I always thought NAPA to be a high priced parts store but recently bought some parts there and was surprised that they had very competitive prices Addendum: 5 years later and I still shop at NAPA.
We broke down about a mile from Napa and inched our car here. They problem solved with us, helped us get parts that worked, and let my husband work on it in our parking lot. We are so so grateful! 10/10 service!!!
OK you.have the tech but don't know how to use it to keep up with your customers,records or demand. You sell batteries and can't charge them. I will never buy anything from you again.
They didn't have what i needed in stock, but it didn't take them long to get them. Great place! Will get all my parts there from now on.

Nice enough staff but everytime I have either gotten a bad product or the wrong stuff... it's a very big waste of time and money when your trying to get projects done and tou have to keep running all over to get stuff that's right or working
Stopped for propane, was told can't fill it now no one here. He was right there was no one there. He told us we'd have to come back. So we left and got it somewhere else.
Talked to a lady named Tia. Very knowledgeable. Was able to help me with my issue and come up with a solution. Look forward to future dealings with her and this location. Definitely have my business for the future.
I look up parts online to get a price , than fo or call store. Prices in store are not much better even we have account here. They deliver the parts so I don't have to leave work to go get parts.
