answer. Finally i give up and leave. I get a call from Andrew telling me that the guy with the parts truck broke down and because Doug's is not open at all on the weekends i am screwed until Monday some time not sure. It's just one of those days lol!!

I have a 2017 Ford F-150 that came with the 4-inch infotainment Center and my dream was to have the 8in factory Ford infotainment screen, well it's not just the screen there's a lot involved that support that 8in screen. I called several other junk yards around the country and in Canada to no avail either they didn't have the unit that had GPS or they really didn't want to take the time to investigate what I needed. Doug's Auto Recyclers was a complete 180 of everybody else they did everything I asked them to do without squawking they even sent me photos of the harness that I have to deal with it and in a timely matter. The kicker was everything was reasonably priced. I can say from experience if you're interested in the Salvage part for vehicle give Doug's Auto Recyclers a call and just ask I'm sure you'll be satisfied because I know I am
Not able to find what I was looking for on any website, I sent Doug's Auto Recyclers an email with information about a part I was looking for. It wasn't something they normally sold but Andrew sought out the part, found one, and shipped it to me in lightning fast fashion so that I could get my car back on the road. This place is awesome and I'm very thankful for their help!

Doug's "We have it."
Me "Can you make sure because I am coming from an hour and half away."
Dougs " we have it we will call when it is pulled, we close at 6:30 today."
Me. "OK"
Call an hour and 20 minutes later from them.
Dougs "Our oil pan is MIA, we can't find it. Someone sold it or took it. someone helped them self to it."
Me: "Really? You said you had it"

What idiots I could have gone some where else but they mad it so I drove 75 miles round trip for nothing. They are either Incompetent or Idiots DON"T BUY FROM THEM
