The tire guy was amazing(so bad with names). He went above and beyond for us. We had a blowout on the side of the highway and finally made it to him. The lady said they had our tire but didn’t so he went to find us some. We ended up getting 2 tires and then put on for the price of a tire at a regular tire shop.
I needed 2 trailer tires mounted. First 2 places I stopped acted like I was asking for a miracle. Best offer was leave them on Thursday, could take until Tuesday just to look at them. Jason at Zielke said, " bring 'em around the side to Steve, we'll get you taken care of right now". Great people, excellent service and fair pricing. I am glad I met these guys, I'll be back!
When your car breaks down on the highway it’s not a fun experience! But Earreon Wilkerson made it 10x easier, he showed on time, got the car hooked up and took the car where it needed to be with a smile and great customer service. He went above and beyond for this unpleasant situation. If you asked me he needs a raise, extra vacation time and 20 minutes added to all his lunch breaks. Because of Earreon I had a 5 star experience.
Left Chicago late cause I had to work. Picked up a nail in my tire on my 6000 pound Jeep Wagoneer at about 1030 at night. Tom was there in 20 minutes, had the tire changed out for me in like five minutes. Unbelievable service! Highly recommend using this company!
Was rear ended while stopped for construction. Was towing trailer with motorcycle, Zielke responded to accident, and took bike and trailer to impound yard.
Driver was very nice and courteous, as well as their office staff.

After driving for 10.5 hours, my vehicle started to break down. I made it to the Napier Avenue exit in Benton Harbor and pulled over into a gas station parking lot. I looked up Towing Companies and the 1st one that appeared was Zielke Towing & Tires. I called them and Tom, the driver was out to tow me in a reasonable amount of time. On his way to drop the truck off at Zielke's mechanic shop, he took me by a hotel to get checked in and then he allowed me to gather belongings out of the truck. Tom was top notch all of the way and Zielke had my truck repaired in a couple of days. I highly recommend them for towing and vehicle repair service. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
We had a boat trailer tire blow out on 196 at 10:30 at night and did not have a spare. Looked up local tire / towing service that would be open, found Zielke Towing, they also have a tire service. They had the tire I needed, replaced the blow out and we were on our way again. Very friendly people.

In town for vacation and woke up to a flat tire. Zielke was extremely helpful and kind. They patched my tire and got my on the road quickly and for a very reasonable price. You won't find this type of service with any chain stores. Thanks again for the help!!

Did everything I could to get my boat trailer back that i purchased from kentucky without title(kentucky is a no plate on trailer State, so no paperwork)
I got the trailer bonded, insured, and had bill of sale and they would not release. Told me I had to get a weight on trailer but they wouldn't allow me to take trailer to weigh it. Finally offered to weigh it for me and then by the time I had all neccasary paperwork needed, they racked up the bill to over 2k. Expected me to be able to afford and pay a 2k bill after being out of state for weeks dealing with a death in the family. They jave no sympathy or remorse for people that arent loaded with money. $2,000 when all they did was tow the trailer behind a truck from the Benton Harbor Boat Launch. The trailer is bonded, so enjoy sitting on the trailer in your lot and taking advantage of people. Towed a vehicle that was off the side of the road as well and charged me $250 just to hook it, 70 for no keys, and 65 a day for storage. Ive never in my life met a more greedy company. I JUST WANT MY TRAILER BACK!!! ITS DOING YOU NO GOOD! YOURE BEING SELFISH JASON!
Oh my. . . away from home staying at the Boulevard Inn in St. Joe, Michigan and had a flat tire when we came out of the hotel this morning! Totally flat. Couldn't drive the car anywhere! Called Zielke and Tom was there with the tow truck in 15 minutes!! They took it to their shop, fixed the tire and we were on on way. From big problem to problem solved in 2 hours! Very, very good price, and easy to talk with and darn right likable. Made us feel like we had friends in St. Joe. Thanks Tom and Zielke!
Jason and his crew rescued my family on Sunday afternoon on long road trip. He came in and got my car on the road so we could get home. Awesome privately owned business, you can't get that service from a chain.
Big thank you to Mark & E! These guys went out of their way on a busy, rainy, cold Friday night to get to me & help me out of a huge jam. Their phones were ringing non stop with calls and they answered all of them and were very polite and quick to change my tire. Mark took the time to give me instructions on how to drive on the donut and called to make sure I was safe! I was very impressed & am very grateful. Reasonable price too. I never imagined I would say, the day my car broke down and was stranded in the middle of nowhere, a day I hope to never forget. My dad and I were driving from Michigan to Denver when the plug to my oil tank completely fell off. I didn't consider road tripping on a holiday weekend an issue. I regret saying we called AAA, Subaru, among others for help and everyone offered us few options. My dad informed me he found someone who would pick us up and he said he had a really good feeling about this guy. Little did I know what I was in for. Mark from Zielke towing was a literal angel. I had a real life Bruce Almighty, is this Morgan Freeman moment. He was a sigh of relief the moment he arrived. Mark assured me that he was going to do everything possible to get us back on the road and boy did he. Not only was the towing experience beyond, he took us to Zielke's repair shop where he got to work on my car immediately. Before that, we was hot on the phone calling people to problem shoot my car issue and figure out solutions. ON A SUNDAY and HOLIDAY WEEKEND another employee or possible owner of the shop, swung by with his kids in car and delegated a solution. It was one of the most phenomenal experiences I've had in my life. I had little hope we would continue our journey home but within a hour or two we were well on our way. It gave my dad and I something to talk about on repeat for 20 hours. They literally saved us. The only down side to the experience is I live in Denver and that I can't regularly visit these guys and have my car worked on by them. I still regret not giving Mark a big hug. He gave me so much more than a safe car that got me home but instilled that there are still good people out in the world just wanting to help each other. Because of Mark I will continue to pay it forward many times over. Mark went above and beyond and had me smiling throughout the entire experience. He not only showed me how he fixed the problem but taught me a lot about my car and how to demand good quality work, which can be hard if you're a girl! If your car is going to break down, fingers crossed it's near Benton Harbor so you can call Zielke's and experience Mark's spirit. They've gotta allow more than 5 stars for people like Mark and Zielke Towing & Tires. Thank you thank you thank you! Cheers!
After about the worst day at work, I picked up my son, and drove to McDonald's. Right after we got our food, my vehicle broke down. Luckily, Zielke's towing responded quickly! They sent me a true angel. Mark was amazing! Extremely nice and very polite. I felt like I was talking to a friend! I don't think I have ever experienced such an amazing service from a towing personal! If I could I would give him 100/5 stars!!!!
