Towed my vehicle without even having my permission even though I had roadside assistance on the way. I didn’t have money sitting around so they stole the trailer that I was renting that didn’t even belong to me.
We had an incredible experience with Gage, our Model X got a flat on the highway and they were so friendly and helpful. They rushed to get us towed to a tire place before it closed and really saved our trip. I also can't say enough how much we appreciated them being so kind, friendly, and helpful on the phone in what was an incredibly stressful situation. Highly recommend!
This morning I had my steering wheel lock up in the parking lot , thankfully I was able to get a tow. Paul my tower was amazing extremely helpful and overall great service.
I highly recommend Gage Towing. Their service was prompt, professional, and courteous. They arrived earlier than the quoted time, provided fair and transparent pricing, and maintained a clean, well-kept truck. Overall, an excellent experience.
lower ball joint snapped causing my wheel to cave in. Called Gage Towing and they sent somebody out right away. Made a stressful situation not so stressful. Paul was awesome.
Had a vehicle towed by them from an accident by the police department. Standard accident tow, but I’ve never seen so many fees on an invoice. They started the bill at $950 we picked it up same day.
One of the worst places to do business. If I could leave 0 stars I would put a negative5! I was charged $625 for not even 24 hours of impound they told me the regular rate is $150 regardless of where, how long are there. Why am I being charged $375 for just impound and towing the receptionist tried to tell me that it was because it was an after hour tow. The tow was at 11AM they had no reason to charge me $625 for me to get my truck. $100 for a day that’s the cap for possession a day they charged me for 2 but put the other $100 as a admin fee then tried to tell me that I could only pay in cash when I came with money in a card and only $500 in cash and told Me oh well deal with it and get more cash which I had to do. Do not recommend them one bit!
Poor communication and reliability. My dad called me and said he broke down and had been waiting a couple of hours for them to arrive. Took me 40 minutes to drive out to him. I get there and we waited for nearly two hours before I called on his behalf to get an update and the lady was rude. The guy who came didn't seem friendly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Scary they sell cars. I can only imagine how they run that.
In response to there response. Maybe invest in more tow trucks and drivers if your really that swamped and then maybe you guys would be more friendly. until then I still would not recommend this place.
Absolutely recommend Gage Towing. I had a great experience with them. They were super quick to respond to my call, got my van unstuck easily, and worked with me on being able to make a payment.
I'm autistic and find situations like needing a tow really stressful. I was very upset (the crying kind, not the yelling kind), and they were super patient with me. Excellent folks.
Price gouging, I didn't need a ball joint, or whole wheel hub assembly, just new wheel studs.quoted me 860 I towed my truck somewhere else it cost only 100 you can't hustle a hustler💯
These guys are fairly priced, fantastic, fast, and so friendly, they make the insanely stressful experience of needing your first tow ever from the side of the highway far more manageable. Keith, specifically, helped put some humor into a normally not humorous experience and made the ride to the auto shop far less awkward by treating me like a friend. I'm so grateful for this 24-7 tow company, today!
I can't say enough about these guys,went into shop and explained My problem there were at my house in less than 30 minutes did exactly what I asked for and fast. I would tell anyone, anywhere call them 1st they are great!! Thanks again guy's

We called Gage after finding ourselves stranded in Watervliet, and got an immediate and professional response. The driver showed up within 10 minutes, and was incredibly sweet and helpful, hooking up our vehicle with expertise and care and providing a welcome lift home as well as the tow! I regretfully did not catch our driver's name, but he was a very nice young man and made me happy to recommend Gage Towing!
Tried to keep my vehicle, my insurance company came to collect my vehicle and Gage towing turned them away say "cars are in the way of the vehicle" and without letting me know this happened charged me another $200 after I gave $414.32 on top of my insurance company cutting them a $760 dollar check. I would/will never use GAGE TOWING again!
Alternator went out in the middle of the night (~2AM) and in the middle of nowhere. Gage answered the phone and had us picked up in less than 15 minutes. AAA had told us nobody could get there for two hours. Cost was very fair, as well.
We had to have my brothers old 78 truck towed from Michigan to Indiana and Brian from Gage towing was awesome very professional and so kind. Thanks so much to everyone, your hard work did not go unnoticed... ☺
