Took my girlfriends car to get fixed in the shop the guys spoke to her with the most respect even though she is not very knowledgeable almost vehicle repairs and took great care of us price was very fair and her 2009 feels brand new again thank you everyone over there!
600 dollars for a impound over night is actually highway robbery. Find a legitimate way to earn your money instead of holding people's mode of transportation and gouging the price knowing they have no choice but to pay it. Disgusting behavior. Multiple reviews with this exact issue different people different cars.
Do not use this company. Hired them to move some containers paid them and when they went to drop the last container they tried to extort me for more money or they were returning container when I refused they dropped the container in front of my gate
what a rip off. Almost 700$ for a one night impound!? And only takes cash? Can you say DIRTY! These people are scammers and have horrid customer service. I feel bad for the man who works there I hope he finds forgiveness when he truly needs it.
Sunrise came out after a second blowout on my camper on the way home. They picked up on I75, took me to the shop and brought back two new mounted tires. Great service and got me back on my way. I went back to get three more tires for a complete set.
What a great company! We were stranded on I 75 with a blown out tire on our Pontoon trailer. 911 sent an officer to help (wish I remembered his name to thank him😕 he was so helpful). The officer suggested Sunrise Towing thank goodness! He contacted them, and they showed up very quickly. “Don” gave us good directions on where he was towing our boat, and put us at ease about the situation. We got there and everyone was helpful, smiling and got us back on the road quickly! I will be passing their name along for sure. Thanks again to everyone at Sunrise Side Towing!!!
Sunrise is great! Heading 75N pulling my RV and my truck tire was going flat. I pulled onto the shoulder and called Sunrise(found them on Google). I have never been in this situation and I was nervous and anxious- the person on the phone was patient and reassuring. Within 10 minutes!! The tow truck driver showed up. He was reassuring and friendly. He got me to the business location and Sunrise had me back on the road in 20 minutes w a new tire. I can’t say enough good about everyone I came in contact with. They were all friendly and helpful. In a stressful situation( not to mention unplanned) reassurance goes a long way! Thank you Sunrise🙏!
Mike is the best! I ran out of gas right by Sunrise Towing (oops). They acted very quickly!
But they also went above and beyond by driving me to the gas station down the road with can, filled my car and sent me on my way to work. I seriously appreciate you making such a stressful situation way less stressful. Hopefully I won’t have to see them again in the near future, but they would be my first call!
This is a predatory business. Car impounded on Friday called Saturday to get out. Tried to charge 750.00 to release. The tow driver damaged the front end tore front clip off and company said it was already damaged. Looks like lawyer time. Should have done the right thing. Need Uber now that will be on the bill.its now Monday charge now 785.00.
Chris and the staff were excellent! Blew a tire heading North, hooked us up with 4 tires and got us on our way quick and efficiently. Would definitely recommend the crew!
Woke up on the last day of vacation from Wisconsin with a flat tire. Called around and no one could get me in right away. I called them got to them and had my tire patched in less than 45 minutes. Great service, and great dudes. I would recommend them to anyone!
Yup, I screwed up and bumped the lock 🔐 button getting something out of my car. I called the experts at Sunrise Side Towing and they were there within the hour to get me in without scratching my ride. Towed my friends vehicle without any explanation at the office. They didn't have any paperwork. While the driver took the car. Tow fees are so high. $300 to. Tow of a church to there west branch yard. The only good about all this was whomever we spoke with in office over the phone was very helpful and understanding. Oh yeah if car sits over night more fees of 150. The whole experience cost $500
So this past weekend, when the Michigan DOT absolutely epically failed at getting I-75 cleared off, I found myself in need of a tow truck to get out of the ditch. Keith arrived very quickly, and even quicker had me and the family out and on our way again. Professional, friendly, efficient.
I can’t say enough good things about sunrise. From start to finish Harry and his staff. Helped me through everything as I was so lost on what I was suppose to be doing. Everyone was very friendly and very welcoming. They make you feel almost like family. They don’t seem to have the mindset of the “bigger city”shops/ towing. They kept me updated throughout everything. (Even with my 100 questions) If you happen to be in the area and need them I would use them every time. Unfortunately I live 31/2 hours away. If I could give them a 10 star review I would and not think twice about it.
Came in with a tire that had loose lug nuts where the wheel is about to fall off the Pete and the guys and young gal out there were quick to service the car take the tire off put it back on and re-torque all four tires lug nuts I offered to settle it with some cash and they refused told me to have a great day grood service great people thanks again
These guys came to my rescue. They were there in about a half hour loaded me and my car up in a timely manner and brought us home.. The driver was very nice the truck was clean. Myself and my daughter has their business card in our wallets now and I'm canceling AAA. Highly recommend them
We were stranded on the road driving every few seconds blowing up the tire and trying to make it in time for the place before it closed they stayed open and waited for us to get there. They worked quickly and got us on the road right away! Pete gave us friendly service and quality work along with an excellent price. I would recommend them to anybody!
Pete did an excellent job fixing our tire! He stayed open two hours just to wait for us to get there and fixed it in minutes. Thank you Sunrise for fast and over top service! He even helped me fix my sensors to read my tires accurately! What a great place! I recommend Sunrise to anyone needing quality service!
We went here with a zero turn tire flat. It had been tubed and is an odd size tube. They got me in and out very quickly. And the bill was very reasonable. Thanks for your quick service to get us going to the next property.
It was with great trepidation that I had to have my brand new GT-350 Shelby Cobra Mustang (45 miles on it) towed after my oil pressure warning light went off (turned out to be a faulty sensor, sheesh). With the ground effects in front, I probably only had maybe four inches of ground clearance. My tow truck driver Cory was amazing! He came with a flatbed wrecker and ramps, and carefully and expertly loaded and unloaded my brand new car with not a single scratch. Thank you so much Cory and Sunrise Side Towing. I will never forget it! You guys are the best.
Tire on the boat trailer blew close to the Alger exit, limped to we didn’t know where yet when we saw Sunrise Side Towing had their garage door open. Pulled in and Pete happily changed the tire and sold us a new spare also. Great guy, great service, we are lucky we found him!

Can say enough about the service they provide. Negotiated a deal and delivered it the next day. They dropped off a 20' shipping container in the middle of the woods for me. Driver went way up and beyond what was required. He made sure we were satisfied with the placement. Will be looking for another container soon and will defiantly use them again. In our time of need, we had a blow out with bad weather on 75 south that made us spin out. Luckily, we got off the freeway and some locals helped us get to cliffs bar to get warm, have a drink, and get some food. Sunrise side towing was already closed, and had accommodated my husband with towing, and 4 used tires. Currently they are getting a break line replaced and after a night in the local motel, we’ll be on our way home! Great city, great service, and great experience here! Thank you!

Had a blow out on I-75 while using a friends trailer. Pete and Roddick went above and beyond to take care of me and the trailer!
