I got a' flat tire in East Templeton late on a Saturday night and didn't have a spare (does not come with a spare) so I called Consentinos because they were within walking distance of my car. Obviously they were closed but I did talk to the owner who was on a tow in Springfield but he assured me that he would tow it first thing Sunday morning. True to his word, my car was delivered to my house by 10 am on Sunday. I expected a very high price, being a weekend, but was super surprised at their very reasonable price which was half the price of their competitors down the road. The owner (Paul) was super friendly, polite and professional. I can now see why they have such a stellar reputation and it always starts from the top and trickles down to their employees. They turned what I thought would be a financial nightmare into a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Consentinos for all of your towing and mechanical needs!!
Went in for an inspection sticker, and I got one. Go back for new tires the month. Staff laughed at how poor of condition the car was, the tires that were dry roated, and a broken brake, no working horn. "How the hell did this car pass inspection!" Women at desk.. Joke was on them..they gave me the inspection sticker. Took 4.5 hours for new tires to get put on, missed my entire work shirt, had to pay someone to cover for me. YES, I had an appointment too! They weren't able to finish after all thay time, had to go back.. car wasn't driving correctly.. Go back, after another 1.5 hours I was finally on the road..and with a higher estimate then I was given.. Get on the road, and my car is SHAKING, undrivable.. pull over and MY LUGNUT FELL OFF THE CAR ON THE HIGHWAY. thank you, Wayne! They never owned their mistakes, owner was rude to me..for his employees messing up? That was "life threatening," said AAA, because I had to get my tire fixed on the side of the road.. Odd. 1 star bc I had to give something. Have some commen sence and never go! Ps I'm still waiting for my check for the refund on the tires...
