I drove 1.5 hours from Connecticut, leaving work early and using PTO, only to be turned away by this office. Apparently, visitation hours now end at 12 PM, which is extremely inconvenient and unreasonable given that their official hours run until 5 PM. After a total of 3 hours on the road, I accomplished nothing. They could have made an exception this one time. There were no customers there at the time, they could have easily accommodated me. Terrible customer service and a frustrating experience overall. This is the West Warren location of Copart... Connecticut visitation hours are until 4pm. I pay an annual fee to have visitation benefits but these hours are impractical. This makes me reconsider continuing my membership with Copart.

Morgan was absolutely professional and super helpful, thank you for helping out with getting my lien release.

Whoever they have driving in this place is so unbelievably terrible at it. They constantly ride your rear end and will cut you off at the last second. Even if it's snowing, almost causing an accident. The first ninety nine times that happened, I thought it was a fluke, but, I literally almost just crashed my car because of these people.

I spoke with Renee Packard at the Warren office. She was very polite!!! She was very patient..clear..and knowledgeable of her job. This is why I give five stars. Thankyou

My car was hit parked on the side of a oneway street 4 days ago. They still havent got it. Now they said maybe tomorrow because of the weather. Every time I call them its a dif excuse of why they cant get it. This is a towing company from Wish. Only call them if you are on a quiet street on a sunny day and can hook up your own car. Oh and they only work until 5pm. My insurance called a dif company and they had it gone 2 hours later.

This company is the WORST, terrible customer service and irresponsible. I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks to get my car picked up with the towing truck, every time I call they give me a certain pick up time and never show up, don’t know what else to do at this point. If you get a chance to go somewhere else DON’T think twice.

Amazing location! I don’t understand the bad reviews. I got assisted by a young lady named Morgan and she was outstanding! And don’t forget Mike (Myke?) with the excellent customer service. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! There’s is one thing, I did come prepared! - MRG

Absolutely the worst yard I have been to. Rude customer service that refuses to answer any questions. This yard has different rules that differ than what copart states on their website. Don't expect a friendly experience coming here

I am very, very satisfied dealing with this business and I highly recommend them. I had an issue with pickup time only because of confusion so I spoke to the manager and he was so professional, courteous and extremely helpful. He made things easy and they paid me a very fair and honorable price for my vehicle. If you have a vehicle that you need to sell then give them a call. I definately look forward to doing more business with them in the future! Thank you so much!

I have been in business for over 25 years never have I ever experienced a business with great quality costumer service. They actually care for the clients they work with. From the general manager down to his yard staff are amazing people to work with. I appreciate you all. I have been in business for over 25 years never experienced a yard or business best quality industry customer relationship and services started from the general manager and his office manager they are absolutely awesome people to deal with to all office and yard staff they should teach the rest of Copart’s locations how to handle and deal with customers, these guys deserve the best attention from the head office, and I wish to video tape their skills and high modern marketing to rest of Copart yard to learn from them , even these guys after hours keep helping customers to the last one , I really thanks all of them from my ❤️ -ram

I surrendered a totaled vehicle but was not able to remove my plates due to safety. Copart admitted to taking off my plates but now someone is using them on their vehicle and running tolls so I am getting mailed tickets. Not a good business practice and they are not willing to help other than to say they will pay it. How about not letting this happen in the first place.

I just want to say I was having a very bad experience today loading my vehicles, but then my main man Loader Rich came to the rescue! He deserves a !raise...! Hell of a guy

This yard has the worst false advertising I have ever encountered from any industry. I purchased a 'run and drive verified' vehicle from this yard, however upon delivery the entire front-bottom of the oil pan is crushed so engine is dry, the engine mounts are broken, the engine is pushed into the firewall, two of the tires are sliced, and the serpentine belt isn't even touching any pulleys because the air conditioning compressor is pushed into the engine block. And after two weeks of requests for a refund they won't even respond. Unfortunately my only next option is legal. Really bummed.

I was very interested in buying a car through Copart (never have before). Ryan assisted me in so many ways and I probably wouldn’t have bought the car if it wasn’t for him. Very professional and knowledgeable. If you are interested in viewing a car, ask for Ryan, you won’t regret it.

This is my favorite Copart location. All the staff, from the office personnel to the fork lift drivers, are very professional. When I had any questions or concerns, Audray has been exceptionally helpful! I'm looking forward to working with Copart for years to come!

Monday's as we all now are not the best day of the week. But when you meet the right people throughout the day it helps. Rich, one of Coparts excellent loader operators, went above and beyond to help us get an over sized truck out of their yard. Joe was also down there with us, he is another great ad to the company. We had to use some collision wrap to make this truck safe to go down the road, he was able to make that happen and helped us apply it. Hands down one of the best Copart yards that i have been to. Everyone in the office and in the yard are all eager to help you. Thank You Copart West Warren

I had to enter a vehicle and was assisted by a young gentleman named Ryan. He was extremely, respectful, patient, professional and dare I say friendly. He went above and beyond to assist me with locating my brother's personal property. I truly am thankful & appreciative of his time during a difficult time in my life. If I owned a company, this is the caliber of employee that I would aspire to hire, nurture, promote & keep around. I tried to give him a tip and he declined due to job policy. What a stand up guy. For the tedious work he does I was disturbed that I was not able to give him a tip. Perhaps the policy can be rethought. Keep up the great work Ryan & God Bless.

Had to pick up a big box truck, which they don’t load with loader, so I had to winch it up my self And this guy Rich! stuff memeber helped me a lot getting it on my bed, very thankful. Great service.

The personel at your West Warren office have always treated us as if we matter. Thats all I look for when spending money. Arrow Auto Sales gives a resonding 5 stars and ;ook forward to future business

Poor, poor Patrick. Once Corporate figures out all these 5 star reviews, they will tell Patrick he needs to maintain the Corporate Tough-Guy image. But the reality is such that Patrick is a nice guy, and helpful, and it's obvious that he tries when you need help.

Best Copart by far... Staff inside is on point.. Yard Staff is quick and helpful. You get in and out, no issues and if there is issues, the GM and his staff will help you as best they can to figure out a solution.

My brother in law came here and had an awesome interaction with the boss Patrick. He was more than willing to help with all that was needed and with answering all necessary questions. He the real mvp.

One day in June of 2018, I was having a troublesome moment. I had difficulty finding a money order. After several unsuccessful stops, I finally purchased one. However, this resulted in my late arrival to make my payment to your facility. My stress level was high. As I stood at the counter, everyone appeared to ignore me, except for the young lady named Kate. She was very courteous and kind. I was appreciative and expressed the same. Coming from the public sector work, I am glad people like Kate still exist. Kudos to her!

Total savages. Came and took my car a day earlier than they were supposed to which didn't give me a chance to get my belongings out of my car. Unfortunately, that maybe have been an error on my insurance's part but my insurance said that I am not the first person to complain to them about this situation with Copart taking vehicles earlier than what was agreed. I called Copart before I took the two hour drive to their location and I was assured that they moved ALL of my items to my trunk. Imagine my surprise when I opened my trunk and saw barely a few items they left behind. They raided my car stealing more than $500 worth of items since I just tallied up the amount of the items that I can remember. My favorite item is the box that a folding shovel came in for snow emergencies. The EMPTY BOX with nothing left in it. They took the shovel out and placed the empty box back in my trunk. I mean seriously. I am also still missing a license plate that was still attached to my car when it left the tow yard.
