When I was on vacation I had the unfortunate luck to have my car break down. I was out on an abandoned feeling highway and could not find anyone to help me. When I googled tow companies in the area, I found Millin Towing which answered immediately and they were super sweet. When I got towed into Niles I had the pleasure of talking with AJ. Turns out this is a family run business and they all treated me like I was one of them. If I am ever back that way and need a tow I will reach out to them directly. Charging 80-85 for unlocking car doors? . I recall 45-50$ long time ago hey things change I wasn't being disrespectful as I still was trying to not be upset at my kids as we where at the park trying to save my daughter from a moving car I accidentally shut my door trying to get to her ! I had to use a stranger phone very nice lady called police at first then I was by my car trying to decide like what am I going to do she calls ig a towing company without me knowing until I walked up to her to ask her if she can call milling towing ! knowing I have used them before always been great and good to me and had good service well not today I explain to a woman on the phone I need help cause she let me touch her phone and speak this time. A gentlemen pulls up I walk up to meet him as I watch my kids continue to play he gets out the truck I try to explain what happen too me he rudely walks up says 80 cash 85 card what are you paying .. I was like it's that much he started to walk away from me saying he is not going to help me as I was stuck with my kids at the park I had to beg for him to not leave me there stranded I had a child I had to get too he said we'll I don't need you asking me 80 -85 this is a 1,0000 dollar truck it runs off gas I said I understand sir you was just down the street though he finally does it I try to stay calm he takes my keys that might be there protocol ig till he got paid because I did confront him and say you don't have to be rude to me like that I said that was very disrespectful and unperffosional and you should be a shame of treating pepole thats putting money in your business like that ! ig he assumed I knew his price and I didn't ! If I could give 0 I would ! And I did snatched my keys and I didn't want him taking pics of my plate or car he says that's by law ig I don't even remember if that's how it go but after being disrespected I showll was fed up and if anything happens to me petty wise or evil ik you took pics .
We called Millin Towing on a Friday evening as our car battery was dead. They were here quickly, got the car started in about 2 minutes and advised the alternator should be checked out with our next auto-service. Very fair pricing and the nicest people you could ever meet. I highly recommend them.
Millin Towing was by far the cushion to a particularly rough 4 days not just 1. From my car breaking down to the restaurant it was at towing my car!!!! Millin towing went above and beyond to cut the cost for me AND helping me with recommendations. Thank you so much!!!!
The customer service part was great can't say enough the owner was really really nice and understanding of my situation I think it was a little high on the price of tow for what I was towed for 405.00 but at least the guy was nice enough to not charge me for another day because my family wouldn't have been able to afford an extra $85 so I'm very grateful for that and will say his customer service is very well so for that I will give a five star
Did they tow my vehicle just fine? Yes. Did they gauge me because it was a police requested tow? Also yes. It is unreal the charges they tack on when the tow involves a crime. $567.00 for a 1 mile tow on a vehicle that hadn’t been in an accident.
They made a difficult situation easier to manage when they didn't have to. They went out of their way to help me as much as possible. The guy on the phone was kind and compassionate to my dilemma. They didn't have to help me out but they did. When everything seems to be going wrong, they alleviated some of the burden and that speaks a great deal to the integrity of these individuals. My dog Tucker and I thank you so very much! You have no idea how much I appreciate your kindness and consideration.

Today marks the second time needing towed, and both times I have went through them! Obviously my first experience was just as amazing which is why they were my First thought the second time! Upon calling the tow in I explained my issue and why I needed it towed, (battery acting dead) so they came prepared to first help me start my vehicle before taking the opportunity to charge me for a tow!!!! Like that’s how they make their money and yet still went above and beyond to help me solve the issue before attempting to tow it!! When I say top notch customer service from the initial phone call all the way up to their services I MEAN THAT!! THEY CARE!!!! and it shows! Thank you A.J and team sooo much! I'm not surprised that this company has excellent reviews. I got into an accident while traveling through this state (hit a deer). I didn't know what to expect. Anthony was so nice, kind and patient with our family. He helped us tremendously at a time when I truly needed it. He kept my 2 year old calm and really helped to turn an unfortunate and terrifying situation rather pleasant. I wish that I could give him 10 stars.

By far, without a doubt, the ABSOLUTE BEST towing company EVER! My car broke down a few blocks from my house and of course it was the one time I forgot to bring my phone with me. I walked home and called Millin Towing and was told it would be about an hour. I told the receptionist that I would have to walk back to my car to drop off the key and the receptionist told me she would call me so I would have enough time to be able to walk back to my car (which I thought was really nice of her). About a half hour later, the tow truck showed up at my house to pick up my key so I wouldn’t have to walk all the way back to my car. I was absolutely shocked at how kind the owner was to go out of his way to do that for me. He went over and beyond expectations especially because it was my fiancé‘s birthday and I am a waitress who has been out of work because of Covid-19 for the last 6 months. He was not only professional he was also very kind and compassionate about the situation and he truly cares about his customers and I have never had that experience when it comes to having car trouble or needing to have a vehicle towed. I would absolutely 100% recommend his company. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his customers well being.

My goddaughter, her husband, her three young children, and her newborn baby were locked out of their car as they were preparing to leave the hospital. These fantastic folks at Millin came and got the car unlocked right away at a cost so low you wouldn't believe it. Kudos, kudos! So great to know there are good people in businesses these days.
I was in a desperate spot when my car broke down. I was expecting a hefty tow bill. I Called Milian Towing and they gave me a very reasonable quote, (less than I payed another tow truck to basically take my car a few blocks.). He came and got my car and was very nice and knew what he was doing. We talked during the drive and he gave me some really useful advice if I need a new car and also recommended some good mechanics in town. He got my car home and even pushed my car perfectly into a parking spot. Time for the bill, he knocked $10 off the quote. I would highly recommend this companies professional kind service.

Great guy. Needed my fifth wheel towed to another campground it was 30 miles. He quoted me half what everyone else wanted. Then when we got it there he charged me what he quoted me at.......never rushed me as I wasn't ready......never rushed me when the campground wasn't ready. Just an all around great company. I will recommend them over everyone ......thanks and great job. Come have a beer some time
