I was in need of a very specific piece for a car of mine in NC. I found it at Go Go. Finding it is not why they get 5 stars. They get 5 stars for customer service. Jaret was quick to respond with pictures, answer to my questions, and basically all my needs. I cannot be more pleased with how I was treated even though I am half the USA away. Even the local body shop I needed for installation of the piece was impressed with the customer service and description of the part. In a world where we all shop online but are also fearful of being 'ripped off,' I can assure you a great experience with Go Go!
Dealing with Shelly and the rest of the crew is so wonderful, very knowledgeable and always seem to fund the parts nobody else can find. Go Go is a hidden gem.
Bought a 2001 Malibu LS wheel from eBay it'll be here in a couple days but I'm already happy with the price I paid you guys are saving me from driving on a jb welded wheel this winter so thank you also Iove the responses to all the entitled people wanting free crap or aren't mechanically inclined lol
I purchased $350.00 worth of parts from this place through ebay and requested additional parts be added to the order. They failed to read my messages and shipped the orginal order without the added parts. They then told me the additional parts would be a minimum of $50 each ($100) to get from their parts stock. The 2 additional parts should be normally priced about $10.00 each. I then told them I would not buy from them in the future and the responded "Sounds good". HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't buy from this place they will disrespect you.
Purchased an axle from them, paid to have a legit shop install it. Once installed, it had a bent axle shaft after I was assured it was good. Paid mechanic to swap another axle shaft in. After a day or so of driving it, it started making horrible noises. When I called and talked to someone about it, they very rudely said just pay ur mechanic to take it back out and I'll give you your money back. Acting like I am a complete bother to them when I'm the one out thousands of dollars at this point. I asked about getting a different one, and they said they would find me one, i agreed, so all was good at the time. Then they called me today saying I'll owe them another $500 if I want to trade them this axle for one that they found, and I would have to pay a mechanic again to have it swapped!!!!! These people have fought me throughout this whole process, and all they are worried about is taking money from people and being complete pricks to customers. Would not recommend getting anything from this place. They will tell you the parts are good when, in reality, they do not have a clue if they are or not. But as long as they made their money, they don't care.
A wonderful place to get your parts that you need for your cars, recently got some for a 2018 escape and they were very affordable we replaced seat belts and the hood through them They were in good shape and I was lucky enough to find the matching color They have been in Michigan for a very long time more than most of us can remember and they're one of the The first few places in Michigan to have set up a website and get started on their business early, I highly recommend them if you're searching for something specific

I got lucky and Go Go had the 5r55e transmission we needed. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and the price was perfect. We got the transmission installed and it works great just like they told me it would. I have already recommended Go Go to my friends and family.

IMHO, GGAP went above and beyond to make the parts purchase a deal that could have gone south. Counter service is great, ladies are very friendly. I could have used more time in the internet café, S n G sign is funny. GGAP is now my go to used parts place

I ordered a seat from them on eBay they said it was a grade A. When I got the seat it had a tear in it. I left them a Neutral feed back and contacted them the next day. There reply was (And it was fine when we sent it out. I see that you already blasted us on feedback about it already without giving us a chance to have a look at it too.) this is the smart a$$es you deal with when you deal with them.
