My experience wasn't the best .For one thing they don't accept triple A.For another thing my car was was towed there.Had an accident off road needed an eviromental lift which cost 1500.00 an hour.When I called garage next day.Women said the bill is4,000.00 and to call insurance co.I did but these people held the bill for 10 days before they sent the bill. My car there for 3weeks.and 35.00 a day.they made out.Bill after 3weeks was over 5,000.Glad I had insurance.
called to get a quote to have an unknown car removed (places are paying 5-600 for driving in) tow yard is 7 miles away and they said they'd pay 200. then they called back and said sorry well only pay 100. When your business quotes something they should stick to it. this place clearly doesn't need your business!
I got a' flat tire in East Templeton late on a Saturday night and didn't have a spare (does not come with a spare) so I called Consentinos because they were within walking distance of my car. Obviously they were closed but I did talk to the owner who was on a tow in Springfield but he assured me that he would tow it first thing Sunday morning. True to his word, my car was delivered to my house by 10 am on Sunday. I expected a very high price, being a weekend, but was super surprised at their very reasonable price which was half the price of their competitors down the road. The owner (Paul) was super friendly, polite and professional. I can now see why they have such a stellar reputation and it always starts from the top and trickles down to their employees. They turned what I thought would be a financial nightmare into a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Consentinos for all of your towing and mechanical needs!!
Went in for an inspection sticker, and I got one. Go back for new tires the month. Staff laughed at how poor of condition the car was, the tires that were dry roated, and a broken brake, no working horn. "How the hell did this car pass inspection!" Women at desk..
Joke was on them..they gave me the inspection sticker.
Took 4.5 hours for new tires to get put on, missed my entire work shirt, had to pay someone to cover for me. YES, I had an appointment too!
They weren't able to finish after all thay time, had to go back.. car wasn't driving correctly..
Go back, after another 1.5 hours I was finally on the road..and with a higher estimate then I was given..
Get on the road, and my car is SHAKING, undrivable.. pull over and MY LUGNUT FELL OFF THE CAR ON THE HIGHWAY. thank you, Wayne!
They never owned their mistakes, owner was rude to me..for his employees messing up? That was "life threatening," said AAA, because I had to get my tire fixed on the side of the road.. Odd.
1 star bc I had to give something. Have some commen sence and never go! Ps I'm still waiting for my check for the refund on the tires...
I had been fruitlessly searching for certain tires for our daily driver for nearly a month and a half. Finally, Wednesday, I called Cosentino's and they had the tires I needed! They even gave me a good price on them. Thank you so much for the fabulous customer service and having what I needed! Our driver's side front tire was literally millimeters from showing the belt, so Cosentino's was literally a life saver I will absolutely recommend this business to friends and family!
I called for a tow - they told me “ you all set - we’ll pick it up and fix it- we'll have it done for you on Monday “ this is like a week or so prior- so I calls them up Monday when it’s supposed to be ready “ oh - we got busy and haven’t even picked it up yet. “ I says” why didn’t you call me and tell me?” They say “ Oh ya we should of called you.”
Couldn’t give me a straight answer on anything…. Would of gave 0 stars if I could have. Guess you got to a local yokel to get some service….. I would of went elsewhere and had it fixed by now but I lost a week screwing around with them
Great place Great people very nice n know what they r doing my mom goes there n think I will too now ...doing my car now .he did my mothers ball joints last week or so n they came out Great super place i give them 5 stars
